Lo espacioso de los cuartos, la decoración, la ventilación del lugar (nuestro cuarto tenía tres ventanales grandes que generaban una corriente de aire refrescante), las ventanas con tela mosquitera, el desayuno, todo ideal para llegar a descansar.

The location was excellent, with central area, Walmart and gsstronomica area within walking distance. There were design elements used to create the feeling of being in a beach style resort. As soon as you crossed the reception, there was a feeling of freshness and homeliness that crept in. The staff was warm and friendly and made you feel welcome. Language barriers were easily worked around thru technology and willingness to communicate.

There were no elevators. I often travel with my parents and noted that it wouldn't be suitable for someone with mobility issues

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff was phenomenal. They were ready to help me with any questions, suggestions or directions. The breakfast whipped up by Maria Teresa and Carina was very good. When I needed an umbrella, no problem. If I needed a towel to visit a cenote later in the day, no problem. If I needed to leave early for a tour, coffee, fruit and pastry was take-out ready. I was curious about a special plant that made my eggs special, the hotel site groundskeeper, Jorge shared the leaf for me to touch and smell. Pamela arranged my return taxi and provided me with ATM locations. Edgar and Don Felipe were always there to personally welcome me. I really felt very welcomed and above all secure and safe. I had the fortune of meeting the owner and his wife. They are really passionate about their lovely little hotel.

Very lovely little hotel - more like a b &b. Very authentic. Exceptionelly helpful staff! Very safe place. Beautiful decorations.

The room was fairly small, shower was mostly cold.

Amazing little hotel located in the vibrant part of Merida. We stayed there 3 nights in the room with access to a little garden full of flowers and plants. Truly a fantastic location, it felt like a little haven of peace. The owner is also fantastic and will go out of his way to make sure that your stay there will be memorable.

The staff was very accommodating! This was my second time staying here and as always it was a lovely stay!
