Great property with beach access. Clean and comfortable!

Location and amenities.

Very nice unit and great complex directly on the beach. No need to play frogger crossing to the seawall. The host was very easy to communicate with. Beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was easy to cook and prepare food. I appreciated the little vacuum to quickly sweep up sand! The internet was a bit laggy, but that is the only complaint. We appreciated the beach gear, umbrella and drying rack on the balcony. We enjoyed it very much.

Convenient property to a private beach, close to town. Small but perfect for a long weekend for a family of 4 (kids 9 & 12). Property management was very present.

I chose this condo over a hotel as it the listing said there was a washer/dryer. When we arrived we learned they were pay for use in another part of the complex. The condo was cute, but I would not recommend for more than two people or maybe with two small children. The layout of the bunk beds within the hallway between the master bedroom and living space made it difficult to keep tidy with my sons luggage. We were a party of four and used all sleeping options: master, two bunks, and fold-out couch (which we left out the duration as it was so hard to get set up). If you are an apartment dweller you may be comfortable with the tight quarters, but for the cost, I would choose a hotel instead. You are required to wear wristbands and only one access onto the beach with a security code which were both excessive as these were never checked and often people let you in or out. The view of the beach shown in the picture is from the very far corner of the balcony and overall not the kind of beach experience I would pay for again.

The unit is small but space is used wisely and we had no issues. Nothing to do with the owner but the elevator was out our entire stay and we were on the 3rd floor. We got our exercise in and it was a little inconvenient but not terrible. The unit itself had everything we needed. A great view of the pool and ocean. The complex itself is so nice and the convenience of being right on the beach just can't be beat. We love the Seascape and would stay in this unit again. So easy to book and great communication. The beds were all comfortable. Even the sofa bed was great. The kids loved the bunk beds. The extra storage space in the bedroom was as a nice touch. There is a washer and dryer on the same floor that was convenient as well. We had 3 adults and 3 kids during our stay and it was perfect for our needs. Only gave 4 stars on overall rating because of the elevator situation. Everything else was a 5.

We were their only 2 short days but enjoyed it all. This unit is very tight on space but had everything you needed. Comfy beds, linens were soft. Kitchen very small but workable. Very easy access to beach, did not have to cross any streets.

This is our go to location for vacationing in Galveston each Spring. Absolutely love the location and easy direct access to the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Liked the new hanging closet area in the bedroom for storage as well.

Just like described. Clean, cute and perfect for a weekend trip. Plenty of room for my small group. Very convenient to beach and Galveston attractions.

The property is fantastic! Easy to get to, great access to semi-private beach and family-friendly pools onsite, and the host is amazing! She was super responsive to all messages/requests and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great for a relaxing trip!

Condo is a great location with property right on the beach. No worries about running across Seawall Blvd. Plenty of pools and hot tubs all heated. We decided to cook breakfast one morning and condo had everything we needed including a citrus press. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with my family to celebrate my son’s birthday. The room is super clean, and the view of the ocean from our balcony was lovely! Our kids also loved the large pool too. We would absolutely stay here again! Rachael is a great hostess, and communication was excellent from booking the room, to the end of our stay. Thank you for making our weekend getaway an amazing one!

My husband and I enjoyed a couple days here on the beach before leaving on our cruise. Everything was perfect. Would stay here again!

We loved the location of this property. The unit had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and direct beach access. The grounds were immaculate and the complex had a very family-friendly vibe. The condo unit was tastefully decorated and clean. It is compact, but the owner has made such smart use of the space. The owner reached out during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Just a short drive to all that Galveston has to offer. Highly recommend!

What an adorable condo! Loved all the attentions to detail and made great use of the space. Myself, my mother, sister, daughter and my niece all stayed here comfortably. We loved the direct short walk to the beach and its very private beach area with only guests from condos. We had a great weekend and hope to come back!

The condo was so perfectly decorated for the beach, super clean, and equipped with everything we needed! The complex amenities were also great with the pool/hot tubs right downstairs and super easy access to the beach. Rachael was super communicative with all the info we needed and would definitely stay here again!

Super easy and clean getaway

Property was very nice and clean

My husband and 2 teens stayed for a week in this condo mid June. The location is fantastic. It is directly on the beach and because it is private access for Seascape members, the beach area was never crowded. We also really enjoyed the balcony which has a view of the pool and beach. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it looked nice and clean. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after returning from the beach which was nice. As other reviews have suggested, the condo is very small, but for 2 adults and 2 teens it worked just fine. The only thing we found slightly challenging was finding a place to put all of our stuff. We loved having the separate bedroom with king size bed which was very comfortable and we slept great. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. You do need a car to get into town where there are more restaurants, pleasure pier and other activities but it is a short drive. Personally I prefer being away from all the business because it is quiet and less crowded. Most other hotels and condos require walking across the busy street to get to the beach, which can be treacherous as we didnt see many crosswalks, so for that reason alone this place is worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was okay, but for the price, I expected a lot nicer accommodation and a little larger property. There were only two of us and we felt a little cramped in this property that was supposed to sleep six. It was very small with almost no storage and the finishes and furnishings were a bit worn and dated. The exterior property was also worn and dated with a lot of rust and cracked concrete everywhere. The pool area was really nice and it was right on the beach.

A few years ago, our family had a terrible vacation rental experience in a different state. So for this vacation, I researched every option thoroughly, but I was still nervous the condo wouldn't be up to our expectations. As soon as we stepped in, all worries vanished! This condo was super clean, everything was in good condition, and felt homey. We especially liked that the complex is on the beach side of the road and on a quieter end of the island. Also, there is umbrella and chair rental available at the beach. Rachael was quick to respond when we checked out as I had to let her know there was one thing she might want to check. We had an amazing vacation and wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return to Galveston in the future and would definitely rent this condo again!

The condo was nice and clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. Exactly what we expected as we have stayed at the Seascapes several times before. For a family of three it was plenty of room. To sleep six might be a bit confined so be sure you really like the people staying with you! Haha! Rachel was awesome. Was quick to respond to any questions. We will stay here again.

This was the second time we stayed here and absolutely love it. Owner is easy to reach and quick to respond. We had no issues and the unit was clean and prepared. Both my husband and I slept well in the bed, which never happens when we are away from home. Also I appreciated having more than just 2 towels that so many other places seem to only provide. The private beach access is super easy and since we were there during the week before summer began lathe beach was quiet and fairly empty! Loved that. Will be back for sure.

Overall very pleased with the property, outside of cigarette butts , would love to see the property become smoke free. We plan on returning the property staff were very helpful and polite
