fantásticas vistas tanto de día como de noche. Hay alrededor de 450 restaurantes a 5 minutos a pie. Nos enorgullecemos de un buen cuidado de nuestros clientes y hemos construido una gran reputación con todos nuestros visitantes, nuestras reservas se hacen frente a un 80% retorno de los huéspedes que es el 80% de ellos han sido 5 veces o más con nosotros en Azahara y muchos son regresando por más de diez años todos los años algunas veces dos veces o 3 cada año.
a nuestro alrededor hay un montón de bares y discotecas, bares cantar, pero no en la puerta, así que es tranquilo también. 150 metros de la calle comercial Safari con bares y restaurantes y todo lo que desee, desde la mejor carne y el pescado fresco cocinado a su gusto o de champán en el balcón en el bar de Harry viendo la fuente musical / baile. Relájate !!!!
Si te gusta el teatro, también está allí. ir de compras es fantástico en esta área. con muchas tiendas outlet vendiendo mercadería muy barata Mercadona Supermercado está en la puerta trasera donde la comida y la bebida son tan baratas si quieres cocinar. . tenemos supermercado Hyper Dino en la otra puerta de Azahara. carretilla provista para manejar las golosinas en
Este lugar ofrece unas excelentes vacaciones con algo para todos. Paz y tranquilidad, o, igual de fácil para encontrar la vida nocturna cerca. Hay una piscina interior de los complejos (camas libres) o tomar el sol en el balcón hay una tumbona allí y el sol está en su balcón todo el día, sabemos cómo cuidar de ti. Nos preocupamos por nuestros clientes y dar el mejor servicio posible. esperamos verte por aquí muy pronto, a sentir por ti mismo. Disfrutar y relajarse.

Instalamos una pared de vidrio que se desliza para permitir la vida al aire libre en el apartamento para aprovechar la vista simplemente magnífica de la playa y el océano. entonces, ¿el balcón se incorpora al apartamento si así lo desea?
sólo deslice y doblar lejos para disfrutar de la sensación de aire libre cuando aún estaba en el apartamento.
tenemos ascensores para que no tengas que dar ningún paso, y no hay colinas afuera para escalar. (muchos apartamentos tienen esta bola y cadena para arrastrar así que pregunta si estás haciendo consultas)
La piscina nunca está tan ocupada en este complejo privado que no se puede obtener una tumbona así que no hay necesidad de dejar una toalla en una tumbona
ofrecemos un carrito de compras con ruedas para que pueda llevar sus compras y botellas de agua directamente al apto. no llevar objetos pesados como agua
La cocina
cocina eléctrica y horno con todas las ollas y sartenes, microondas, hervidor de agua, tostadora, mesa para 4 personas, máquina de café, etc. nevera-congelador grande que ayuda a mantener el vino fresco y el hielo para las Margatitas ;-)
Hay cunas disponibles si tiene niños pequeños y los sofás se convierten en camas individuales adecuadas. dos camas individuales más en el dormitorio hacen que este apto para dormir máximo 4 adultos y un niño en la cuna.

Tenemos un estado fantástico del sistema de televisión Arte que le permite ver sus canales de origen sin importar que país del que proviene. instrucciones sencillas están ahí y se puede ver lo que quiere ver.
WIFI es privado, gratuito y es de fibra de alta potencia los códigos se suministran al reservar
plancha y tabla de planchar secador de pelo suministra
agradables cómodos sillones en el balcón que sea una delicia para sentarse y relajarse allí. ¿por qué no encender las velas que cuelgan en la pared en la noche y sentarse con una bebida agradable y relajado bañado chilllllll en el tono naranja del sol que se sienta.
-CON aire está disponible bajo petición a través de tarjeta de prepago que es tan económico sin embargo, como estamos en primera línea de la brisa es mejor y más sana Sólo tiene que abrir las ventanas de los apartamentos y estar en el flujo de aire
en el sitio de la cama ponemos un ventilador de techo de 3 velocidades ahí para aquellos que les gusta mantenerse fresco
el aire fresco que viene del mar suele ser suficiente para mantener fresco el apt, cuando salga de las ventanas abiertas.
Baño
hicimos de esta una habitación húmeda donde puedes chapotear si deseas que no haya pasos en la ducha y también hay un bidet

Limpieza
Nuestra señora de la limpieza está siempre a su disposición para ayudar con cualquier emergencia o si se bloquea, incluido en el precio, la limpieza y el cambio de ropa cambian cada semana y también lo limpiamos cuando se vaya, así que aléjese y déjelo en nuestras manos.
Este apartamento no tiene lavadora, pero por muy poco dinero puedes elegir entre dos lavanderías al otro lado de la carretera, a menos de 100 m, una en El Camison y la otra en Zenter Center.
El estacionamiento es gratuito en todo el complejo por todos lados, pero en las horas pico puede que tengas que esperar un poco para aparcar, ya que tenemos un supermercado muy concurrido "Mercadona" a la vuelta de la esquina, excepto cuando quieras aparcar sin embargo los clientes se van cada unos minutos, así que el estacionamiento no es un problema real

View from balcony is spectacular. Sun from mid morning to evening. Great location within easy walking distance to some excellent restaurants. Apartment had everything we required. Owner was a good communicator and answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Private quiet pool area

We had a fantastic week in this lovely apartment in Arona, it was just perfect for us with a great terrace and sea views. The location was brilliant, between Los Cristianos and Las Americas (which are both quite lively) so we could walk into either of them but the apartment is located in an ideal quieter spot within 5 mins of lovely restaurants and the sandy beach at Las Vistas. Great for swimming with sand underfoot and no rocks in the sea.
The apartment and pool area were spotlessly clean and quiet and we could always manage to get sun loungers around the pool whenever we wanted one, A huge bonus!
Our communication with Mari was excellent and she was very helpful throughout the booking process and whilst we were in Tenerife assisting us with a late check -out at the last minute, thank you Mari!
We couldn’t fault anything and will definitely return to this lovely apartment.

Comfortable apartment with excellent view through frameless glass wall / opening on beautiful La Vistas beach in Los Cristianos. All day sun on the terrace. Everything you need in this very clean apartment that feels spacious. Situated also close to the vivid Playa de las Americas. Very attentive and helpful host. Nothing is overdone in the photo's or description on the website.

Maria [manageress] who we had contact with before we arrived was only a phone call or email away if needed [which we didn't]
Only problems we had was the shower waste couldn't cope with the volumn of water and smells coming from drains in bathroom.

very clean and well maintained all you need.
Having just returned from zahara 3 in los christianos we have nothing but praise for these apartments the adverts were spot on and meeting the owners whilst there just proved what genuine people they are. Everything was as we were told the location ,shops ,access to beach could not be better.
The apartment was immaculate and cleaning service second to none.
We would not hesitate to recomend these apartments to anybody and are already planing for next year in same apartment brilliant holiday.

We had an excellent stay at the azahara in May 17. Mari was extremely helpful from booking and throughout. I would highly recommend a stay here the view is stunning and the apartment is well furnished and maintained. We hope to return in the future.

Super apartment with beautiful views and great loc
The description and fotos of the apt are spot on. The property was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We had lots of towels for the week. Beds very comfy and great ceiling fan, preferred to air con. Ample space in fridge and freezer. Wetroom is modern, bright and the water is always HOT which we loved. We had very quick responses from Mari and Kieron when booking or asking for information over the telephone or whilst at the apt, they are very friendly and obliging. The balcony is great with bifold doors that bring the outside into the living area. We found the balcony a great place to relax in the sun or in the shade. 2 supermarkets very close to apt and both reasonable, but with more choice at Mercado. The apt is in a superb location to walk to the strip and safari centre or to stroll into los cristianos. We loved piccolo rest on main road heading to los cristianos, food was delicious and reasonable. On the beach a little wooden shack Akustito, playa de las americas, that served fab mojitos and was such a chilled place, great music. We would stay at the apt again if it was available and would recommend to anyone. Nieve the cleaning lady was also extremely helpful.

Only place to stay in Tenerife.
Apartment has all facilities including smart TV, oven, kettle, fridge freezer - all new equipment plus iron and iron board, safe etc. The best view from the balcony which you never tire off, delightful to wake up in the morning and have breakfast. A great location with supermarket nearby with has lots of fresh variety of food and vegetables. We cooked in the apartment due to this. Also beach and restaurants 5 minutes walk away. I would not stay anywhere else, it has it all! Mari our contact person was excellent and very prompt on all communications. Also all instructions were clear and secure to find and enter apartment.

We stayed in June 2016 and we had a very nice time the view is amazing from the 4th floor The apartment is very well equipped and the cleaner was so nice to us, When booking Mari responded immediately to our emails making it easy to match up flights. the rest of that booking process was like clockwork.
This helps our confidence when booking online as some others did not respond to enquiries or give us poor details. (full marks Mari )
Los Cristianos is a special place but Las Americas is a stones throw from the Apartments also which gives you a location that suits all Tastes and doubles the choices of restaurant or other entertainment within 5 mins walk either side. Food in the local Restaurants was priced extremely reasonable and excellent quality so we didn`t cook much but this apartment had a full kitchen and all you need for cooking plus a large fridge freezer. The Apt. has folding beach chairs that could easily be carried across the road to the beach ( that saved us money) and a shopping trolley for going to Mercadona supermarket ( 40 m away ) shows the attention to detail that Mari gives The pool is nice and private free beds but not heated. Pleanty of towels, wifi is excellent and private to the apartment. TV has hundreds of English channels but also all European Channels and USA channels too, it even had Netflix.
All in all this apartment is to be recommended and we have already booked it again for next year. If your reading the reviews before you book like we did, then go ahead you won`t be disappointed in this Apartment yyyyaahooo ! Happy Campers !!

Amazing once again!!
2nd visit to this most gorgeous apt... partner chose to spend his special 50th here which says it all... what a view to wake up to every morning!! Beds so comfortable and it's spotless. Upon arrival entrance to the flat was hassle free- we had perfect directions provided by Mari. Our new home for the week was spotless. The flat felt spacious and was light and airy - the full length glass doors make a real difference. We didn't fold them all the way back (as you can do) but could see what a great addition they are to the flat. The doors were easy to use and locked securely. The balcony was also very spacious with comfy chairs and had amazing views across the sea, to the harbour in Los Cristianos. The kitchen was very well equipped and appliances easy to use, we could see that a lot of thought had been given to provide everything you need for self catering. The fridge was huge and kept things cold and there was a freezer section too. The bathroom was a wet room but had grippy tiles and it dried out pretty quickly after use. We had plenty of towels which was a nice touch. The bedroom and wardrobes were also spacious, and had a ceiling fan which was helpful to cool the room down.In the living area we were grateful of the wifi (super fast 40mb!) and internet tv - perfect for when we got a little too sunburned and had to stay inside! The TV had a huge variety of channels including sky sports, BT sport etc (for those who like sports!) plus many other English speaking channels. As it was streamed the quality is slightly lower than normal tv but is perfectly watchable and a real bonus.In terms of location the apartment is in a great spot. There is a supermarket just a few paces from both the front entrance (Dino market) and back gate (Mercadona) so very handy for carrying shopping as never far to go! It's a just a few minutes walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment etc. Although there is plenty going on nearby we found it very quiet at night when sleeping.If you don't fancy going to the beach then the apartment has a great pool. It is very easy to get to from the apartment and has a secure gate for entry. Sunbeds and toilets are available at the pool (plus some shade under the palm trees) - when we were there was very quiet so we mostly had the pool to ourselves!In terms of customer service Mari always replied super quickly to emails and was on hand should anything go wrong - which it didn't - but was comforting to know she would reliably respond which is important to us. We had a really great time, would recommend the apartment (even better than in the photos!) and will definitely be back again!

Absolutely amazing apartment
I stayed in this apartment in June 2016 and must say it is amazing! Everything you could possibly need for your stay is right there. The apartment itself was clean and bright, the sliding doors make the apartment light and airy and has a great view from the balcony. The facilities within the apartment are great with everything you could ever need for your stay, great TV with plenty of english channels and being a Smart TV you can view netflix etc. The location was superb with just a minute walk to the beach and a couple of minutes into the main shopping areas of which there are many.
I could not fault this apartment just a shame I had a couple of noisy neighbours at the time but even this did not put me off.
I would definitely recommend this apartment and will be coming back again another year.
Mari was absolutely brilliant with communication and help when booking and kept me informed the hole way.

The apartment and complex are extremely clean and we'll maintained, in fact we saw an employee every day gardening, or painting, or general maintenance etc. Very central to Los Cristianos and playa de las americas, both areas within walking distance. Loads of bars and restaurants in the area, but at the same time in a very quiet area of holiday apartments and occupied apartments. The Mercadona supermarket is very near and can be a cheap option for any food needs etc. That said, you can get a 3 course meal at many restaurants in the area for up to 9.50 euro and are highly recommended. During our stay the pool area was very quiet. If you are looking for a bustly pool area this complex is not for you. If you want peace and tranquility around the complex then this is perfect and the more lively bars of Playa de las Americas is about a 20 minute walk away or 4 mins by taxi. The ad pictures give the impression that the sun streams into the apartment, but we were there in May and the sun only reaches about the first one third of the balcony. Also, during May the sun sets to the extreme right hand side and therefore sets behind the adjacent buildings etc. All other pictures and information given in the ad details exactly what you get. I would recommend this apartment.

If you don't fancy going to the beach then the apartment has a great pool. It is very easy to get to from the apartment and has a secure gate for entry. Sunbeds and toilets are available at the pool (plus some shade under the palm trees) - when we were there was very quiet so we mostly had the pool to ourselves!
In terms of customer service Mari always replied super quickly to emails and was on hand should anything go wrong - which it didn't - but was comforting to know she would reliably respond which is important to us. We had a really great time, would recommend the apartment (even better than in the photos!) and will definitely be back again!

Great Apartment for Maturer Couples
We thought the apartment was great.
We have holidayed on Tenerife many times and know the Los Cristianos to La Caleta area very well and to us the location as far as walking to various restaurants was perfect.
The apartment description is good although I would say the apartment seemed larger than I expected from the description, which is a totally personal point of view. The apartment was very clean as was the complex. We had no reason the use the ceiling fan or air conditioning as the weather unusually for the area was not "normal" being quite cloudy some days but it was warm and actually very pleasant.
The safe was an added bonus.
The TV was state of the art and could be tuned into UK "normal" channels for those who want a British soap fix.
Sufficient pots, pans, cutlery etc.
The bathroom was good as was the shower (plenty of water)but you had to be careful not to catch the shower mixer valve while showering as there is no stop on the high temperature setting.
The glass doors to the patio were marvellous.
Beds (very firm but just right for us) and bed linen excellent.
Wi Fi really good and local the apartment only.
Large fridge with big freezer.
We stayed 14 nights and the linen changed and the apartment spruced up on the 7 day by the very pleasant cleaner who was available by phone or text as was Mari the owner of the apartment who called to see us one day, a lovely lady.
The complex was generally very quiet with one exception of a young British couple in an apartment below who returned back a number of times about 04.00 in the morning with seemingly no respect for other people, but that can occur in any complex. Sunbeds were always available around the pool area which again was spotless.
The Mercadona supermarket was only a 2 minutes walk (once outside the complex through the back gate) where you can get all the shopping you need and carry it on a little 2 wheeled shopping trolley kept in the apartment. There is a Hipo Dino supermarket next to the main door to the complex which is OK but a little more expensive.
Coming home (about 10.00) we stood outside the apartments for just a few minutes to hail a passing taxi.
Cristianos is only 10 minutes walk max and a walk to the baranco in Las America front 15 - 20 mins so hundreds of restaurants to choose.
Highly likely we will be returning next May.

A 'solo' traveller, I stayed from 5th to 19th December 2015.
As many other reviewers have mentioned, I too enjoyed the open aspect afforded by the full width glass balcony doors which present a superb view over the ocean.
At the time of my stay, I enjoyed several sunsets (around 6:15pm at this time of year), and watching the water-sports and the ferries to and from La Gomera.
The balcony was furnished with a table and 4 comfortable wicker chairs with cushions and a sun lounger, and had sun on it from 9:45am, to sunset as above.
One reviewer on this site has stated that the sun only shone on the front of the balcony.
Although this may be true at the time of their stay (June). I can confirm that, in December at least, the sun completely drenched the entire balcony, and even approximately two feet into the apartment.
At the start of my stay, I initially had a problem with wi-fi which was sorted within 24hrs.
The reason for this was that the administrators of the complex require guests to supply the mac address of the device used to connect to wi-fi. This was sorted out by a phone call to them from details on the complexes notice-board. Once connected though, I had a good wi-fi signal to well inside the apartment.
However… DURING my stay Kieran arrived and fitted a 'smart' TV (a nice large flat screen wall mounted set) which he informs me will not only allow the viewing of multiple TV channels…. But will ALSO connect DIRECTLY to the internet. (Reviewer 'Charles W', it looks like your wish is being granted!)
Unfortunately this happened the day before my departure, so I was not able to use it before I left!!
The 'wet room' was superb, boasting plenty of hot water, and the mixer shower had nice power too.
The apartment was thoroughly cleaned during my stay by Monica (who I also had the pleasure of meeting)
I am already looking to book with Kieran & Mari again in December 2016… And the apartment is so good, I intend to stay longer next year.

Many TV channels, we could watch Sky sport and others. The location is very good. We stayed for two weeks over Christmas and New Year and left happy and relaxed ready to take on the dreary winter back home.

It was spotless and the view was impressive. When the glass partitions were opened fully it made the view even more panoramic. Mari and Kieran were on hand and were very friendly and helpful and were keen to assist. While we were there they installed an upgrade on the Satellite which gave even more viewing options if we had wanted them. Thankfully the weather was far too nice to need to but the option was there. They are a lovely couple. We stayed for two weeks and the apartment was more than adequate for us. It was very well equipped and in a great location. Near the beach, shops and a short walk away from Las Americas but not too near to be caught up in the bustle of Las Americas! It was a longer walk to Adeke or a short taxi ride for the ladies wearing heels! Los cristianos had enough to satisfy our eating, walking, entertainment and drinking needs. Would go back to that area and definitely go back to Azahara III, floor 4 to see those stunning views again. So thanks again Mari and Kieran and we hope to be back again this year. When we first arrived we were very pleased at how safe the apartments were, it was much better than expected and most obvious items were provided and it was all clean and tidy. The caretaker was also very helpful and wifi was very cheap and very good. We were happy with the size of the pool and the apartment was looking over pool and could see the sea. The pool was never overly busy, it was out of the wind and perfect for sunbathing. The apartment was also a 2 minute walk from everywhere you could ever want to go and taxis are outside if you want to go further afield. Overall perfect holiday for me and my partner, only writing review so late as looking for holidays for next summer.

the views from this balcony were lovely and sitting on it in the evenings was perfect. the bars and restaurants are all in easy walking distance and plenty to choose from. the apartment was all we needed for our stay and was most comfortable with everything we needed, I would defiantely stay here again in the furture.

We had a lovely stay in Maris beautiful apartment When we arrived every thing was spotlessly clean and it was as Mari had described. The view was fantastic, plus with the balcony doors folding right back who would wish for anything more. Supermarket next door was great and their was such a lot of resturants you were spoilt for.choice. We really enjoyed our holiday and would certainly go back again.

This apartment is ideal both if you to just stay in Los Christianos and enjoy the beach, the bars and the restaurants AND if you like to explore the island. You don't need to have a car, but if you rent one, it's usually very easy to find free parking nearby.
The apartment itself is clean and with a full view of the Las Vistas bay from the large and sunny balcony. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing apt this is... views are breath taking and the apt spotless..... beds are extremely comfortable and the most important thing for me is the fact it wasn't to hot of a night as cool breeze blew gently through apt which meant sleeping well.
I also have a special mention for Mari (OWNER).... I have booked directly with various owners for many years and must say that Mari is amazing.. I did have her up the wall at times with my many questions but she always answered me promptly and honestly. She even went extra mile and organised our tranfer to airport when we were having problems for which I cant thank her enough...
If you are considering this apartment then I certainly would highly recommend We will 100% be visiting again so will be in touch soon...
