Staffs were very rude , not responsive , not tourist friendly

Cleanliness , breakfast options were equal to some of the 5 star restaurants I visited except for pastries option but been a 2 star it was exceptionall, staff was polite and helpful,

nice room, clean and comfortable, clean linens and towels, very friendly staff, close to airport
property does not accept overseas credit card for payment. had to go to ATM for cash while taxi was waiting. bookings.com takes credit card info to secure the reservation. no mention during booking process that property would not accept foreign card for payment.

customer empathy. staff was rude at reception during check out. Charged unfair for extra bed which did not have blanket. It was reported thrice but still the staff was saying why it was not reported to their MD.
When we asked for a jug of water we were denied saying we can only buy bottled water and jug water will not be provided.

Hotel jump in is no doubt very good. But booking.com is a fraud. Because it was informed me that my booking in banglore from 17th August to 21 st August was not done by the booking .com.In future I m not going to book any hotel through booking.com.
