Nothing. I hated everything about the place.
The fact that they don't inform you in advance that you have to share a house with strangers if you want a house with a master ensuite. Zero privacy! We had to switch location immediately we got there. Very inconveniencing.
The person we dealt with was hard to communicate with because of language barrier!!!

Location was good and the environment chilled. The view was also amazing. On matters health the space was cleans and confortable with a hot tub giving it quite a memorable experience
I didnt expect to meet other people in the same house. Definitely the house is big and perharps it should be clear that there are shared spaces such as sitting room, kitchen etcetera

Property didn't have facilities as shown in photos which was misleading.... Eg. Showed bath tub in photo while in actual wasn't there....

Staff were wonderful, the venue is fantastic, very clean. Staff offered good advice and recommendations about Nairobi. Like a home from home. Easy trip into town and airport.
I'm not sure the venue is listed correctly on the website. I thought there was a swimming pool, bar, and restaurant onsite, but there were nit. There were some very recent building works next door in a restaurant, so maybe thats why. It didnt hugely impact our stay, which was great, but if those facilities are listed, they should be provided. May be a website error.

Nice facilities in general and the room was clean and comfortable.
I was only told the price shown on booking.com was incorrect and I should pay double after arrival, instead of being informed right after booking. The property was nice, and the pricing was still fair even doubled, but the experience on handling this error wasn't good, and part of the bad experience came from customer services of booking.com

I was very welcomed by Pamela, the houskeeper. She is amazing. She was very helpful beyond my expectations. Also the owner Yvonne was very helpful and friendly with finding the place and the check-in.
The appartment was very clean and spacious, with all kind of useful facilities. My room was a bit small (wasn't shown on the website) but with its own bathroom, so price and quality were in proportion. I would definitely stay here and with this host again.

nice accomodation, Safe neighboorhood
the house was not at the given location, so it Took us a while to figure out which house it is. also the Check In Process Took quite long as we Needed to be registered (which is a plus for the safety). no payment vía creditcard or Paypal, only cash or MPESA. the bathroom was after one shower under water

I booked a one bedroomed house only to be put in a shared apartment, No explanation was given. It was too late for us to change since we landed the same day. We asked for breakfast at 9 and it came past 10.00

The place is clean,safe ,quite and awesome .The staff very friendly and professional.Maureen was so nice.Its 20min away from CBD.good service , comfortable and nice.I love the place.
