3 dias muito bem passados numa moradia com boa privacidade e bem localizada. Moradia com boa comodidade. Aspecto negativo, a limpeza exterior da moradia. Denotava bastante falta de limpeza.

La casa está en muy buenas condiciones y bien equipada, es muy limpia y muy cómoda ya que tiene una buena piscina y está cercana a la playa. Hemos disfrutado mucho de ella.

Todo estuvo fenomenal. Piscina, barbacoa, hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Lina ha tenido un trato muy bueno y nos ha resuelto las dudas que teníamos. Recomendable.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable en Sesmarias. Nos alojamos durante 14 días dos familias con niños. La villa se ajusta a la descripción del anuncio. Estaba todo muy limpio. La playa de Sao Rafael está accesible andando. Lina ha estado muy pendiente de todo.

Das Objekt ist für grössere Gruppen perfekt. Genügend platz. Mega Pool und perfekte Ausstattung mit Grill, Küche, ... Lina ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

We’re a big family that stayed in Linas beautiful house the first week of June. The house is spacious, clean, well taken care of and is planned in a smart way. It never felt crowded and it is well stocked. The pool and outside area is amazing. There’s a supermarket a ten minute walk away from the house and it’s the same walking distance to the beautiful San Rafael Beach. Lina is a great host!

House was very spacious and well looked after. The pool and the garden outside were ideal to spend time outside. Located 10 minutes away from the beautiful beach of San Rafael. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay a little away from the town of Albufeira.

It’s a beautiful home that is big and spacious with a great backyard! Also being walking distance to a beautiful beach and 10 minute car ride to the center of Albufeira make it a perfect home!

I stayed here with my family of four and my college friend’s family of four. It has a great pool for the kids, is walking distance to two beaches and is a short drive to several others. Several stores nearby with everything we needed. A great environment for cooking and grilling in the evenings and eating outside or in the living room - the kitchen is pretty well stocked witheberything needed to make and serve some delicious meals. Lina, the owner, is extremely nice and very responsive and hospitable. I would definitely stay at any place she owned again. If you are to stay around during the afternoon hours (not that you should as their are amazing vistas to see and visit) there is a hotel adjacent to the backyard that plays lots of games and music but it ends by 5pm so is not disruptive to a quiet evening with friends and family enjoying good food and drinks in the backyard.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in this well equipped villa, plenty of space indoors and out for five adults and four children. Size of swimming pool great for adults and kids and the barbecue area which we used several times was really useful. The nearby beach of Sao Rafael is an easy 10 minute walk, it does get a bit busy but we pre booked sun beds (18 euros) two with parasol so always got a good position on the beach, no public parasols allowed in this area.The kitchen was well equipped with two large fridge freezers so never short of space to keep food, water, drinks etc cool. Two coffee machines so we were always able to make a decent cup.We were able to get into the villa early on arrival and leave slighter later on departure which was very helpful. Instructions on how to get to the villa and gain access were very thorough and Lina was excellent with all communications from initial booking and onwards, booked lots of villas and Linas response time was the best.As mentioned in previous reviews there is a bit of music coming from the nearby hotel mid morning but nothing that bothered us. Otherwise the villa is in a very quiet location.There is a small supermarket nearby, just down from the Sao Rafael Suites Hotel, fine for everyday items, milk, water, bread and drinks, otherwise we walked (15 to 20 mins) to the Oceana Supermarket which has an extensive range of products and a butchery. Did big shop two or three times and got taxi back.Our overall impression of the villa and surrounding area was great for a family holiday.

Lina's place was just what our group was looking for. Perfectly located within walking distance of the beach and away from the centre of town. Lina was the ultimate host and was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests. The house was even more beautiful in person. We'll be back!

Great villa, very roomy with all required for a pleasurable holiday. Nice size swimming pool enjoyed by everyone. Great location within walking distance of a lovely beach and the marina.

Everything worked out perfectly! Awesome and clean house with an amazing pool. With the Uber also perfect to got to old or new town. Had unforgettable evenings at the bbq and the pool. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

We have just spent a wonderful long weekend at the villa. The villa was spotless on arrival and Lina very kindly allowed us to check in early. There was a bottle of wine and a few provisions in the fridge waiting for us. The villa had plenty of space for all of us - 8 adults - both inside and out. The beaches at Sao Rafael beach and Soa Arrifes are only a few minutes walk away and there is a small general store in walking distance. Everything we needed! Whilst the area is generally quiet, the hotel that backs on to the villa has what we believe to be some form of aerobic workout every morning around 11! You can hear the music but it did not in anyway spoil our stay. We would highly recommend the villa, the beaches and the area generally. Lina has been extremely helpful, responding to all our queries promptly and made the booking process very straightforward. Thank you.

Nous étions 10 adultes dans la villa de Lina et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Petite attention de la propriétaire qui nous laissé une bouteille de vin, de l’eau , du jus de fruit et quelques petites choses à manger. Seul bémol les chambres du bas manquent un peu de luminosité . La plage de Sao Rafael est magnifique et à 5mn à pied. A recommander.

This villa is very large with lots of communal areas for everyone to relax in. The kitchen is large and equipped with two fridges - we used one for food, one for drinks. We enjoyed the pool and it was large enough for several adults to swim simultaneously. It was lovely sitting on the loungers round the pool and we used the BBQ too. A choice of beaches within walking distance. The villa is situated in a quiet area which is not overcrowded with tourists yet close enough to Albufeira for shopping/entertainment - a definite bonus. At times, there was noise from the hotel (behind the wall) but this did not spoil our stay. We had rented cars and this made shopping at Lidl easy. The villa was very clean and all furnishings in very good condition. Thanks

First of all, I have to say that Lina was excellent! She was so quick to respond to any questions/issues, and tried to be as helpful as possible. I will say the house itself though fell short of expectations. The outdoors area was perfect - beautiful pool, great space for a group to sit outside together. However, the inside area fell short of expectations. While there was plenty of room, the house was not well stocked at all. There was not enough toilet paper for the group, garbage cans in rooms like bathrooms were MIA, some bathrooms were missing hand soap, towels provided were minimal, there was no laundry detergent left for use with the washing machine (usually houses provided that), and the kitchen smelled like sulfur upon entering the house. I was very disappointed at how poorly the house was stocked for even the most basic of supplies for our stay. In addition, some of the sheets were stained, and some of the appliances were broken, such as the shower head in the master bathroom. The house was not in the shape I would have expected. That being said, Lina was excellent at addressing many of these concerns - she sent someone over to provide more towels, change the stained sheets, and fix the shower head. So in terms of customer service, Lina was EXCELLENT. But overall the house fell a bit short of expectations.

AMAMOS COMO SEMPRE

Met 10 man in totaal 10 dagen in deze villa mogen verblijven. De villa was bij aankomst erg schoon en goed onderhouden. De villa is echt prachtig en de tuin met zwembad is erg mooi. De omgeving is rustig met een erg mooi strandje in de buurt. Wel ligt de villa dus in een buitenstadje van Albufeira, maar taxi's reden af en aan waardoor ook Albufeira zelf goed breikbaar was. Vooraf en tijdens het verblijf was de eigenaar goed bereikbaar en vriendelijk. Het enige nadeel van de vakantie was dat op dag 2 de schoonmaakploeg al langs kwam, waardoor de schoonmaak nog niet echt nodig was en later tijdens het verblijf eigenlijk wel. Al met al een uitstekend verblijf gehad.

Norsk familie som hadde en flott ferie i dette huset. Fin beliggenhet, men uten bil må man belage seg på å gå en del. Veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig eier. Hagen og bassenget ble svært mye brukt og var godt likt av ungdommene i familien. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake til dette huset.

Villa is beautiful, extremely clean and very spacious. We took 3 adults with learning disabilities plus 4 Support Workers. It provided the perfect base for us so have now returned 2 years in a row. Beautiful swimming pool. Great built in BBQ and lots of outdoor seating surrounding the villa. Restaurants around corner. Near to beaches and easy to get into Old Town, Albufeira for more choice of restaurants and shops. Extremely friendly and helpful villa host Lina. Lovely gift of food and wine for a light meal when we arrived after a long journey. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you.
