We met here for a family reunion. The accommodations met our needs very nicely. We found almost every appliance and piece of cookware that we needed. We would have loved to have seen both a stove top steamer pot and a blender as two of the items we most often use in our own kitchen. A few more dish towels would have been appreciated also.
The exterior backyard patio area could certainly use some attention. We would have liked to spend more time out there but the tall weeds, accumulations of leaves and tree debris as well as major overgrowth made it less comfortable than we would have liked making it difficult to enjoy the area.
All that having been said, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Glenwood Springs.

The overall property is as described but the two grills are actually .5 grill as one was propaneless - no bottle at all and the other only two 'burners' worked.
The entertainment issues were on the dvd and vhs side. Two dvd players neither of which would work and the vhs is with one of the dvd players so it did not work either. The surround sound system needed a battery which we found when looking for a lighter for the grill. So finally on the last night had surround sound but luckily found candle matches to light the grill - the electronic sparker worked but would not light.
Reached out to property manager who was responsive but unable to resolve.
Would suggest they do a full on walk through before next visit...
Oh and the listing says "hot tub" there is NO hot tub. And the water feature was non functional.
So while this sounds negative i would still recommend the property and would come back!!

We had our family - 5 adults and 2 kids staying in the property for 3 nights. The accomodations were great! The kitchen was fantastic. The great room provided room for all of us to watch TV and do puzzles. The side rooms provided a great space for individuals to either read or work or watch TV quietly. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable and spacious. This was a great location to visit Glenwood Springs.

We have stayed in a lot of rental properties over the years. This one was the best as far as layout, with lots of space for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, lots of lounge space, huge dining room table. It also has by far the largest and most well-stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As my sister in law noted, this house will now be the standard by which we compare all future rental properties. Well done!

This property is as described in the photos. The kitchen has everything (variety of pots, pans, strainers, serving dishes, spices and utensils) that you may need to prepare any meal! Very quiet yet close to grocery store and downtown. Blinds and curtains keep out the light nicely. Amazing rental! Thank you for sharing this home with us!!

Excellent communication at every step. Wonderful layout for a large family, everyone has their own place to retreat to and then some! Love the Viking range for preparing our meals. All of the light switches and remotes had labels on them, very helpful as there are so many. We did, however, not have a chance to read the welcome book until our second day in the house and unfortunately missed the rolling out of trash cans. We feel terrible about this and would hope that adding one more bit of signage to help communicate that responsibility.

We were blown away by this home. Nine of us stayed comfortably and we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The kitchen was stunning and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was secluded enough to be peaceful, but within a short distance to town and major attractions. Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I came to the area for a wedding and stayed in this lovely home. It was super clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels in the bathrooms and all the spices and dishes one needs in the kitchen We had everything we needed to prepare meals and really enjoyed grilling out in the backyard. In fact there were 2 grills! The home is spacious and welcoming. I loved the sitting areas where one can just sit, sip tea, and visit .It was a nice getaway!
The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but located close enough to walk to the downtown area.

We had a lovely time in this house for a three night stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We had our two children with my sister her husband and my dad. Lots of space for everybody to have privacy but plenty of common areas for dinners at the house and a lovely view from the front covered deck. We even saw a bear on our last evening walking the perimeter of the property! Very exciting!

The property was amazing! Spacious, clean and inviting! Our group was composed of 7 people in 3 basic groupings. The large home was perfect for each grouping to have their own space and then come together in the common areas. The kitchen was well stocked. Close to town and all the activities offered at Glenwood Springs. You need to check out the biking trail! Our first try with ebikes which we really enjoyed. We will be back!

The house has a nice layout. Places for a little quiet time but also space where we could all be together. Very clean with everything we needed. Close to the downtown area and other attractions. Everyone in my family congratulated me on picking such a nice house.

Some minor issues with loose paver stones on the walkways and stairs, but winters are understandably hard on grout and concrete. The driveway is steep and very low vehicles may not be able to navigate the transition to/from the driveway. Well appointed kitchen and large eating area. Nine persons can easily enjoy this house and not feel cramped. Easy access to area attractions and far enough away from the major roads not to be bothered by traffic noise. We are very glad we chose this VRBO house.

We loved the home. It was perfect for our family vacation. Pictures are very accurate. The only discouraging thing was we paid for additional people, but there was not enough paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and toilet paper. But we had plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Only downside for unseasonably warm days like the ones we had in June - is that the home is not air conditioned and the master bedroom got hot/stuffy even with a window unit, as did basement bedroom. There is a swamp cooler, which is a little complicated but we got it cooled down in the rest of the house. We would stay again!

But the property manager got things taken care of quickly, we were also given a bit of a refund for our inconvenience. You can’t ask for more than that. Great house, holds a group of people very well and is tastefully decorated. There is really not much of a view from inside but the house feels very private and is very conveniently located to the town of Glenwood.

Furthermore if someone doesn't answer the door, it's rude for the maintenance man to let himself in especially when there are small kids in the house. We do not know this person coming into the house unannounced, and we are protective when it comes to our kids! A curiosity call or email makes a big difference! Other than that the house was fine. Better pillows in the master bedroom would be great too. The dishwasher had issues, and the jacuzzi handle leaks!
