Alrose Villa es un hermoso apartamento de 1 dormitorio en el primer piso. Tiene una increíble envoltura alrededor del balcón; donde puedes sentarte y mirar el amanecer y el atardecer, con vistas al mar y a las colinas y las luces de la ciudad a lo lejos. La villa tiene un porche de entrada y una gran escalera que conduce al primer piso donde se encuentra el piso 4. Una vez en el apartamento que sale del pasillo, encontrará la sala de ducha (inodoro, lavabo, cabina de ducha), el dormitorio (cama doble con colchón de espuma viscoelástica), una cama individual bajo petición, un armario doble y una cómoda. Puede obtener acceso al balcón desde el dormitorio. El salón / cocina abierto y planificado es amplio y luminoso con otra puerta que da al balcón. El salón tiene un sofá de cuero de 2 plazas y 1 sillones, TV y armario, hay una mesa con 4 sillas y una cocina bien equipada abierta planificada. La Villa es ideal para 2/3 personas que comparten el dormitorio principal. Afuera hay un jardín comunitario aislado y bien establecido con mesa y sillas y tendedero. Hay una zona de estacionamiento asignada para el apartamento en la parte delantera de la propiedad. La propiedad está en el piso de la playa y la ciudad. Está en la ruta principal de autobús a Studland, Sandbanks, Poole y Bournemouth. Hay muchos folletos, horarios de autobuses e información / mapas dentro de la propiedad y el centro de información turística está a solo unos minutos a pie.

Attractive building, quiet and comfortable, great to have off street parking, short walking distance to sea front. Comfortable bed (mattress, foam pad, mattress topper) aided a good nights rest.
We were unable to remove a DVD from the TV, and as we couldn't find instruction book, reluctantly had to leave.
Bathroom basin, flip waste, ceased to work on last day, unable to release therefore had to leave rather than risk damage. Both embarrassing, however as not our property we were reluctant to use force

We only booked for 3 nights, but we had a great time. It's in a great location, with surprisingly lovely views. The location is superb. We liked the wrap-around balcony which is perfect for drinks and snacks. The flat is nicely presented and clean, and has enough facilities for you to stay in for home-cooked meals or to watch TV. The host is pleasant.

We had a lovely few days at the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to get out on to the extensive balcony with views of swanage and the sea. All in all, a fine few days.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The balcony and sea view were fantastic. The apartment was very clean. A little dated in places. I missed not having a freezer compartment in the fridge and I would have liked a dressing table in the bedroom! Other than that I was very happy and comfortable.

The apartment was light and airy and had all the amenities required for a short stay. It is a very short to the beach and cafe.
The only downside was it’s location for me as the rest of my side we’re staying some way away.
I would stay again!

The apartment is perfect, has everything you would need, very comfortable, with a lovely (not massive but still great) view of the sea. Great location within minutes of the beach and not many more minutes to the town centre. Definitely made use of the balcony in the mornings and evenings. My only one point to make is that I'm only 5ft 1" and so couldn't reach the top shelves of the cupboards in the kitchen. I got by but a small step stool would have been really handy! Would definitely stay again though.

A Comfortable Stay
We had a comfortable 4 night stay in the apartment in June 2022. The property is located in a good position for the beach and a 10-15 minute stroll in various directions to go further along the sea front or to the restaurants and shops. We made as much use as we could on various sections of the wrap around balcony to catch the sun for our afternoon teas or evening pre-dinner drinks!
We were assisted promptly by the very helpful host, Nicky, with any queries we had.
For anyone visiting Swanage please do try Tawny's Wine Bar for a beautifully presented, freshly cooked, high quality 3 course meal, (if you can manage it!), and a wonderful eating two hour experience. The white and red wine is good value too.
Yes the restaurant could be improved upon from the outside and inside but the service and food served is top quality so the restaurant is well worth a visit.

Perfect!
Flat no. 4 is a delightful apartment with a sunny well-sized bedroom and well-equipped living / dining room / kitchenette. Best of all is the lovely wrap-around balcony which was perfect for the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee or evening sunset with a glass of wine! The bathroom was a little small but had all we needed with a powerful shower and lots of hot water. Its only a short walk to the quieter more sandy end of Swanage beach and the town centre is a gentle 5-10 minutes stroll along the promenade. It was a perfect getaway - thank you Nicola!

We had a great time at Alrose Villa. We even managed to sit out on the Balcony and enjoy the sunshine and the views for a while. We will be back, no doubt about that!

Characterful property in ideal spot
This lovely old house has been converted sensitively into several flats. Flat no. 4 is delightful with a sunny well-sized bedroom and well-equipped living / dining room / kitchenette. The bathroom is bijou but has all we needed. We especially loved the wrap-around balcony to catch a few rays of sunshine with a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine!). You only have to walk a short distance to the quiet end of Swanage beach. The town centre is only a few minutes stroll along the promedade. What's not to like?!
