It is very clean. The towels and bed linen are white and fresh. The apart has everything you need: aircons, utensils, dishes, pans, gas cooktop, a balcony, and even weight scale. Good location - very close to the center, and many small shops, but incebogaz beaches are about 20 minutes of walking. Swimming was not my priority, so it was fine with me. The host/owner was very helpful and nice. There is a washing machine you can use downstairs. You can park your car one or two streets higher.
Add a microwave, and it will be perfect )

Amazing place to stay in a magical town of Kaş. Everything exactly like on photos. Very clean and cozy apartment. Super friendly host and a great location right in the middle of town. At the same time, very quiet. I had a beautiful view on the neighboring yards (with flowers and a lemon tree) and a giant rock above the town. It was a loveliest week ever in this place for me!

Totally loved my stay at Yenier Apart! It's perfectly (I mean, PERFECTLY!) located in the very city center, yet in the quiet street. It takes literally 3 minutes walk to Ataturk monument and to the harbour. All supermarkets (A101, Carrefour, Migros) are walking distance. The apartment itself was great: very comfortable and stylish, everything is well-thought, kitchen has everything you need, bed is comfy, shower worked perfectly. I was lucky to get the upper apartment and had a sea view from the balcony. Staff was helpful: Ali Can stayed in touch all the time via whatsapp and helped me with whatever I needed. Very happy with overall experience and will definitely come again!

We stayed about one week and everything was good.
Super friendly owner is in connection by WhatsApp all time and helps with any questions.
Cozy room, kitchen with everything necessary, good utensils for cooking.
Apart hotel is in the city center, so it's very close to everything.
For some reason nobody cleaned our room and changed towels while we were staying despite we put up a sign we need cleaning.
