Location
To have been advised of the scaffolding. No alleged view that I paid for. So disappointing

Rooms was comfortable the dining room was beautiful and staff very friendly
No lift to our room and partner walks with a walking stick but we managed

Very nice and welcoming, really good to have a free car park with no time restrictions. Check in was quick and easy and the room was bright and fresh and clean.

It was clean
No shampoo provided. The room coffee and tea was bad. Building needs redecorating.
The hotel was full of seniors which killed the mood. Breakfast times were outside my window. 8 to 9 wasn't ready until 15 past so i decided to skip and be on my way.
Overall i had a roof over my head but lacked the holiday hotel feeling. I think it was overpriced but compared to the market it wasn't. I guess the whole uk hotel market is a disaster which explains why people go to air bnb. I personally love a nice hotel. I'll spend more next time.

excellent breakfast all the staff at breakfast very efficient and polite and friendly . the room was very clean and comfortable . the bar was well stocked and fairly priced .

didn’t get to really stay in it for long enough, only arrived at 22:00 and checked out at 08:30 to catch a ferry

There is no lift in the hotel, so if the room is on higher floors you have lot to climb

The beds were comfortable, good sea view and a quiet room.
The decor on upper floors very much in need of upgrade.
Check in was poor ,we arrived at 4.10m to be told to wait in the bar whilst the staff checked the room was ready.
Breakfast was disorganised, we were told to wait for a table, even though plenty were vacant. Then we were shown to a bare table which had to be set.
Breakfast was poor the eggs were not properly cooked miserly portion of beans and the sausages were so tasteless we left them.

Position on see front was good.
Over charged, advertised on booking.com for £100, was forced to pay £111.
Booked this hotel due to fact they had parking, but when I got there there was no spaces available. No way to book a space.
No air conditioning or fan in the room.
No bathroom toiletries like shower gel or shampoo.
No glasses in room.
Wallpaper in the room was peeling off.
Lifts don’t go to every floor

Everything was perfect, from the view, the parking, breakfast. Lifts to the floors. Room was a good size. Would visit again.
Been given a time for breakfast, and coach parties having early priority, granted they have they day trips but individuals plan early trips too.
They did accommodate us for 2 mornings.

The bedroom floor was extremely uneven could be a health and safety hazard for children or older people as a trip hazard!!

Location was good, hotel dated but decorating is a working progress. Staff are helpful. Beds and linen very clean. Breakfast was nice
