We spent a great week in Agata's appartment. The owners are very friendly and the location is just perfect to visit the aera ! Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay. Agata is an excellent host- really helpful and great with communication. The apartment is in a good location midway between Rapallo and Santa Margarita with a lovely view from the balcony and easy access to the beaches of St Michele. The communal living area is a bit small for four but the bedrooms are a good size and the apartment is well equipped with washing machine and drying rack, microwave and WiFi. We hope to be back!

And our family loved staying here, it is a short walk from the main street and beach with cafés and wine bars. A 15 minute walk in either direction will find you in Santa Margarita, or Rapallo, both are charming cities with lots of great food options, and beautiful Italian streets to explore. It was a great home base to visit Portofino, Camogli and Cinque Terre. Our hosts were as kind as can be And even provided us with wine and fresh fruit from their trees that were delicious. We hope to make it back again, and would love to stay here without hesitation.

I just returned from spending two weeks in Agata and Alberto’s apartment in San Michele and it was a wonderful experience!
Agata and Albeto were so great to work with, very helpful. Communication was quick and easy, they were wonderfully responsive! It was so helpful that they picked me up and dropped me off at the train station. That took a lot of stress off me, not being very familiar with the area. I also appreciated that they spent a lot of time with me showing me the apartment and explaining how things worked. The welcome gift of wine was most appreciated too!
The apartment itself is lovely, sunny and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the showers always have good water pressure and lots of hot water. It was really nice to have a washing machine in the kitchen too. The star attraction though is the balcony! It’s fantastic with a beautiful view of the hills surrounding the village. I loved sitting out at night watching the lights and marvelling at how peaceful the area is!
The apartment’s location is great, very easy to get places. San Michele is right between Rapallo and Santa Margherita, so going to either town for dinner or sightseeing takes almost no time. The bus service is very efficient and frequent. You can also walk to either town in less than 30 minutes. The apartment is in the hills so there’s some climbing to do every day. There’s a set of 135 steps from the village, but you can also walk the road instead. The apartment elevator was appreciated.

We had a great time in Rapallo in this lovely apartment. The apartment had everything you could wish for, a nice balcony and just a few minutes walk to restaurants and the beach. It was just walking distance to Rapallo and Santa Margherita, where you could find more restaurants, shops and and the ferry to others nice places as Portofino and Fruttuoso. We would like to stay at Agatha and Alberto’s place again.

Agata and Jerry we so helpful and provide a very nice apartment and a great location. The picked us up at the train station and Jerry took us back for our departure train 9 days later. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and in a quiet location. A 10 minute walk to the bus station gave us good access to neighboring towns. We bought week long bus tickets for $21 each that took us everywhere we wanted to go - Rapallo, Santa Margherita, and Porafino. If you don't have a vehicle the walk to the bus and nearby beach includes 130 steps down to the road below. We did not mind as it helped keep us in shape. Highly recommend and would stay there again. Thanks so much to our friendly, accomodating hosts Agata and Jerry!

Schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich, mit absolut allem notwendigen und darüberhinaus ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber haben sich richtig Mühe gegeben, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt.
Uferpromenade in ca 10 minütigen Fußweg Entfernung. Ein kleiner Lebensmittel Geschäft in der Nähe.

entspannter Herbsturlaub
Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein kleiner Hund und haben entspannte Tage auf Sofa, Balkon (Sonne immer nachmittags), in der Badewanne und bei Wanderungen in den umliegenden Hügeln verbracht. Agata und Alberto sind sehr hilfsbereit und stellen gerne Infos zur Verfügung.

Soggiorno a S.Michele di pagana
Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'abitazione dei signori Verzelli nella settimana centrale di agosto . Zona tranquilla e ben servita , vicino al mare , con posto auto riservato ( visto la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio daremmo un punto in più). Appartamento comodo e accogliente. Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren zu dritt für 1 Woche in dem Appartment. Von der Vermieterin Agata wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Im Appartment ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, es ist sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Betten und Matratzen sind in gutem Zustand und nicht durchgel die Dusche etwas eng, es kommt aber viel und auch heißes Wasser. Der Balkon ist traumhaft, die Aussicht auf die Hügel sehr schön. Den Strand kann man über Treppen in ca. 7 Minuten erreichen. Wir haben uns abseits der Küstenstraße sehr wohl gefühlt, Agata war jederzeit erreichbar und behilflich. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Wundervolle Wanderwoche im Herbst
Wir haben ein wunderschöne Oktoberwoche in dieser gemütlichen und sauberen Wohnung in San Michele verbracht. Die Fotos geben die Wohnung sehr realistisch wieder. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt. Bei wärmeren Temperaturen hätten wir den schönen Balkon mit der bezaubernden Aussicht auf die Hänge des Tals von San Michele sicher mehr genutzt. Ganz besonders möchten wir die große Freundlichkeit der Vermieter hervorheben, die uns sogar liegen gelassene Habseligkeiten nachgeschickt haben! Der Standort ist ideal für Menschen, die in einer ruhigen Umgebung wohnen aber alle Annehmlichkeiten einer guten touristischen Infrastruktur in unmittelbarer Nähe haben möchten (Santa Margherita / Rapallo in 20 / 30 Gehminuten, wenige Minuten mit dem Auto). Die Küste und ihre Wanderwege sind einfach großartig. Nach jeder Biegung eine neue phantastische Aussicht. Die Orte sind von pitoresker Schönheit. Eine klare 5-Sterne-Empfehlung für die Wohnung, die Vermieter und die ganze Halbinsel von Portofino!

Accogliente e tranquillo
I proprietari, signor Alberto e signora Agata, sono stati molto disponibili e cordiali. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comodità, tutto funzionante e in una posizione molto tranquilla con panorama rilassante e suggestivo sulla collina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto sia la presenza di tutto l'occorrente per far funzionare una casa, sia i numerosi libri per grandi e piccoli lasciati a disposizione degli ospiti.

Saubere jedoch in die Tage gekommene Wohnung in Top Lage
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern eine schöne Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und nett. Haben uns viele Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Tage gekommen, dafür aber sehr sauber. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Ein Stern Abzug ist für die katastrophale Dusche, die wirklich sehr eng ist und das Wasser floss sehr schlecht ab. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, was in Italien sehr zu schätzen ist.
Sehr gute Ausgangslage für die Ausflüge, bis zum Strand sind es ca. 7-8 min. und bis nach Santa Margherita oder Rapallo sind es ca.20min. zu Fuß. Zurück geht es etwas länger, da man auf dem Weg zur Wohnung 135 Stufen steigen muss.

We can totally recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again
We really enjoyed our stay at Agata's apartment. It is located in a quiet area and you have a lovely view from the balcony. Nearby are four public beaches which you can walk to in 7 to 15 minutes. There is also a little grocery shop, a pizzeria, a gelateria and bars. The apartment is clean and you have everything you need for cooking etc. Agata is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. We can totally recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

Appartement fonctionnel et au calme
Appartement dans un immeuble propre et bien entretenu avec ascenseur. Deux grandes chambres (avec ventilateur) et deux salles de bain ce qui est très pratique. Le salon avec cuisine ouverte et bien équipée dispose d'un balcon où l'on peut manger tout en profitant d'une belle vue sur les collines de San Michele. L'accès à la mer se fait sans voiture par l'intermédiaire d'un escalier au pied de l'immeuble en 10 minutes. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et serviables et vous donnent de bons conseils. San Michele de Pagana est une localité idéalement située pour visiter la région à pied (Rapallo, Sainte Margherita de Liguria) ou en voiture.

Ottimo da rifare!
L'appartamento era perfetto per le nostre esigenze. Due bagni aiutano veramente molto e anche due stanze separate. La stanza dove dormiva la bimba ha altri letti per questo è adatto anche per famiglie più numerose. Trovandosi un po' più in alto, la sera rinfresca e si può godere della tranquillità immersa nel verde. Altra cosa molto utile-il posto auto. Tornare la sera senza cercare il parcheggio è veramente comodissimo.
Il mare è a soli 10 minuti di cammino giù per le scalette.
I signori sono stati gentilissimi. La signora Agata ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per poter visitare il luogo e anche di più. Sempre disponibilissima. Se avete bisogno di consigli sulle bellezze del luogo basta chiedere e lei vi saprà dare mille spunti.
Ringrazio anche il signor Alberto per l'ultimo suggerimento sul dove fermarsi sulla via del ritorno. Così abbiamo potuto visitare anche un bellissimo paesino medievale -Berceto.

Ligurische Enttäuschung
Die Vermieter, ein älteres Paar, waren sehr freundlich.
Ich nehme an, dass sie sich nicht über den Zustand ihrer Wohnung im klaren sind und diese Kritik richtet sich nicht gegen sie persönlich.
Deshalb beschreibe ich den Zustand der Wohnung in erster Linie deshalb um zukünftige Mieter zu warnen.
1. die Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer (Einzelbetten) waren mit alter Metallfederung, hängemattenartig durchgelegen.
2. die Dusche mit reperaturbedürftiger Schiebetür sehr eng und nur mit Mühe zu betreten .
3. im zweiten Bad tropfende Wasserhähne
4. das Mobiliar der gesamten Wohnung alt und heruntergewohnt, ebenso das Küchengeschirr.
5. die in der Ausstattung angekündigten Handtücher waren sehr alt, teiweise ausgefranzt.
Wir sind nach zwei von eigentlich drei geplanten Wochen abgereist.

Dankeschön für die schönen Tage!
Die Wohnung ist zwar schon etwas in die Tage gekommen, hat aber alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist toll. Das Dörfchen San Michele ist klein und eher ruhig, dafür ist in den Nachbarbuchten Rapallo und Santa Margherita immer etwas los und beides ist in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen oder auch mit dem Bus. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, und davon gibt es in der Region seeeehr viele, sind gut mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswert und hilfsbereit und sehr darauf bedacht, dass es dem Gast gut geht. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Ein Dankeschön an das Ehepaar Verzelli :-). Bis zum nächstenmal.

Très bon séjour
L’appartement d’Agatha et d’Alberto est situé à San Michele sur la commune de Rappalo. Nous avons appréciées d’avoir 2 salles de bains pour 4 personnes et surtout la terrasse pour sa tranquillité et la vue au petit déjeuner. Sans voiture, nous avons beaucoup marché et pris le train pour visiter l’Italie. L’appartement est à 5 minutes par un grand escalier de San Michèle et à 20 minutes à pied de Rapallo où il y a une gare. La région est très belle et il y a beaucoup de choses à voir. En plus, Agatha et Alberto sont très gentils et très serviables. Encore merci

Ferien in Ligurien
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (14 u.12 Jahre) eine schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Agata und Alberto Verzelli verbracht. Sie war sauber und ordentlich und hat eine schöne, ruhige Lage am Hang mit schönem Ausblick. Das Ehepaar Verzelli hat uns sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich empfangen und uns auch Empfehlungen für Ausflüge gegeben.
Unsere Küstenwanderungen führten uns nach Portofino, San Fruttuoso, von Camogli nach Do spadin, sowie von Sestri Levante aus zum Aussichtspunkt Manara. Die Gegend ist fantastisch und die Buchten traumhaft schön.
Vielen Dank nochmal an Agata und Alberto.

This apartment is tucked away in a great spot in Rapallo. Only 5 or so minutes walk to the water and nice surrounds. We were there for only 2 nights but could have stayed longer. It is a cosy apartment but had everything we needed.
Highly recommend walking around to Santa Margherita, only 20 minutes and good shopping and cafe scene, as well as access to the train station.
Alberto and Agata are fantastic hosts who made us very welcome and attended to our needs. As we learnt don't trust your GPS to find this one, Alberto can assist.
Very glad we booked this one.

A peaceful stay
Alberto and Agata were very friendly and welcoming in letting us know about the area and what to do. The flat is very comfortable with a fabulous view from the balcony. Parking was available nearby and the beach was a ten minute walk away downhill - the only disadvantage is the walk uphill coming back! The wine and fruit left for us on arrival were a very pleasant touch.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The owners, Agata and Alberto are a lovely couple. They were very eager to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of information about places to visit. The apartment is in a good, quiet location, but only a few minutes walk into the local village of San Michele. There are a number of small beaches and a couple of restaurants as well as a small supermarket/delicatessen. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Santa Margherita and 20 minutes to Rapallo, both well worth a visit. There is also a good bus service if you prefer not to walk.We also got the bus to Portofino from Santa Margherita and the ferry back, which was great. The trains are also good and we went from Rapallo to Camogli one day and to the Cinque Terre on another day. The apartment is very comfortable, including the bed, and the kitchen is well equipped. The weather was hot whilst we were there, but the apartment didn't get too hot and we slept very well with the windows open. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony having breakfast, admiring the view. Thank you, Agata and Alberto, it was a pleasure to meet you and to stay in your apartment.

Nice apartment, good location
Agata and Alberto were very friendly and welcoming to their lovely two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that also has an elevator. We had fun talking with them. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that has a great view of homes dotting the mountain, and drinking coffee or a glass of wine and eating walnuts or grapes that they brought from their garden. The WiFi worked perfectly. We did not use the kitchen to cook meals but it is well equipped and there is a full size refrigerator. A large grocery store with free parking is close by in Rapallo. The apartment has a parking space. It is about a half hour walk to either St. Margherita or Rapallo and the San Michele di Pagana beach is just a short walk. The whole area has very good bus, boat and train service. According to the local tourist office, the Cinque Terre trails were closed for safety reasons and the area has become very crowded. We drove to Camogli (20 minutes) and Sestrie Levante (30 minutes) which were beautiful and not at all crowded. We enjoyed our week and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic apartment, very clean and we'll equipped
The hosts of the apartment are very welcoming and friendly. The location is good ,able to park the car and not use it for the whole holiday, good transport links , short walking distance to beach. Look forward to returning.
