La casa de vacaciones adosada moderna y luminosa de 2 dormitorios con entrada privada se encuentra en Hoole, en el borde del centro de la ciudad de Chester, ha sido amueblada pensando en los turistas / viajeros de negocios corporativos y tiene todo lo que necesita para la estadía perfecta. La casa es nuestra casa de vacaciones, encontramos que está perfectamente ubicada para visitar Chester, el zoológico de Chester, el hipódromo de Chester y muchas otras atracciones locales, explorar Gales y el campo de Cheshire es fácil, ya que tiene excelentes conexiones por carretera / ferrocarril y transporte público.
Nuestra casa de vacaciones de dos dormitorios ofrece un alojamiento ideal para parejas o familias, se encuentra en una calle tranquila, lejos del ruido del tráfico. Hay un dormitorio principal con una cómoda cama king size y armarios empotrados, el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales y armarios empotrados (con espejo de cuerpo entero), baño moderno con ducha sobre la bañera, radiador toallero y armario de almacenamiento. La sala de estar de planta abierta está bien equipada con TV / reproductor de DVD, Wifi gratuito, sistema de alta fidelidad Bluetooth, una selección de libros y DVD, dos cómodos sofás de cuero y una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas. Cuando no desee cenar en uno de los muchos restaurantes que Chester tiene para ofrecerle, la cocina está bien equipada para todas sus necesidades de autoservicio y tiene una mesa y cuatro sillas y vistas al jardín trasero cerrado.
Hay un pequeño jardín delantero y un jardín cerrado ajardinado (con puerta con cerradura) en la parte trasera de la casa donde encontrará una mesa y cuatro sillas para cenar al aire libre.
Hay un camino privado para estacionar en la casa, el centro de la ciudad de Chester está a una corta distancia en automóvil, puedes caminar fácilmente a Chester en aproximadamente 15/20 minutos, los autobuses salen regularmente desde una parada de autobús cercana, la estación de trenes está aproximadamente a 15 minuto a pie. Puedo recomendar un muy buen servicio de taxi si llega desde el aeropuerto de Liverpool o Manchester.

Pleasant area. Short walk to pub and shop for essentials. Deborah was really good at communicating and left handy resume of places to visit. House is clean and had everything we needed.

Ashtree house VRBO was a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped also.
We enjoyed our time there & was an easy walk to Chester old town. We enjoyed eating @ The Locked Vault pub, & Made In Italy Italian restaurant. Both are in the area.

The house was perfect for just the two of us. it was around 25 mins to walk to Chester town centre and around 15 mins to walk to the local restaurants. We drove up from south London and this touch 4.30 hrs

We arrived by train and found the area easy to get around without a car (did get a taxi to the zoo, but train station, supermarket, restaurants and city centre all within walking distance.) House is in a modern housing estate but easy walk to Hoole itself with lovely streets and eating places. Great play park in hoole too. House was clean, pleasant and as described. (Couple of minor issues- shower a little temperamental re: temperature and plug did not work well in the bath but otherwise all fine)

Ideal base to explore Chester
The rental is very nicely appointed and laid out. It’s location is ideal for walking into town centre, especially along the canal pathway, and also for accessing major roads into Wales, Cheshire and Merseyside. Communication with Deborah was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2week stay here, and can highly recommend it .

Excellent place. Clean. Supplied even with tea/coffee/ toiletries. Super location with all areas we visited within 6-10 minutes drive. Also easy access to Motorway. Would have preferred a corner store nearby for papers etc which was the only inconvenience

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We had a perfect 5 night stay. The house is exactly as described, extremely clean and very comfortable. A perfect location to explore Chester, close to everything you need and an ideal walk into the city centre. We hope to return. Thank you.

Check-in was tough because the owner forgot to give us the code for the key box and it took a lot of trying the code on the photo she sent, thinking we were doing something wrong, only to figure out that it was only an example, not the actual code. Once in, though, it was larger than it looked and had everything you need to have a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

I booked this house for my nephew and his wife. It was perfect for them. It's a bright house in a quiet area, a handy bus stop on the corner to take you to Chester city centre. A hop away from the railway station, they and the rest of my nephews, of which there are another four, will definitely be booking again.

I can only reiterate previous reviewers comments. Property is clean, well-equipped and in a quiet area. The location is ideal for access to Chester centre either on foot, by car or using public transport.
It is conveniently placed for shopping. A large Waitrose store is about a mile away. We particularly enjoyed the walk and shopping facilities in Hoole. In and around Faulkner Street, there is a variety of independent traders including a butchers, a fishmonger and a bakery. There is also a selection of eateries in the same vicinity.
Due to the proximity of the motorway network, it is easy to visit many other attractions from this property.
All in all a perfect property in a perfect location.

Excellent stay
We stayed at this lovely house for our second time and will be back again. Great quiet area with parking for our two cars, very clean and had everything we needed. The walk into Chester is lovely along the canal and the local restaurants are superb. Thank you Deborah for all your help

Wonderful stay!!
Everything was great! Wonderfully located, a short walk along the canal to the centre of Chester and close to Chester Zoo. We visited the new Storyhouse theatre and was very impressed. Very good communication from Deborah, the house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and had everything we needed and more!!. We would definitely stay here again!!

Clean, modern and extremely well equipped
The property was easy to find and had everything we needed for a short break. It is a good 20 minute walk from the city centre but is also on a bus route. It was spotless on arrival. Would recommend this property.

Don’t book a hotel - stay here!
Instead of booking two hotel rooms for the four of us, we decided to stay in this lovely little house. We had everything we needed as well as things we didn’t expect like chairs and a table in a sweet little patio garden, just right for an evening prosecco before heading out. We would recommend the restaurants (especially the Sticky Walnut) and bars of Hoole just ten minutes stroll away and the 20 minute walk along the canal into Chester is delightful - it’s only about £6 in a taxi if you prefer though The house was scrupulously clean and Deborah was a courteous and welcoming host. Her recommendations were really useful so all in all we thoroughly recommend staying in this super house in a great location

Great location - quiet residential area. House has everything you need for a holiday. Beds very comfortable, great to have off road parking and outside space for the sunny days. Really enjoyed our stay. Owner also easy to reach.

PERFECT
Our stay was fabulous. Hotel prices in Chester have shot up in recent months so when we decided to take our son and his girlfriend a house seemed the best idea. The house is in a quiet location, near the canal for a lovely stroll into town and within walking distance of Hoole which is our most favourite place with a community feel like no other. The house in exceptionally clean, and a real home from home. We loved it and hope to return.

Nice property, could do with decent size towels and clean teatowels. The property was about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Chester along the canal.
