The Bird's Nest on Route 66 Great location right off the I-40
Holbrook es una ciudad tranquila en el corazón de la ruta 66. Mi familia ha vivido aquí toda nuestra vida y ama a nuestra ciudad. Tenemos una casa de dos pisos con una vista de pájaro de Holbrook y el histórico Wigwam Hotel que fue la inspiración para el Cozy Cone Motel en la película Cars de Disney. La planta baja es para nuestros huéspedes y es cómoda, acogedora y limpia. Estamos a 20 minutos de un viaje de cuatro horas a The Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, Four Corners National Monument, Sedona y mucho más.
La escapada de la planta baja tiene tres dormitorios, un baño completo, sala de estar y comedor, así como una mesa de billar. We had a wonderful time at the Bird’s Nest. The hostess Cindy was so kind and hospitable. The VRBO was very comfortable and had extra amenities we did not even expect. She even checked in to see if we needed anything else while we were there. She went above and beyond. The location was great. It was only 20 minutes from the petrified forest national park.

This sweet little place is roomy and comfortable. It is close enough to Petrified Forest Nat Park to travel back and forth each day.

Older-style home filled with charm, lots of toys for the granddaughter to play with. Owners provided lots of thoughtful touches to make our visit a nice one. Only one bathroom was difficult for five of us.

Exactly as advertised. Only problem was NOT the property owners. Our rental car mapping was accurate on our 2,100 mile trek EXCEPT for this address. We entered it as advertised, which was correct, complete with the “west” designator. It brought us to the wrong house-by a bunch! We eventually found it. So beware your GPS!

Our two nights stay at this B&B was the perfect place for our visit to the Petrified Forest National Park. Cynthia was a great host with her provided breakfast items and home amenities. Would not hesitate to stay again when traveling through on I40.

This is my second stay here in the Bird Nest. It is very quaint, comfortable, immaculate and Cynthia goes out of her way to think of everything you would need. I would and will stay there again. I just love the Petrified Forest.

The photos really do not do Cynthia’s house justice. It was much larger than expected and had a very homely feel to it.
We were ahead of schedule and Cynthia very kindly allowed us to check in early. We met her soon afterwards and it is clear she cares about her guest’s comfort. She had left us plenty of breakfast food and other essentials.
We were very comfortable throughout our stay and would highly recommend Cynthia’s house for a stop over in Holbrook.

More than just as advertised. The Bird Nest was spotless and so cosy and comfortable. Didn’t miss a full kitchen at all. Fridge, toaster snd microwave were all we needed. There is a grill that we didn’t use but could of. Cindy and her husband were so kind. Close to the Petrified Forest where we had a great time.

We stayed in Holbrook to see Petrified Forest National Park. Our host made sure that we had all we needed, and indeed we were well taken care of! Even while lacking a full kitchen, we were able to eat well with lots of extras supplied by the host.

Very comfortable and spacious. Great outdoor space in a very nice neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful (you would hardly know anyone was upstairs) and the train/interstate traffic that is Holbrook is not noticeable at all. Wonderful decor -- enjoyed looking at all the arts and crafts in the commodious house.

We stayed here with our family to visit the Petrified Forest National Park. We had a lovely warm welcome worm the owner. The accommodation was clean and homely with great amenities. Whilst there isn’t a full kitchen, there is coffee and breakfast options provided by the host which was fantastic. Definitely highly recommend!

Fabulous Getaway near Petrified Forest National Park
This was a wonderful home away from home. We were visiting Petrified Forest National Park and this fabulous property was very close to the park. Cynthia was great about communications before and during our stay. She provided bagels, cream cheese, bread, peanut butter and jelly for our breakfast. The accommodations were very comfortable and we would highly recommend staying at this Birds Nest property. Thank you for the wonderful adventure Cynthia!

The owner really went out of her way to make this property guest friendly. The lack of a full kitchen was not a problem with the grill and other accommodations We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing!
We had a short two night stay on our way to Flagstaff using The Birds Nest as a resting point. It was a wonderful place to stop and enjoy Holbrook, the petrified forest / painted desert. Our host was incredible and made us feel at home. There was amazing communication, lots of extras, and a great assortment of information pertaining to local activities and interesting facts. You would never have known that this was a basement apartment. There was beautiful landscaping that led to a private entrance and a lovely patio. This would be our first choice if we headed this way again.

Spectacular Stay
Out stay at the Bird's Nest exceeded all expectations. The details and touches amazed us and we just kept finding new ones. We played basketball, pool and the piano. What fun it was.

Very Comfortable Home!
The beds and furniture were all very comfortable! It was a home away from home! Owners are very helpful and communicative. My daughters enjoyed the pool table! Petrified Forest was well worth the visit. I don't have any complaints!

Great location for Petrified Forest visits.
This is our 3rd stay at this property in the last 3 years. We like to hike at Petrified Forest National Park which is only about 20 minutes away. Cindy is a gracious host and very responsive.
