La ubicación, cerca de la playa
Es un departamento viejo, le hace falta mucha mantencion. El baño no funcionaba bien, estaba tapado y sonaba mucho si descargaban desde el piso de arriba, también los pasos. Se escuchaba todo.
Muy incómodos los sofás. No es para 6 personas. Con mucha suerte, para 3 p 4 y muy incómodos.
No estaba bien limpio y nos picaron los insectos. Definitivamente no volvería. No lo recomiendo.
Tampoco el anfitrión responde en forma oportuna.
Hay un cartel en el baño que dice que si lo tapas, te cobran 300 dólares. Pero ellos entregan el departamento en pésimas condiciones. Casi para llamar al plomero.
Tampoco responden bien por WhatsApp.

Too far south on the boardwalk which was no ones fault. A couple bars and restaurants closed up closer to the apartment.

Parking is way too close together, car doors bump into other cars, real bad on rentals.

Well kept and clean and QUIET... LOOKING FORWARD TO COMING BACK tried to extend our stay but was already rented out after us will rent for more time next time.. Thank you this was awesome

we woke up after the first night with a couple bug bites on mine and my wife’s body. I thought they were mosquitoes from the evening before. we woke up after the second night with my wife with a couple more bites but I had bites all over my body, including my face and back of my neck. we went to work thinking again they must be mosquito bites. I told a coworker about them and he said they looked like they could be bed bug bites. I looked up bed bug bites and read about them. When we got back to the unit we were so tired from work we forgot to look then after watching TV I remembered and we started looking and we found what looked like small crumbs. I took a picture of it with a flash and zoomed in and it definitely is a bed bug. there are several of them on the bed. we are grossed out not mention I have bites all over my body of which I took pictures. we are packing up now at midnight and leaving this place immediately. I will reach out to Bookings.com tomorrow to discuss this with them. Art McOmber.

I liked the room (cozy and clean). service (staff are friendly. But we only dealt with them when our shelf broke. They fixed it very quickly.) Location (5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the cafe)

the room is very comfortable but the best part of this place is the location! right on the beach and far enough from the broad walk restaurants to not be packed with people.

Location to the beach and boardwalk was great. In addition having beach chairs to use was appreciated! Having a parking spot included was also a bonus!
The dorm refrigerator did not get cold enough to make ice and there was not an ice machine.
Some of the patio furniture is worn out and could be repaired or replaced.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and hot water was finicky. Saying that, this was our second stay, so we weren't that put off.

I really loved the zen outdoor area. It was lovely! Overall location was great for my companion to take walks and enjoy the boulevard. The number of pillows was helpful. The directions on the wall were clear. Plenty of extra blankets and towels for 2 people
I booked 7 nights for two (total capacity 4) and when we needed more TP it took the host hours to respond and advise they only provide what we had to start with. We didn't ask for housekeeping just TP, but sounds like that wouldn't have been included either. The broken blinds need to be fixed & the curtains were not the same as the advertised pictures. Unfortunately, they were too light/white to keep the light out. The room was small too fit all the amenities. The bathroom needs some updating. The table and chairs claiming to be dining is a stretch. I would suggest a light at the first entry point. It was hard to enter the code upon entry at night.

they are very disrespectful, they do not respect your personal things specially letting them know that you were going back to obtain our personal things we left behind. the miscommunication was horrible because when we got back Rehgina ( female owner ) decided to get into a discussion because she though she had the right to go thru our personal stuff and treated us very disrespectful. She was very unprofessional and had no manners, and we felt discriminated. I will not suggest to anyone to stay here.

The facilities, has lawn chairs, umbrellas and everything for the beach. It is very comfortable and everything works well
There aren’t grocery stores close so if you are not by car is not very convenient

Felt safe with the locks. And love the yard area to chill. Also easy access to shopping.
Was not really handicapped accessible. The shower was not good for people with walking issues. Wheelchair would have been hard to maneuver.

The Location was Great. and not too far from the airport or our event we came to see.
When we arrived there was a wet towel at the bottom of the Steps that I think was suppose to be a used as a Rug (why not use a Rug) there were gnats/bugs and a gecko in the unit. we got bitten by the bugs. There were cleaning Supplies sitting outside our Unit Door.. Not appealing at all. The Unit smelled Musty.
There wasn't any Hot water in the bath Sink. The Shower Water was Perfect. Our TV screen kept going out into PIxels.

Perfect location to access the beach at any time. Only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk but far enough from all the noise. The space was great for 2 adults. A bonus was having the reserved parking spot. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely recommend.

had parking, great price
couldn't find laundry area, called the host, he was rude and told me to look at the map which was just an arrow showing laundry area from an aerial view of complex, no help. I found it, small room, filthy, and not easily accessible and probably not legal. it's under the stairs, either walk thru the weeds and junk or between the stairway and fence. after doing laundry, I fell trying to get out of the area. not safe!
