Excelente ubicación en la comunidad residencial Cottonwood Crossing en Gilbert, cerca de Greenfield y Warner. Esta casa cuenta con un plano de planta dividido, está completamente amueblada y justo al lado del apartado parque comunitario con fácil acceso al canal de agua para caminar o andar en bicicleta. The host and home was very accommodating. I felt very at home. There was comfort, all the necessary equipment for daily comfort, tvs, washer dryer, dishwasher, (fully equipped kitchen) large back yard, nearby park, Planet Fitness was down the street and Ethan gave us a guest pass. Plenty to see and do. I took my great grandchildren to Fat Cats for a day of fun and utilized the park.

This Gilbery home was exactly what my mother and I needed for outlr mother-daughter vacation. It was close to the airport and a 30-45 minute drive to everything we wanted to do in the area. Great walking paths nearby, neighbors were quiet, and it had all the accommodations we needed.

We throughly enjoyed our visit. Appreciated the two bedroom two bath house. Plus, we were able make a christmas dinner for the family. Quiet property. Close to a lot of restaurants and activities. Property is as listed.

Very pleasant stay,quiet location.New washer,dryer fridge & dishwasher.Well equipped but could use some wine glasses. Perfect for one or two couples.

Our two month stay was very pleasant , house was just upgraded with new floor, paint ,kitchen counter , fridge with ice maker , manager was very
friendly and responsive to all issues.
Secured gas grill per our request.

Quiet home in nice hood!
We enjoyed our stay in this quiet home on cul-de-sac with nearby trails, canal, and dog park. Even the a/c was quiet! Loved the filtered water. Owner responded quickly to our emails and calls.
