Great staff, beautiful hotel!

Beautiful facilities, clean, great staff especially Kent & Marilyn. Met with a negative situation initially but Kent & Marilyn were quick to respond, sincere, eager to rectify and upgraded a room for us. We left feeling very positively towards the staff and the hotel.

I checked in around 8pm in the evening, hotel's staff gave us a call at 10:30pm telling us our room was double booked and they like to come up to our room to verify our booking. I have never been in this kind of ridiculous situation, Hyatt's staffs were lack of training. We picked up our receipt the following day. We ran into a drunk lady laying down at the lobby, no one seems to care.

Great Stay

The staff were so helpful. The buffet was delicious. The room was large and spacious with great amenities. Very conveniently located. Not a far walk to the airport. Loved my stay :) Will be back.

We were looking for a hotel closeby the airport for a 24h stay.

The smell in the lobby..... It smelled like shoe polish and floor polish, nasty
