The individual who assisted us during check-in exhibited a discourteous demeanor and appeared unwilling to provide necessary explanations. Upon our arrival, we were informed that the deposit could be settled either during check-in or check-out. I found this assertion surprising, as it contradicted my prior understanding of standard procedures. When I sought clarification, the staff member responded with a condescending remark. He asked: "Is this your first time living in a hotel? I have to explain everything to you?" The interaction left me feeling really uncomfortable and overlooked, as I perceived the response to be both impolite and potentially discriminatory. It is disheartening when personnel at the front desk seem disinclined to address guests' inquiries, as fostering open communication is a fundamental aspect of their role. Such encounters raise questions about the effectiveness and purpose of having a front desk if guests' queries are met with dismissiveness rather than assistance. :)

Comfortable Bed, Sound proof, heavy curtains, good size room. Good to know the shuttle operates 24 hrs per day, even though I didn't end up using the shuttle.

No mini bar or fridge

Had dinner on our first evening which was vey good. Was nice to be able to sit & play a board game on decent sized tables.

We were double charged for our rooms, this was resolved seemingly without intervention from us. We did try to question the charges but were never able to get through to the right contacts. However, all's well that ends well but perhaps easier access to on line billing queries would help.

Modern room…. Comfortable bed, quiet location

A tad pricey

Spacious, comfortable, clean, relaxing. Location is a bit further out of the city, but it feels calming to be there and worth the drive into the city if needed.

The USB outlets on the bedframe and desk didn't work. Could not use only the cord to charge. Needed an iphone charging base.
