Appartamento esteticamente carino, moderno e ben arredato. La posizione ottima per visitare Ortigia. Utile se si arriva in auto il pass per la Ztl che evita di incappare in eventuali multe.

Appartamento situato in zona pedonale quindi abbastanza scomodo poiché non è raggiungibile in auto nemmeno per scaricare i bagagli, inoltre è al terzo piano e sono presenti almeno 4 rampe di scale strette per accedere non indicate da nessuna parte, assolutamente sconsigliato per persone con difficoltà motorie o con bambini piccoli. La pulizia lascia a desiderare così come le forniture sono al minimo storico noi eravamo in 2 + 1 bimbo di 2 anni e sono stati forniti solo 2 set di asciugamani per 3 notti di soggiorno e 1 rotolo di carta igienica, nemmeno 1 asciugamano per il bambino. Per concludere la terrazza non è collegata all'appartamento ma si trova al piano superiore quindi è necessario uscire di casa per accedervi.

Beautiful place. Perfectly as advertised. Spotless, spacious, well equipped and quiet, even though close to the market. Easy to park nearby too.

The location of this appartment close to an open air party scene (even on Wednesdays untill 2 AM) makes it a terribly sleepless experience. Freezer compartment full of ice to point close to not being able to close fridge.

It is nicely refurbished, bed was comfortable and location is exceptional. They provided a cot and high chair which we appreciated a lot.

From the description is not clear at all that the terrace is not attached to the apartment but is on another floor. That was a bit off putting. There was no paper towel in the kitchen, barely any kitchen utensils (like no spatula, etc). Very small staircase. Not ideal with a baby at all. Unfortunately the communication shows that it is managed by a property management company.

location in the food market and close to excellent restaurants. good easy walk to town and the sights of Ortigia. comfortable space, very clean and facilities very good. self catering if needed. staff welcome was attentive and informative.

roof terrace over rated and only provides close views of neighbours roofs! description was misleading! unusable!

Delightful apartment right in the heart of the old town. All facilities working well and Air Con really effective.

Narrow stairs with a big suitcase a bit tricky but we managed it!

The hosts were really nice and answered quickly to our requests. The apartment is next to the market, nice place to grab something to eat. Wifi worked well.

Just missed not having a big knife in the kitchen and the adaptor for the induction hob -needed for making coffee- should be replaced.

Real good amneties, super confortable bed and pillows, really really comfy, big dormitory ceeling, great support from the hosts with a lot of tips of the town, easy to reach and with a good english. Cool terasse on the rooftop, you can spend the evenings and breakfast there

Concrete floor and salty tap water. Apartment was in the old part of the city with the fish market, a bit dark during the evening, but very quiet at night. And the boiler had limited warm water, but you can handle all this.
