Surfside Shores Unit 2406 es un condominio directo frente al golfo de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños con dos grandes balcones privados. Perfecto para familias numerosas o dos familias más pequeñas. Cada habitación tiene un baño privado, TV de pantalla plana y vistas al océano. Las comodidades del condominio son excelentes. 2 piscinas frente al mar para adultos, 2 piscinas para niños, una zona de barbacoa y una playa virgen que nunca está demasiado llena. Puede bajar del elevador y tener los dedos de los pies en el agua en menos de un minuto.
Este complejo tiene 400 'de frente de playa con menos de 100 unidades en el total del complejo. ¿Qué significa esto? Siempre tendrás mucho espacio para relajarte en la playa y nunca sentirás que hay otros encima de ti. Además, las dos piscinas grandes y las dos piscinas para niños rara vez se llenan y son perfectas para familias con niños pequeños.

The property is exactly as decribed. The location is great and easy to get to. Plenty of carts for loading and unloading. We had a 2 day stay. The beach is fast and easy to get to. Great view of the ocean and beach from the balcony, there is one balcony with 2 doors. The unit could use a better cleaning crew for the floors. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. We would book here again.

Very cute space right on the beach! Our family of 6 fit perfectly in the space and slept well on the comfy beds. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware including measuring cups, electric can opener, blender and coffee maker. While the condo itself is in an older building and needed a little normal TLC/maintenance, it was a very nice space. It’s literally a 2 minute walk downstairs to the beach which really is not crowded at all in front of the condo. There were even some beach supplies/toys within the condo. Within a few miles is everything you could ever want to do or eat. The owners were very nice, easy to work with and responded quickly. We had no issues during our stay and it was a pleasant experience. You’ll need beach towels and extra essentials like toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry pods, spices, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. There are a few essentials to get you started but won’t last all week. There are several grocery stores very close by making things quite easy and convenient. My favorite place other than the beach was the main balcony! It is pretty big and has updated furniture. It’s a very comfortable space with a breathtaking view! Thank you to Sara and Jared for sharing your space with us! Looking forward to our next beach adventure!

First time in Gulf Shores. We are low key people and found a diamond in the rough. Nice, quiet, and had a beautiful ocean view. Could not be happier with the location and our hosts were very awesome and respondent. Would be happy to return!!

Property has everything you need and pictures do not do it justice with how nice it is. You are steps away from the beach which makes it easy to have little ones and everything that comes with smaller kids. The property was very well kept up and the beds were very comfy. Will definitely be booking here again!

Location was great. The beach views and access were excellent. Nothing was crowded or rushed. The condo was clean and fully equipped. When returning to Gulf Shores this will be my first choice.

Our family enjoyed our stay, especially the two grandchildren. With 4 adults and two kids it was nice to have 3 b drools plus 3 baths. We enjoyed the heated pool since the weather was quite cool and we visited several of the recommended eating places. We hope to make it back to the area.

We booked Jared and Sara's condo and planned our first family trip to the beach with our three kids. Imagine our surprise when we got there and there was no beach access! The city was reconstructing the beach and had caution tape and huge pipe along the beach, blocking us from walking out of the condo and playing on the beach right in front of the unit. We contacted Jared and Sara who did some digging and were extremely apologetic (even though it wasn't their fault) and we were able to access the beach a lot further down from the unit. Later in our stay, the construction vehicles moved down the beach further and we were able to access the beach right in front of the building and all was well. The owners refunded us a night of our stay for our troubles, which was very kind. The unit was older and in need of a few minor tweaks and repairs, but nothing that impacted our trip very much. We definitely would come back and stay. And check local news in the future to make sure the beach isn't closed! :)

Buyer beware! We are a family of five who were down for a soccer tournament. The condo is in a great spot with great views. The owners were responsive and helpful during our stay. The condo does, however, have a somewhat run-down feel to it……like maybe some updating and maintenance are overdue. I noticed the fridge door was a little clunky but thought little of it. We didn’t cook in the condo and probably only opened the fridge like 10-15 times over the weekend. Well, they hit us with substantial refrigerator repair charges a few days after we left......like almost enough to buy a new fridge! If opening and closing the fridge door a few times is a crime, lock me up!!
Proceed with caution.

We had a great time at this condo. Clean and just as listed. Awesome location being right on the beach and the views are amazing! Getting to see the dolphins was a highlight of our mornings. Brought up a couple minimal things with owner that were addressed quickly. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for some time away!

It was a great place to stay first time to gulf shores with the family. Kids had a blast they cannot wait they said to come back again. Was really nice that the one bedroom for the older 2 kids had twin beds. Also enjoyed the list of places and restaurants around gulf shores that they have posted in the condo. This particular condo unit is perfect for a family. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. On the beach. On the pool. Close access to everything needed! Our family had a wonderful stay here and not having to worry about anything regarding the complex or this unit is a breath of fresh air. Recommend!

I can't even remember how many times we have stayed at this condo. We love the location that makes for a great balcony view but not too many flights if you want to take the stairs. Speaking of the balcony, it has great new tall chairs that allow you to see over the rail instead of through it. The couch is new for 2023 as is the washer/dryer. It's just a great place. And the owners are always available by text to answer questions or address concerns. We keep coming back because we love the unit, and we trust the owners.

Our family was in town for a soccer tournament in Foley. We loved staying on the beach, but being less than 30 mins from the sports complex.
Sarah, the owner, was very responsive and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

This was our 11th year to vacation in Gulf Shores and our 6th time staying in Shore Side Shores complex. We love these units, pool, and beach area. Our stay in this particular condo was great and Jared was awesome to communicate with. We definitely recommend staying here.

We stay at this property every year, and my family particularly chooses this unit every time. The owners consistently upgrade and are very responsive to questions. Small things are big conveniences for us. Keypad entry - no stopping for keys or passing them back and forth going to and from the beach. Fantastic ice-maker in the fridge - we could fill a small cooler daily. Tall chairs on the balcony allow an unobstructed view of the gulf. Cordless vacuum for easy cleanup of inevitable sand on the floors. And the complex has gone to fiber internet - the low speeds and high lag times are gone. It’s clearly shared bandwidth, but it’s now fast enough to keep your devices working at acceptable speeds. Even cellular can be slow at peak times, so the faster wifi is a welcome addition.

Great location and view!
My family , friends, and I enjoyed staying here. Walking distance to a lot of things and the walk to beach from the room is very short. We will definitely be coming back! Lots of space in the rooms also.

We had a great time. The property is really nice, however a lamp in the master, living room and second bedroom. Also the dresser in the third bedroom had a knob off on one of the drawers when we got there. These are surely minor things but just wanted you to be aware. We will surely recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you for a fully equipped condo and easy communication.
