Loved everything about the apartment. Very well positioned great size and lovely features. A real French apartment. Great to have washer, dryer and kitchen after small hotel rooms. John was an amazing host and very helpful and welcoming.

If I have the option, I would rate it zero. The pictures are misleading. it is old and not clean at all. the furniture is humid and dusty. it caused me allergy. the wardrobes are used as storage of dusty soft furniture. cleaning equipments stored within the wardrobes and the balcony. one bathroom that is very old and not clean. I booked three nights and when I complained to the owner, he refused to refund any night though I offered only 50% of the remaining period. I left the apartment without completing the three night in a non refundable booking. That how bad it was.

Very nice reception. We were able to keep our luggage at/close to the apartment prior to check in. The apartment was very well located, clean, and well stocked.

The bathroom for the main room was not located in the room but in the hallway near the living room.

Everything about the flat was perfect. The rooms were big, clean and well equipped. The location could not have been any better, being right in the thick of the action at the old port. Reaching the flat via public transport was easy, and the host - Johann - was friendly and communicative. I'll be looking to book again when I next return to Marseille.

we stayed here recently, and couldn’t recommend the property enough. met both on check in and check out by friendly owner. explained everything to us in detail. apartment super clean. facilities excellent - lots of towels / toilet paper etc. corner balcony, small but enough to get a chair on to get amazing 5th floor views of port. secure front door and also secure entrance hall. excellent location - less than 1 min walk until centre of vieux de port. large supermarket across the square about 30 second walk away. quiet at night. would love to go back.

very little. only small criticism would be that the lift getting up to the 5th floor is quite small and maybe in need of some repair (can’t find anymore than 2 adults into it), but this is not directly related to the property. 2nd smaller bedroom has no aircon, but not a huge problem as can leave door open to allow aircon from living area in

One of the bedrooms is much more spacious than the other. Bathroom door can be very noisy in the early hours.

Great, central location with lots of space and a gorgeous apartment. Very comfortable beds. the owner was lovely and helpful.

Host was very friendly and readily available to deliver key and do follow up walk thru. Host helped us with luggage and explained use of facilities. Deposit was returned at once upon walk thru. This apartment could sleep 4 adults and 2-3 younger ones on the futons. There is a bath tub and full kitchen! There is a washer and clothes dryer! Note, It is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator!

Location - just 2 mins from the metro and the old port. Supermarket, Cafe, Gelato place, Burger place.. so many places you can easily access from the apartment. My mom enjoyed grabbing a gelato from nearby gelato place called Amorino. Host - Bruno was super nice, kind and helpful. He helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment and tried to answer or come as fast as he can whenever we reached him out. It won't be easy to find a better host than him Thank you, Bruno! Facility - the apartment is very spacious, air conditioning works really well( the host turned on before we arrive there, so when we reached there after an exhausting journey from Switzerland, cool and fresh air welcomed us so we were VERY happy). The building didn't look very new so we did not expect there would be an elevator, but there was! It is pretty small but at least that is way better than no elevator :)) Everything was clean, looked fancy. My parents and I totally satisfied with it and we even wanted to stay more at the apartment even though we need to look around the city during the daytime.

Actually, almost nothing to complain about, but we found out that the drain in the bathroom has a small problem. It took some time to drain the water.
