Well situated next to beachs, snorkeling spots, and shops. Would stay again.

We had the most amazing time! Such a beautiful home, located right on the beach. We sat for hours every day on the lanai or out on the other viewpoints enjoying scenery - sunny beach and gorgeous sunsets. Also spent a lot of time on the beach and exploring the tide pools nearby. The home has such a nice open layout for socializing and yet the bedrooms are private and quiet. There is an attached, yet seperate downstairs unit with its own bathroom & kitchenette. It was perfect for our two early 20s cousins. Comfy beds. The primary bath looks newly renovated and is gorgeous. The others are nice, too. The house is clean, well maintained and stocked with kitchen essentials. Easy, secured parking. The location is good, the market is nearby and can be walked to as well. A few miles from Waimea Bay which is our favorite swimming beach. All and all, a perfect place to stay for our extended family of 8. Will definitely return! Mahalo!

We stayed in this beautiful home with 3 other couples for a few of the couples anniversary celebrations. The location is great! The beach is right in the back of the house and there are many other beaches and things to do within just a few minutes from the house. The house has some beach items to use so check that out before buying any beach toys or accessories. There is also a grocery store less than 5 minutes away which is very convenient to grab food and drinks to have at the house! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful large home with breathtaking Ocean views.

Amazing view, literally the most perfect location on the north shore. Burst was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The house is clean and comfortable, some things are a little Outdated and need to be fixed (screen doors, bedroom Door is broken) and also the coconuts need to be cut down! That is dangerous because they could fall on someone’s head. Other than that, amazing vacation and beautiful home.

Beautiful property at a fantastic location on the north shore. Wonderful amenities, everything we needed was there! Home was very comfortable for our extended family stay with plenty of space and privacy! The view was unmatched! Wish we were still there watching the whales with our morning coffee. A great trip that we will always remember! Only downfall was the beach wasn’t very swimmable while we were there due to high surf. During the calmer days we could go in a little bit but you needed to be very careful and not go in too far. Net, we wouldn’t have changed our stay at all and loved it!

Clean and comfortable, great for young kids, large covered Lanai, amazing views, steps from the beach, whales jumping in the distance, close to grocery shopping and food trucks...I wish we had booked a longer stay! Have told so many people about this incredible property. We can't wait to go back one day.

We had a group of 8...there were 4 couples and the house was perfect with 4 bedrooms and their own bathrooms. When our daughter went to school here this was her favorite beach and I can see why...it’s beautiful, a little more private, and it was steps away from the back deck. The week we were here the weather was amazing...sunny and high 70’s...and the waves were the biggest we have ever seen. We sat on the deck or on the beach in awe at their magnitude and power. We loved eating at the house during the day then going out to all of the great restaurants and food trucks that were so close. Seven Brothers, Teddy’s, Rajanee Thai, Haleiwa Beach House, and Lei Lei’s were a few of our very favorites and Banzai Bowl was our (almost) daily go-to for the best açaí bowls you’ll find. There’s a new location now in Haleiwa also and yes...it’s the same as the one at Newport Beach. Great week...we will be back!

Fantastic location, beautiful house with a nice layout.

Stayed here July 2019 with another family, total of 4 adults and 5 kids. We wanted to stay closer so we actually didn’t even use the 4th “newer addition” bedroom since it was a separate entrance. With the extra bedroom and the pull out couches in the tv room, you could probably have 4-6 more people. We got in during sunset so it was getting dark but the place looked exactly like the pictures. It was right on the beach as I was expecting, which is great for the little kids (age 2-5). There’s a grassy area below the deck where the hammock is and the kids could play there where we could still see them from inside. The beach was literally 10 steps from there. There’s A/C in each room and in the common areas. The light/fan and tv didn’t work in the “upstairs tv room” and we found out the next morning that the tv was completely cracked (we didn’t do it). We called the manager and within a few hours they replaced it, thank god because we needed that tv to distract the kids while my husband was cooking. Speaking of, there’s no ventilation system in the kitchen so when he cooked we had to open every single door because it got smoky fast and it just hung around that area (which the A/C didn’t quite reach). The floor was tile and didn’t feel too bad walking around barefoot (my last North Shore stay had stone flooring inside and with all the sand that was around, and no floor mats anywhere it felt like we were walking outside). I really enjoyed the house, my kids were sad that we had to leave after 6 days because we were going to stay at Aulani for a few days before coming back home to LA. You could watch the sunset every night, just from the back door. It’s only been 5 days but I miss it there already!

We just completed our stay. We had 11 guests and we all fit very comfortably. There was 3 bedrooms, a loft with 2 sleeper sofas in the main portion of the house and a studio apartment with a king sized bed that added enough space to make everyone comfortable. The house has everything you could need including beach towels & beach toys. The beach is perfect. Grocery store just down the road. PCC 15 minutes away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great place to vacation!

This beautiful vacation home was the perfect place for our family to make memories. We spent every evening out on the porch enjoying the calming sunset. Fortunately, the weather was perfect and didn’t have to use the air conditioner, even at night. There was plenty of room for privacy and the kitchen was large enough for us to make several meals together. We are grateful for one of our best family vacations ever!

This may go down as our favorite vacation. The house is very well equipped with a great kitchen overlooking stunning ocean views. It is only a 10 minute drive to Haleiwa and 15 minutes to Turtle Bay Resort. We rented bikes from North Shore Bike Rentals and took full advantage of the bike path that runs from Sunset Beach down near Waimea. We have a toddler (2.5 yrs old) and the house was a safe environment. One thing to point out is the property is not fenced off from the beach. It makes it super easy to access the beach however it was a bit of a challenge containing our 2 yr old from roaming off especially considering the screen doors on the house do not lock. We will be back!

This beach house was better than expected, an ocean view from everywhere indoors and out. Plenty of room, a great kitchen and a shaded patio to enjoy the outdoors and perfect place to watch the sunset. Both ocean view master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms makes staying with more than one couple very private and comfortable. The beach is beautiful and you can walk for miles watching some of the best surfers. We cant wait to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home. Mahalo!

My wife and our 2 toddlers come to the north shore every winter and this property was exactly what we have been looking for. The lanai is perfect and the beach is visible from the kitchen and living room if you are inside. The beach is very private and you do not see as many of the surfers running around as you would north of Rockpiles which is perfect if your looking for a quite relaxing getaway. Absolutely amazing place to stay on probably the most beautiful beach in the world. We loved this place, and it worked perfectly for our 6 adults and 1 child. Would absolutely stay here again.

What a wonderful house this place is! There were 6 of us spending Christmas in Pūpūkea. This home was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was really great and we used it 8 out of 10 nights we were there. My favorite spot was the lanai and the beach which was a few steps to a great beach. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and beach access. We will definitely book this house again in the future.

Upside of location and view and beach access. The home was well equipped with boogie boards, snorkels, chairs and beach toys and umbrellas...we didn’t know this so rented some things for our stay that weren’t necessary...oh well. Plenty of beach towels provided. Washer and dryer were great. Detergent onsite. Loved the covered porch and the geckos that would come visit. Minor bummers...the screen doors were a challenge as they kept coming off the tracks...that rolling hardware doesn’t stand much of a chance in the salt air...also minor bummer about the coffee maker. Small capacity mr coffee that should be upgraded for a house that sleeps up to 10 people. Again...these are minor things that shouldn’t deter your booking. The property manager was VERY responsive to even minor concerns. She was very helpful adjusting our booking to accommodate better airfares. Finally...Internet in the back room could use a boost...the home would benefit from a user guide to Home features, satellite/remotes for the TVs, and exit protocols upon departure. Maybe softer cushions on the outdoor sofa...I’m reaching to find things here...none of these issues can reduce the experience of staying on the north shore/Haleiwa/Waimea/Pūpūkea. Go and enjoy and leave the mainland nitpicky stuff behind. Mahalo for our stay.

in short, super! the location and outdoor living was resplendent. no better place on the N-Shore - even with young kids in Oct with big waves; enjoy the local sand and drive to dillingham or turtle bay for calmer waters. highly recommend.

Loved staying here. Easy access to all the North Shore attractions and it’s on a great beach.

We loved our stay here. The home and furnishings were a little older than expected, but everything is very well-maintained. The yard is small but manicured beautifully. Huge beach in front of you with very little visitors. The owners and property managers were very responsive and friendly. Not big fans of Honolulu, but the North Shore is the perfect place to visit and this home represents it well. We are Brazilian, and there’s a little food truck just down the street that was amazing with açaí bowls and pastel just like home. Grocery store is very close. Awesome snorkeling just a stone’s throw away. Plenty of bugs outside, but only a few mosquitos wandered in...nothing more. We would definitely stay here again. We hope to come back soon!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house is very well appointed with all you would need for your stay. Plenty of towels both for inside and the beach. Crockery/glasses/utensils etc are good, big kitchen and great outdoor eating space. Plenty of space to relax with a book and 3 comfy beds all with their own bathrooms. We could all shower at the same time with no issues with water pressure. The location is an easy walk to sharks cove for snorkeling, the local foodland for supplies and some food trucks for tasty food. Teds bakery is just up the road and so is bansai bowls for smoothies. The only issue we had was we were given a large rental suv and if someone parked at the end of the road/driveway to go to the beach it made it tricky to get out but not impossible. There was a rooster in the area that you could hear occasionally but it wasn't directly under your window. We would stay again for sure.

The place is great and can't wait to go back. The staff was wonderful and helped us with everything. Great location and good people.
