all the kitchen equipment was top notch, almost a full stacked kitchen with 5 burner stove and oven. only downside is the knife was very blunt

1.- The staff in the lobby/reception were very "over the book". Very little initiative, when there was a problem. 2,- Security deposit: I'm very used to do this kind of practice all around the world and in Manila, but in this hotel YOU MUST PAY 3K PESOS PER NIGHT OF STAY. yes. per night of stay. A totally nonsense policy for more than one night stays. I paid in advance 8 days and when I arrived to the hotel they wanted me to pay. 24k PESOS!!! just for deposit. They were telling me that this is the Hotel policy but it's a nonsense one!!!. The staff in there were arguing and even they only accepted cash or credit card!! As we arrived super late I totally refused and they didn't want to give me the room!!. After several minutes one foreman said that If I can pay one night, they would be connecting and disconnecting my Keycard per day!! Checking that no consumption!!! and I had to go there DAILY to reconnect my key card!! A totally nonsense!!! each single day!!! they had no mercy!!! super unfriendly policy for more than one night stay!!! It was very clear for me that they are not used to long staycation and only they are used to short term. This policy is an example. Super bad the policy and the staff in there the night we arrived (they told me to look for a bank in the middle of the night, raining and without knowing the area!!!). 3.- Parking space.- The parking that they assigned me was with a car and I had to go out of the parking place again to tell them in the lobby. When I told to the same staff there, instead of coming with me to check, they told me to go down, check one empty space and go back again!!! they wanted me to work for them, me being the guest!! I totally refused and told me that the were the one to check and tell me where to go in the parking. The staff coming was hesitant but finally not other chance but going down to check. After several minutes he found one space. 4.- Restaurant staff very friendly and accommodating one.

EVERYTHING! The workers are so friendly and the service is great. Everything you need for a perfect getaway is at your fingertips.

Our family stayed for 1 night so we could prepare and relax and wait for our flight back to UAE. When we came, the location is perfect and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and we have the perfect view of the city. That was an added bonus during our stay and not to forget; the breakfast buffet was great. Looking forward the next time around to staying a bit longer.

Not the hotel but the area in particular so when it's 10 pm onwards; no restaurants in the area are open so we have to order our food through grab. Or maybe the case we don't know the place very well.

I loved your breakfast staff they were great and also your bar staff on level 6 they do your business proud well done

I spent 8 nights there then extended for 3more nights and then extended for 1 more night to which I didn't receive any discount and the guy who served me was i believe very poor actions which sort of soured it for me and at check out i was not offered 1 of your bears like the first time i stayed.

It is by far one of the nicest if not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at so far.

The 2 bedroom apartment is huge. The family will surely enjoy their stay.

There should be a manual/guide for some of the equipments in the room. I’m not sure if there is but it is not visible.

It was a very sad experience because my check in time is 2pm but when I came back around 10:30pm the hotel is not yet ready.

The hotel itself was great!

Quite expensive. A lower price will be appreciated.
