I like the location and the view. It is a nice place.

The hotel and service are not good enough, but this is a logical consequence of the ongoing covid madness.

No parking, if you want to park need to pay 20 BGN per day. They send us to public parking place but there have no space.

Stayed in mid-April - when the season had not started yet and the weather was rather cold. What shocked me is that when I arrived, the room was really cold: the heating is done with A/C which was not turned on and took a full day to catch up with the cold building and reach a normal temperature. The water heater was also not turned on... so you have to wait until the water heats up to take a shower... Probably I am asking too much, but given the price you pay, this should be a normal& expected level of service.

Comfy, clean, quiet. That's the essential stuff I needed and it was there.

I am not satisfied with the service. we waited for a long time at the reception, we rang the bell, but nobody showed up. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the reservation but no one told us about it, there was no one in the restaurant in the morning.

The location was top - the beach is just across the street. The apartment was clean and well kept, though not brand new. Both bed and sofa were quite comfortable. The resort is quiet and great for families.

All hotel – related things were fine. However, if you're travelling during the low season, you may consider booking breakfast as well, as there are hardly any restaurants open during that time.

Firstly the location to North Beach (super long, clean and sandy with no rocks) is A1. Our room has first row side sea views as described, 5 minutes walk across the dunes to the beach, great! Secondly, I asked for some balloons for my sons 4th birthday, no issues for the hotel, the living room was nicely decorated on arrival and my boy loved it, thanks hotel team!

It met my expectations for a 3 night stay in early May 👍

Most of the time reception unattended.

Helpful staff. Well equipped kitchen. Good air conditioning/heating. Very clean. Fabulous views. We brought a cat with us and it was no problem.

There are not many electric sockets (контакти).

Breakfast was delivered to our room and was tasty. No faults with the shower or bathroom. No leaks onto the floor from the shower. Great staff.

Restaurant and pool were closed but it is out of season.

The walls were so thin that I could hear everything. The people they accommodated next to me were very noisy

It was clean and I had everything I need it for my stay.
