Delightful Beach House with a Pool!
Esta encantadora casa con piscina está ubicada en el corazón de W Bradenton, a solo unos minutos de la mundialmente famosa playa Anna Maria. Estás a una corta distancia en automóvil de muchos fabulosos restaurantes y tiendas. Caminando (5 minutos a pie) y en bicicleta es la Bahía de Palma Sola, donde puede caminar y disfrutar de su paseo o un paseo en bicicleta.
¡House es muy cómodo, elegante y remodelado en 2018! Esta maravillosa casa ofrece 3 relajantes habitaciones y 2 baños completos, además de una sala de estar muy cómoda. El dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio tienen camas de una quinta. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la sala de lavandería y dos televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. ¡Para aquellos con niños, ofrecemos una mesa de futbolín afuera! :) Además, tengo una pequeña parrilla Weber para que uses. WiFi en la casa!
He intentado pensar en cada pequeña cosa que hará que su estadía sea placentera y relajante. Le entregué mi hogar en artículos no tóxicos para que los use y no siempre los encuentra así; Jabón de manos, detergente para ropa, suavizante de ropa, jabón para lavavajillas, gel de ducha, etc.
El calentador de la piscina se instaló en septiembre de 2018, por lo que si planea venir durante el otoño / invierno, la piscina climatizada estará disponible por un cargo diario adicional de $ 15 por día. (Este costo será incluido en una cotización).
En una nota personal; Vine a este país desde Polonia en 2001 con 2 maletas, dos perros de caza en mi bolsillo, con un inglés limitado para comunicarse, pero con grandes sueños y metas. Uno de mis sueños era tener un lugar cálido en algún lugar. Después de que descubrí el área de Bradenton en 2012, supe que me mudaría aquí un día. Ha estado en mi lista desde entonces y en febrero de 2018 compré esta casa.
Mi único deseo para usted es disfrutar de mi casa y cuidarla bien. He trabajado muy duro para lograr lo que tengo.

The host was beyond awesome, we had really bad weather and she made sure to take care of us. The house was exactly as the pictures. 10 out of 10 I’d stay again.

Owner greeted us with a bottle of wine. House is well equipped and extremely cleaned. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Pool area is very comfortable and spacious. The pool is refreshing and stays cool with 100 degrees outside. Planning on returning soon.
If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, don’t hesitate to book this home. Amazing

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including pool toys and beach gear. Our kids had the best time in the heated pool, and it was a nice surprise to find a box of legos and books in the kids’ room to keep them busy when they weren’t swimming. We truly had an amazing stay and hope to be back one day. Thank you, Kasia!

This is a beautiful home not too far from the beaches. The pool and patio are great. The house was very well equipped with everything you think you would need for spring great. The host was very responsive and friendly.

We enjoyed our trip to Bradenton. We appreciated that Kasia had many items available for our use (dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent and many more). You really just need your clothes and a swimsuit to enjoy this property. I walked the dog a couple of miles each day in this neighborhood and met some very nice people. The pool was clean and she heated it for us for a small daily fee. We used the beach umbrella and beach chairs. Enjoyed Manatee beach that was only a 15 minute drive away. Thank you for a very relaxing week in sunny Florida.

Everything about this rental experience was top notch. The house has literally everything you can think of for your ideal vacation. Kasia was helpful prior to our trip with insights on the area and where to rent a crib. The location is great and our family had a great time with plans to repeat this exact trip in the near future.

Incredible Home
We were beyond impressed with our stay. This house was just perfect for our family of 5. A wonderful layout (master in one side, 2 spacious bedrooms on the other) with a great living area and kitchen in the middle. There was also a laundry room and sitting area. And then the outside! A great patio and pool. We had everything we ever needed and more.
When we return to Bradenton we plan to book here again. So much better than any hotel…or honestly any other rental home we’ve had previously.
One last note: Kasia, the property owner, is incredible. She is a delight to work with. You can see that this house is so well managed and cared for.

Family Weekend Rental Experience
The issue with this rental is not the property itself but rather the owner. From the beginning the owner of the rental behaved in a prejudice manner . The first message received was the following “ Hi C______,thank you for your interest in my home. I'm not sure why my house was available for 2 nights booking since my
minimum nights is 4. The reason I have
minimum 4 nights is that the area is very
family friendly and I don't allow weekend party
groups if you know what I mean. Please let me
know if that's still ok with you since I have no
loud music and loud conversation outside by
the pool after 10 pm. I hope you understand.” I’d recommend the following: Make sure you read the fine print otherwise you’ll be dealing with a lot of feedback from the owner. They will also charge you extra for any small violation. The owner of the property lives relatively close to the home and will therefore check up on it every so often. My family and I reserved the house for a peaceful weekend getaway near the beach.
The overall stay would have been amazing if the owner of the property weren’t so heavily involved and controlling of the stay.

Perfect vacation
The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Area is nice and convenient to Anna Maria island. The pool was lovely and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was in a great location on a quiet street. Furnished really well, we had everything we needed for a family break. The kids loved the pool and our youngest swam a width for the first time 🙂

Amazing Stay
Kasia’s house is amazing. The little hospitality touches were everything. We traveled with a 7 and 9 year old and they were delighted to find a large bin of Legos in the bedroom to play with. The pool was heated and wonderful. The beds were so soft and the linens so cozy. All of the beach supplies were perfect. This was an incredible house and we loved our visit.

Family Vacation
Fantastic! This beautiful home has everything you could possibly need! You literally just need clothes. Very clean and the homeowner, Kasia, is so helpful and answers questions right away. The house is in a great location, close drive to Anna Maria Island and restaurants and shopping. Anna Maria Island was very crowded and it was so nice to come back to our peaceful house and swim in the pool.. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Lovely cosy home that’s very well equipped
The home is very nice and cosy and Kasia has ensured you have everything you need, and more! The location is very safe and easy to get to and there’s a lot of space in the beautifully decorated home. It’s not very close to the beach and not much in easy walking distance unfortunately, but I enjoyed just being by the lovely large pool and in the house rather than driving around to go places. As it’s a home, you do need to be aware of visits from pool cleaners and gardeners as well as putting out the garbage twice a week during your stay. The neighbors also put up a fence while I was there so that was a little noisy, but is much more secluded now so it’s a definite improvement from being overlooked by neighbors when you’re in or by the pool.

Great family 1 week stay
A soccer tournament at Lakewood Ranch brought us to the area This was an exceptional house and the perfect way for our family of 5 to relax together and explore the beaches, restaurants and the nature preserve in the area in our down time. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked with amenities (bikes, pool, board games, beach chairs and I’m fellas…) Would return to this house if we visit Bradenton/Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch again in the future.

Amazing Home!!
This property was absolutely stunning! The best we have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed. The attention to detail was spectacular. Kasia was awesome. The beds where so comfy. I can go on and on, its was just the best VRBO we have ever experienced.

Everything we needed and more
We had the best time at Kasia’s home. As soon as we walked in the entire house smelled amazing. All toiletries, laundry and cleaning products also smelled great. Beds and chairs were all comfortable. We are extremely picky with our mattress and it turns out she has the same as ours, so we know for sure she didn’t skimp out on the quality of her stuff. Just like other reviews, I wanted to also say that we needed to bring nothing else other than clothes because Kasia really thought of everything. Even though we had a one year old with us, there was a high chair, pack and play, and toys for her. We were thoroughly impressed with Kasia’s attention to detail, her decor, and our overall experience. I could write on and on about how we loved her place but just know that your search stops here if you need a place to stay in Bradenton because this place is it!

Beautiful vacation getaway
Amazing Beach Home for the Whole Family
We had a wonderful stay at Kasia’s place including my fox terrier Miss Trixie Delight. lol The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The pictures are accurate and current. You will LOVE the open floor plan with spacious entertaining areas and private backyard. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and can accommodate multiple chefs. We bought some of our own spices and condiments but the pantry is well stocked with basic needs. The bedrooms had the most comfortable mattresses and we all had the best sleep. The huge patio and pool area was so nice to relax in. There are plenty of pool toys to choose from. She surprised our family with a huge pink swan in the pool.
She is a very gracious host and very accommodating. We were welcome “home” with a bottle of wine and chocolates. There was plenty of plush towels and Modere toiletries in each bathroom.
This was our first family vacation we’ve taken this year due to the travel restrictions but we had the BEST time exploring the different beach towns and relaxing on the many beautiful beaches. The garage is full of everything you need for the perfect beach getaway.
This is definitely one of our favorite areas to visit and Kasia’s place is the perfect vacation home. We will definitely be back and Kasia’s home is the only place we want to stay at.

Simply the best beach house we’ve ever stayed at.
There isn’t a single thing the host hasn’t thought of. You could bring your suitcase and nothing else, and you’d have the best beach experience of your life.
The house is magnificent. It’s beautifully decorated, it has a great family friendly layout and it has all of the amenities. The products provided in the house are very high quality.
The outdoor, screened in, heated pool is perfect for families. The backyard is fenced in and our dogs had a blast playing in the back yard. The garage is stocked full of beach gear, coolers, chairs, toys, umbrellas, literally anything you can think of, she’s thought of it and more.
Having a washer and drying made the experience even better.
Not to mention, our host quickly responded to any questions we had, she was super kind when we accidentally punctured her big float and she was understanding and helpful with our covid concerns, making us feel welcomed and safe.
We will definitely be returning. Can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Hidden Gem in Bradenton
My family had an amazing time vacationing at this house. The pictures are completely accurate. Well decorated, very clean, and home has a very nice layout. The property manager has thought of everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need for cooking or grilling out back. The garage is also well stocked with beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, and toys for the kiddos. Just bring your suits and sunscreen. All set. The best part we enjoyed about the home was the large pool. Our kids had endless amounts of fun playing. Unfortunately I believe I might have to buy one now. The location is within 5 to 10 minutes to great beaches and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Amazing home!!!
This was one of the best houses me and my family have stayed at in a long time. So nice and clean. Offered us a bunch of beach essentials, cooler, umbrella, atleast 8 chairs, volleyball sand toys!!! The pool was nice and offered tons of floats for the pool. Definitely recommend!!
