Two couples stayed for 3 nights at Rosella’s beautiful apartment in Verona. Rosella was an excellent host providing a seamless registration & confirmation process , she was very prompt in answering any questions prior to arrival and met us upon arrival to get us situated in the parking garage and in the apartment. She provided great information on things to do, where to visit, how to get around Verona and favorite restaurants. The apartment is very modern, clean, comfortable and appointed with everything you need to enjoy a multi-day visit. We loved the space, the city and offer our sincere thanks to Rosella for making this a great visit.

Great place to stay.

The apartment is on the edge of town, quite close to the station and so out of the main tourist area: we liked that and enjoyed exploring the local area. Rosella was a very welcoming host.

Location is great only 15 minutes walk from city center. There are small markets to buy necessary stuff if needed. It is located on the 6th floor and has a view of the square. When you enter the building you need to clime about 6 stairs then reach the elevator. The owner/manager was a very friendly and professional person. She replied to my messages in very short matter of time. This has been one of the most spacious and well furnished apartments I have ever stayed.

Rosella made our stay in Verona wonder. From booking the apartment to check out the process was seamless. It was easy to communicate with Rosella as well. The apartment was wonderful. On the 6th floor you could see the mountains in the distance. The apartment was comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (plus a sofa bed in the living room). Thank you Rosella

It was a wonderful trip to Verona. Rosella's appartment is excellent. Convenient, clean, cosy, fully equipped and very warm. Rosella is the best hostess. she helped us to everything, busses, shops, maps, restaurants, cafes etc. By the way the gelateria she suggested was perfect. We tasted the delicious gelato italiano. One hundred stars for Rosella and her appartment.

Gorgeous apartment in Verona. Our host Rosella met us in front of the apartment building after our ten minute walk from the train station. She showed us the apartment located on the fifth floor (elevator available) of a beautiful building and detailed local recommended restaurants on a map she provided. Check in and check out was easy and the apartment had everything we could have asked for. We highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was great! Good location, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication was great!

Rosella is fantastic and the neighborhood easy and convenient. The sofa and chair could be a little more comfortable and a rug would be nice. These items would soften ups the place a bit. Perfect for our purpose. Thanks Rosella.

Very clean and comfortable property very close to the train station. Check in process was seamless with owner, Rosella. She gave helpful hints on where to go and dine and provided maps. Great coffee shop downstairs in the same plaza. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent three weeks in this wonderful modern apartment in late October/early November 2021 and we were very pleased with the accommodations and the weather! The apartment is perfectly located on a residential street which is just minutes away on foot from Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. The main train and bus station is only a ten minute walk. It had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home after a long day of sightseeing. Rosella is an excellent host and was always available to answer all our questions. She also provided us with several recommendations for eating around town and gave us recommendations for the many day trips we took throughout the area. We really loved Verona this time of year (not crowded and very easy train or bus ride to Venice, Lake Garda, Vicenza, Bolzano, Trento, Padua, Mantua, etc.). There is a very good restaurant just a few blocks away, a pizza a taglio shop, gelateria, and a some of the best rice balls we've had in Italy. There is also a cafe as soon as you walk out the building. Overall, the location and accommodations can't be beat!

The apartment was clean and spacious, with a lift to the 6th floor and with several balconies. Location was near the train station, perfect for our arrival from Lake Garda and for the day trip we took to Mantova. Luigi was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and for pointing out sites on the city map for us. We recommend this accommodation!

Beautifully clean, large and within 10 minutes walk of the arena. Large showers and good to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Rosella was extremely helpful and arranged a taxi at very competitive price back to the airport.

The apartment was flawless - spacious, clean, lots of storage space, with ammenities like AC and washing machine, and in a residential area close to old town as well as public transportation. Rosella was a very responsive and helpful host who made this stay our best so far on HomeAway. Grazie!

This is an excellent property... Clean, modern and very comfortable... the underground parking option was a real plus directly in front of the apartment.. It's a short walk to the centro storico! ( downtown Verona).. I would stay there again without question! Rosella is an excellent host....

Our family stay here was perfect. The owner is great and very helpful. The city was very walkable and we got a Verona City Pass to make the day easier. The appt has a washing machine and it worked great for us. I would recommend this appt to anyone. We walked over from the Porta Nova Verona train station. Very close and easy to get to. Rosella's apartment was exactly as described, spacious, modern and kept to an extremely high standard. The location was excellent, ideal for either exploring Verona or as a base for the region. We arrived later than anticipated on a Sunday evening, but this was no problem for Rosella & Luigi who were most helpful and even organized late pizzas & wine from a local restaurant. Very much appreciated as we were all tired and hungry! Luigi, the limoncellos were also a delight!!Rosella took the time to explain in detail everything we needed to know regarding the apartment, the area and provided us with really useful information about all local tourist attractions, bus routes, best places to eat, etc. Brilliant! We had a hired car and the use of the underground car park was a godsend! We would certainly recommend this beautiful property without hesitation and hope to return soon!!

Ideally located flat - perfect for the train station for trips to Venice or Mantova and a short walk into central Verona. The flat itself is furnished to a really high level and extremely spacious (just wish we had as much space in our flat here in London!) The owner, Rosella, was extremely helpful and even managed to organise a home visit of a doctor when one of our group fell ill. Will definitely try to come and stay again.

This apartment is one of the best properties I've ever rented. It is spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is plenty of hot water, good water pressure and the showers drain properly. And it is quite. The location is fabulous. It is about halfway between the center of town and the train station. You cannot find a better location. There's very little parking around the apartment so having a private garage available is a real plus. There is a small daily charge for the garage but it is more than worth it. The best thing about the apartment is Rosella. She is the most organized owner I've ever dealt with on HomeAway. This is one of the few properties I have ever reviewed where I did not have a single negative comment. I would never consider staying anywhere else in Verona.

My wife and I and our two friends recently stayed in this two bedroom and two bathroom apartment in Verona. It is a very spacious, modern and well laid out - it is exactly as shown in the photos. Rosella was excellent with communication from the beginning and was very helpful and informative on arrival. The location is excellent - just 10 minutes walk from the train station - very easy with luggage. Lots of cafe and restaurant options nearby and a supermarket for groceries just 5 minutes walk away, and ATMs available downstairs. Rosella told us where the best gelati shop in Verona is, also just 5 minutes walk away, and it was fantastic. The apartment is on the 6th floor with lovely views and accessible by stairs or a lift. Note that the lift is only suitable for 3 persons or 2 people and 2 bags. Unfortunately, during our first day and after Rosella had left us we made the mistake of trying to use the lift with the 4 of us inside and got stuck. We contacted Rosella and she rang someone in the apartment to help us out. We learnt our lesson on that one, and it was entirely our fault. The lift is perfectly fine as long as you don't overcrowd it. Rosella kept in touch during our stay and we had a wonderful time in the beautiful city of Verona. Definitely recommend the apartment for 2 couples or a family, and we would stay there again if we ever return to fair Verona.

The apartment was clean, bright and spacious with everything you need for a stay in Verona. Great location for access to the train and bus station and to all the main tourist sites. An excellent bakery across the square and a convenient bar at street level, beneath the building. Good cafes and restaurants nearby with the popular areas of the main Piazzas only a 10-15 minute walk away. Rosella gave us a very friendly welcome with lots of useful information. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosella's apartment. She was a wonderful host and gave us a very thorough overview of Verona and the immediate area when we arrived. The apartment was perfectly situated for our family of four as it was a five minute walk to the train station which was perfect for our day trip to Venice. It was also a short walk from all of Verona's top sights. The apartment was very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Thank you Rosella!

The apartment was perfect for our needs (3 adults): * very stylish, modern and clean with everything you could need for a short stay *Luigi met us on arrival and gave us a lot of useful information about the locality, including local restuarants, supermarkets etc. A charming host and he even arranged a taxi for our departure. *quiet location considering proximity to Verona * local restaurants excellent and inexpensive *10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Verona or local buses very convenient after a hard days sightseeing (free with Verona card) *5 minutes walk to the station - we caught the train for a day trip to Lake Garda * some basics provided - dw tablets, water, orange juice, biscuits - all very welcome. There is a nespresso machine so take your favourite capsules, if you enjoy your coffee. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Thank you Rosella and Luigi for your hospitality.

The apartment is modern, spacious and has 3 balconies with beautiful views of the mountains. Both bathrooms are spectacular. It is away from the tourist section, therefore quiet but close enough for a quick stroll to historical Verona. It is also close to the train station. Our host is warm and gracious, and gave us great trips for restaurants and sightseeing. Verona is a wonderfully located for day trips to Venice, Lake Garda and Padova. We highly recommend it.

I will highly recommend this apartment. It could not be better. The host was very helpful and gave a lot of recommendation, both for sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment has nice colours and was very clean. It is close to both busses, trains and to sightseeings. We walked to everything without any problems.
