Good price, clean, nice bathroom
Room: It needs some updates, bed was very soft and sagging, room was small, walls are not super thick ( we could hear the tv next door, and I felt bad because we had a baby and I'm sure others heard her).
Facilities: restaurant is good but overpriced, pool was dirty, very strict about how many shuttle trips you get.
Definitely a case of you get what you pay for. It's good for the price but I think I would pay a little more and stay somewhere else next time.

Pressure in the shower could have been better. Wondered why the hotel would put in a steam shower and then use a not so great shower head. Not a a big deal, but a little surprising.

Place was nice and clean. Bonus part of it was being located near airport and seeing them arrive and depart. The staffs are all nice and accommodating
The pool was pretty cold and hot tub wasnt hot enough to feel it like it was really a hot tub. It felt more like a warm bath tub. But overall, they were clean and had the great relax time using them.

We had to change hotels at the last minute and this was right next door. The property was clean and well located near to the airport. They had a restaurant and a lounge, with Happy Hour specials.
This property also has an airport shuttle.

Amazing Staff... and the beds were by far the most comfortable beds we had ever been. And we have been to many hotels.

Could not obtain a plate/bowl from the kitchen to reheat leftovers at lunchtime. No access to kitcen, I was told.

Near the airport, free airport shuttle.
No nearby restaurants. The shower did not have any holding bar which is a safety concern even for someone that’s fit and able. When the floor is wet and slippery there’s nothing to hold on to to prevent one from slipping and falling.

The details! The staff from check in, to housekeeping, to the restaurant and bar were lovely. All welcoming and professional. We were also impressed with the sense of place: decorated for Stampede…. Tasteful art, very nice furniture in the room, cheerful common areas, the big screen airline updates in the lobby (brilliant). The entire place is an oasis in the midst of a bunch of “chain big brand airport hotels”.

It was close to the airport
I asked for 2 bowls and 2 spoons to take in my room, and they told me it’s not allowed (!) which was really annoying. So I ordered room service kept the plates I needed and was able to give a quick breakfast for my kids before our early flight. I was very frustrated with that incident especially since I managed to do what I initially wanted.

I liked the free shuttle to and from the airport, the efficiency of both check-out and check-in, the large shower, the comfortable bed and the quietness of the room.
I thought the breakfast selections were poor and overpriced for the quality of the offerings. I also felt sorry for the waitstaff who seemed overworked.
