I having trouble walking and don't like steps. There was no handicap access but it didn't ruin my trip. I really loved my stay.

The loft was pretty and the fireplace

The pool table had tape under one of the pockets, a wash cloth in another pocket, the electric fireplace didn’t blow out much heat, needed thicker blankets for the beds. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling fans and rafters, a unused diaper and pair of shorts missed during cleaning of previous renters left behind bedroom door.

The staff and service.

Just finding cabin, it was dark upon on our arrival. One of the staff actually came to us at the bottom of the mountain, and showed us how to get to the cabin. That was great! Leisa

I liked the location and enjoyed it until I got bit by bed bugs

I literally showed videos of the bed bugs crawling. I had to sleep in my truck. It was terrible.

Clean and plenty of dishes

Bed was hard as a rock, hot tub could have been on other side of porch more secluded not facing another cabin. Wish there was a Mountain View from porch. Very hard to locate cabin with gps.

The pool table was taped together in the pockets others had paper towels in the pocket holes the place was very dirty tried to open blinds and one fell off there were mice in the living room had to call about that bathrooms were dirty stove was fifty dishes were not clean furniture was torn there is big holes in screens on deck looked looks like they have never been clean tile on floors very cracked the place was honestly very disappointing.

House needs new furniture and cleaned

Beautiful area and close to town. Loved the layout of the cabin. The screened in porch was great.

The bed downstairs was hard as a brick and there was no overhead lighting. Only 2 small lamps but was still really dark. The shower curtain rod in the downstairs bathroom kept falling when you tried to shower. There were a few roaches ALIVE that we found in the living area. The fold out sofa was very worn out. When you sat on it the back part of the bottom cushions were tilted back so far that you sunk down in the back of the couch. Light switches were placed in very odd places. Not even sure what some were for.

It was a private location and I especially loved where the hot tub was at. And the little picnic area was very nice as well.

The beds

It was peaceful, high up away from everything & plenty of room. Pool table & hot tub were fun.

The beds weren't our favorite, they were large enough but stiff. Downstairs stayed warmer than we would have liked. The deck could use some work, dealt with bugs & the string lights can be taken down.

The only thing we didn't like was the door easy for a toddler to open the door very easy

Nothing

All of it, one burner barely worked the dishes were crusty and nasty, cracked tile holes in the screen from the porce, the beds were so uncomfortable like you slept on a wood floor, very unhappy an I was a full refund or something cuz we were not pleased one bit.

It was beautiful

It was difficult to locate in the dark. The master bed was very hard.

It was clean on inside and outside. Enjoyed pool table, could use more room for pool table

The bed on lower level was hard, like sleeping on floor.
