Nuestra pintoresca casa de vacaciones se encuentra en una pintoresca calle peatonal empedrada en el corazón de la histórica ciudad de St Andrews. Se encuentra a pocos pasos de la Universidad, la catedral, la costa y una gran variedad de restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas y bares, por no mencionar la tienda de comestibles Sainsbury's. El famoso Old Course también se encuentra a solo 5 minutos a pie.
La propiedad en sí data de los años 1800, pero ha sido completamente restaurada y modernizada a un alto nivel y tiene una exquisita zona de barbacoa / comedor al aire libre en su propio patio privado.

I rented this cottage for the bride and groom for their St Andrews wedding.
We didn't tell anyone where they were staying so they had a private getaway.
For this purpose the cottage was perfect.
It was very nice. Quiet. Private. Cozy.

The Boathole is an amazing, beautiful property located in the heart of St. Andrews. Recently renovated throughout, this is a quite and sophisticated property. The outdoor courtyard is very special. Will definitely visit again! Exceptional!

We stayed for 4 days at this amazing property in St. Andrews at the end of a multi week Scottish adventure. It was exactly what we needed to unwind from a busy couple of weeks. The property is well maintained and includes everything you could need, was super comfortable, and put us in the heart of St Andrews where we could walk easily to everything we wanted to do. The host was wonderful to work with and instructions and access were clear and easy. We are already planning our return visit! Highly recommended!

I came to St Andrews to pick up my son from Uni Location was excellent. 2 min to everything. A quiet cobblestone street. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. There’s a lovely courtyard which had the weather been better we would have used. Graham was a gracious host. 10 out of 10.

This us by far one of the best properties we've ever stayed at. The location was perfect and the amenities excellent. I highly recommend staying here and when we return to golf at St. ANDREW'S I will stay here again.

The house was perfect for two friends in town to visit my daughter at University. Beds were luxurious, furnishings comfortable and extremely well thought-out, and outdoor space was lovely. Centrally located but not noisy. The host was communicative and helpful. We could not have asked for a better stay.

We visited for a birthday celebration as well as playing golf at St Andrews and we was not disappointed. The accommodation was everything you could possibly want, clean and very well presented. Unfortunately we didn’t get the weather to enjoy the courtyard but the rooms was spacious and was a comfortable stay.
We will be back!!

Our stay could not have been better. The flat is homey, decorated nicely, furnished well and within walking distance to St Andrews Golf Club, pubs, restaurants and shops.
If we make it back to St Andrews we’ll definitely book again! 5 star experience.

This flat was perfect for our family while attending my son’s graduation from St. Andrews. Very convenient location. Flat was well appointed and comfortable. Stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Wish the weather was nicer to enjoy the outdoor area! Amazing stay!

Bolthole is a charming stay! We felt right at home when we walked in. The location is unbelievable. Graham is easy to be in touch with and gives great insight.

The location was perfectly situated near pubs and restaurants on Market St. We were a short walk from The Old Course and sites such as the Castle and Abbey. Property very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could need, including a much needed dryer after golfing in rain for two days! We would definitely stay again!

The place, location and accommodations were great. We enjoyed the home and would return to this property again. The only negative would be that it was possible to lock someone inside the property with the current locking mechanism for front door. Not sure why this can happen but it occurred during our stay.
Other than that we had a great time.

Bolt Hole is ideally located for enjoying St Andrews’ shops and restaurants. Easy walk to golf courses. All needed amenities are included. Host is clearly interested in ensuring guests’ satisfaction.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our trip to St. Andrew’s. It was two adults and one 7 year old “aspiring” golfer.
Being able to do laundry at the house was a game changer, allowed us to pack light. Having the kitchen was great for breakfast, amazing coffee maker. We didn’t have a chance to use the patio, but it was such a pleasant feature of the house.
There’s a grocery store just around the corner, perfect for breakfast foods and picky kids! Many great restaurants within walking distance. We must have picked a busy season, most restaurants required reservations for dinner. We caught on quick. Overall a fantastic stay, highly recommend, our 7 year old says “5 of 5 stars”.

OMG, this was the best place we could have hoped for with its location so close to the St. Andrew's Links golf courses. I will definitely be rebooking this lovely spot when I return to golf the area again in the coming years!!

The property was exactly as advertised and just perfect for us!! To be able to walk out your door and enjoy all that St. Andrews has to offer was wonderful and free parking was just a few yards away. And, it was a short drive to Crail to do a walk along the Fife Coastal Trail. All contact with Graham was timely and helpful in every way. Would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to return to the area.

We loved this property! It’s location could not be better, and it’s spotlessly clean. St. Andrews golf courses (my husband and son were blessed to be able to play The Old Course) are a short walk away as is everything else you would need. Graham is so fast with communication even though we were coming from the states. Do not hesitate to stay here. It’s even cuter in person if that is even possible. Cheers!

This was the best location to stay in St. Andrews! 1/2 block off Market Street and North Street … easy walking distance to everything … and only a few steps to your very own local pub, The Central … The apartment was updated and modernized, well kept and very clean and would be perfect for 2 couples sharing as there was separation for the two bedrooms. The linens were awesome and soft. For those from North America the king size bed listed is not a king as per North American standards, it’s a queen size so a bit tight for those wanting the space of a king size bed. We would definitely stay there again!

We came for our niece’s wedding. The Bolthole was a perfect choice of location and room for two couples. It is in the center of everything and is supplied with whatever you might need. We had a wonderful time!!

Our host Graham provided the perfect place for us to enjoy the city on our weeklong stay! Communication was fantastic from initial booking throughout the end of stay. The flat was exactly as described. Graham hospitality and added touches were certainly welcome surprises. If ever we come back, we will reach out to Graham again!

The flat was very centrally located to all things you would want to see and easily walkable. The flat above was quite loud two of of the nights but just over one of the bedrooms, our child was fine sleeping on the sofa in the living room these nights where it was quieter. Overall it was a great stay.

Steps away from anything you could need. It’s also walking distance to all St. Andrews golf. With it being in the hub of a University town, don’t expect quiet nights. One of the bedrooms is away from the madness, the other is not….bring ear plugs. Overall great place. Loved it.
