socket in bedroom not functioning

What I didn't like during our stay was the loud noise coming from the very annoying sink. It disturbed our resting time. And we almost missed the chance to use the pool which was one of the things we expected to do because the person assigned to assist us didn't inform us sufficiently about the time the admin was available. I also lost a piece of clothing that I left on the chair when I was away going swimming.

Ambiance

This room is perfect for sleepover where you will only sleep. You cannot cook food since they don't have a stove but they have a rice cooker and water heater.The room is clean and spacious, bed is enough for us (2 adults and 2 toddlers)

SMDC is in good location.

We killed 3 cockroaches in our room. TV is not working. AC is set in one temperature. All walls are wet as it have been sprayed.

The location was perfect. The lobby was clean and classy. The reception/ guards were very polite and helpful The room was relatively clean. The person who met us in person was very kind.

Easy to check-in.

Place is a bit dark.

Location of the property is right in the Tagaytay center. Very accessible and easy to locate.

Window has to be fixed. It created lots of noise every time a strong wind blew. It so happened I was there during a severe tropical storm and window created a sort of vortex with lots of noise what only went away whenever the window was opened. However, due to rain, I had to close the window. Room got flooded during the typhoon because water seeped in from under the window sill and then with the strong wind, water was like a geyser splashing into the room. A couple of floor tiles in the toilet needs fixing as well. Water gathered under the tiles and would be squeezed out whenever one steps on the tiles.

Very accessible. Place within vicinity of Tagaytay center. Quiet and relaxing.

The location is strategically-placed. Supermarkets, restaurants and drinking spots are just walking distance. We also appreciate that the staff are very approachable and accommodating.

The actual room is different from the uploaded photos. There are also damaged furnitures such as the bed's headboard, the bedside table/drawer and the sink's faucet. We also had a hard time lowering the room's temperature due to the small amount of air blown by the aircon. Lastly, we weren't able to enjoy the pool since the payment center is closed on Sundays.
