The location was very good. It had easy parking and was in walking distance to Front Street. This is an upstairs apartment, and the steps are quite steep. Bedrooms had wall air-conditioning units which worked great, but the living space was quite warm. Thank goodness for the fans in each room.

Great location to downtown. Clean place. Note there's no sugar or spray pam make sure you bring those kinds of items. Walls are thin. Was an issue with the mini split so we got debris on us and even after we turned it off.

Good apartment in town. Close to lots of wonderful restaurants, bars, shops. Perfect accommodation with another couple, 2 good size bedrooms, kitchen with all basics, and more. As previous mentioned steep flight of stairs for entry, each bedroom has own A/c unit. Would absolutely stay again. Clean. Safe. Good location.

The place was exactly as it was listed. It was a great location and met all of our needs and was comfortable. It was very quiet, and we appreciated having on-site parking.

The apartment was really cute and had everything we needed. Loved having an off street parking spot that showed us to walk to the main drag. Also, we traveled before/after and having a washer/dryer (w/detergent!) was super awesome. Would definitely stay again if back in TC.

The apartment is located exactly where it says in the describtion, you see a cute store front and shots of the apartment, all good. Except, there are two apartments; A and B. I suspect the one above the store front facing the street is apartment A because I did not have that view, I was in B. I did take a pic of my view but it doesn’t look like I can submit it here-a parking lot. Also, this apartment does not have central A/C, just two strips of A/C units attached to the wall over the beds in the bedrooms which makes those two rooms nice and freezing but not much in the living room. One bedroom has a nice large tv, the other one does not. So families with kids will need to have the kids take the larger room. That bed was very soft, I don’t do soft-if soft is your thing you’d do just fine. So I used the other room. The rooms have no lights on the ceiling but rather these on the night table lights that you need to walk over to the other side of the bed to turn on, not the best thing to have when you arrive in the dark and can’t find the light. Overall the location was great, the most important reason why I selected this property in the first place.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! A very walkable location to downtown attractions. The apartment was very quiet and we slept very well!

We enjoyed our stay in Traverse City. We walked from the apartment through beautiful neighborhoods and even to the bay. We had everything we needed in our little apartment. We loved the Master Bed! Because the apartment is an older building, probably the only draw back for some would be the 18 steep steps from the parking lot up to the apartment with luggage. It was great exercise for us! 😊

My family hoped to give a great review, however, electrical issues the last night prevent us from doing so. We were left with minimal electricity, no AC, and no lights in most of the building (including the hallway entrance/exit which was pitch black and had a very steep staircase). This electrical issue impacted both our unit and the other unit in the building, which also had VRBO renters. The owner took about 10 hours to respond to my messages where I explained the significance of the electrical situation. This was despite my sending messages via cellphone texts and VRBO platform. Ultimately the owner offered nothing more than excuses and a brief apology the next day. The location and unit were otherwise lovely. But we were very dissatisfied with this situation and the owner’s poor customer service regarding the matter.

Great location! Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops , playground and beach. Plenty of parking right by entrance. Quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Had everything we needed.

Just the right distance from Front Street. Parked our car most of the weekend and was able to walk most places. Apartment was nice and host was very responsive.

Our family enjoyed the proximity to downtown Traverse City. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

Perfect for our needs for quick getaway weekend. Clean and Good location. Parking spot were nice benefit for busy weekend. Steep stairs could be an issue for some. No AC which would be an issue in summer. Pedestal fans need replaced. One in living room did not work and the one in bedroom is on its last leg. All appliances worked just fine.
