Nuestro lujoso Villa Marina Deniz está ubicado en la exclusiva Marina de Puerto Calero, con sus excelentes restaurantes, bares, tiendas y otras instalaciones. A sólo 15 minutos del aeropuerto de Arrecife, a sólo 5 minutos en coche del principal centro turístico de Puerto del Carmen, con sus fantásticas playas y la vida nocturna. Situado en una calle sin salida tranquila con un entorno hermoso y bastante largo con vistas al mar y también tiene un servicio de guardia de seguridad las 24 horas patrullando la zona por un día de fiesta seguro y relajante.

A spacious and well presented property in a quiet residential street near the marina. The swimming pool was a great hit with everyone as temperatures hovered around 30 degrees each day. The air conditioning was very effective and cost less than €10 for the entire week. The walk down to Puerto Calero was pleasant, but the steep hill on the return journey represented something of a challenge each day - our wives returned to the Villa by taxi each time (only around €4).There are plenty of restaurants and cafes/bars in Puerto Calero, with excellent choice of food and drink. Easy to reach Puerto del Carmen or Playa Blanca by bus (usually every 30 mins) and enjoy the various markets and cruises, etc. Overall, an enjoyable 7-night break in a lovely quiet Villa. Would highly recommend.

Following a friendly and clear dialogue with the owner my family and I once again enjoyed this wonderful Villa. It’s spotless, exactly as described and situated just above the marina we love. All rooms are lovely and the facilities are great, with all a couple or family could desire. We’ve recommended this villa to friends and will continue to. Thanks again to the owner for opening up this to us.

The villa was much large that we thought it would be and it had all that we needed. The kids were thrilled to find some inflatables for the pool.

What a great find this villa is. A real home from home and has everything you need. Very spacious indoors and outdoors, amazing pool which was so clean. The villa was well equipped for the 7 of us with lots of crockery, cutlery and glasses. Met the owner who was lovely and could not have been more helpful throughout the whole booking process. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this gem of a villa in beautiful Calero.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa, great for the family. Would highly recommend, Puerto Calero is right on your doorstep with great restaurants within walking distance.

The photos do not do this villa justice. Amazing villa plenty of space for 3 couples and 1 child. Very quiet up market location close to the harbour - hill up from the harbour can be steep in parts.
Villa had all that was needed.
Owner was amazing and helpful with anything we needed during our stay.
Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

We have just returned and would definitely stay again, great sized pool / outside space and nice property in a good quiet location. Overall I would say the property could do with a little TLC eg. The electrics in one of the single rooms did not work although we did not need to use this room so didn’t bother us and the shower in the bathroom by the kitchen is tiny, again didn’t bother us as we used the other two. All in all a great holiday thank you.

We had a fantastic time, so relaxing and peaceful. A beautiful villa and great location, quiet but only 5 mins stroll to the marina.
The pool is beautiful and the pool table a massive hit.

Be aware that you do have to pay for the air con (coin machine in lounge covers all the units) but it only worked out about €2.50 a day.

Great villa, great location which felt so safe and quiet. The pool was a great temperature and the pool table was well used by us. Don’t hesitate to book, we had a fantastic holiday and the owner is lovely and local if needed.

A wonderful stay at this lovely villa in a great location
We spent a wonderful week at this lovely villa. The outside space was great - a good sized (heated) pool, pool table and plenty of clean and comfortable loungers - enough to keep the whole family happy! The beds were comfortable - not always the case with holiday lets - and the kitchen seemed well equipped (although we didn't cook very much). The location of the property was perfect - about a five minute walk to the port which has a small but well stocked supermarket, plenty of restaurants and some nice clothes shops. There is a craft market every Friday and Tuesday which is worth a visit at least once. We didn't bother renting a car as everything was so close by. The villa owner was lovely and very responsive to any questions/requests before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this villa for a family-friemdly holiday.

What a gorgeous villa, the pictures don't do it justice. We have stayed in many villas, especially in Lanzarote and this is the cleanest one we have ever seen. Four good size bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a very well-stocked kitchen. The outside space is huge, we are a family group of 8 across three generations and my three grandchildren really enjoyed the freedom to be able to run around with no danger. The pool which could accommodate all of us is completely fenced off with a lockable gate. Very child friendly. Nurcan the owner is very friendly and helpful if there is anything you need just pick up the phone and it will be dealt with immediately. I would especially like to thank Nurcan for the information you gave us regarding our return flight.

The villa is extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped.
It's a great choice for your Lanzarote holiday and Puerto Calero is an excellent location from which to explore the island.

Had a great time the owners are so helpful and easy to contact if you have any question.
I would recommend the villa and it’s only a short walk to the marina where there is plenty of restaurants and some nice shops to look around. On the way back from the marina it is up hill not any problem for us.
The only problem we had had nothing to do with the villa or owners it was the taxis because there was 5 of us when we wanted to go to Puerto Del Carmen they would not send the minibus they would only send two taxis so double the price but if our friends ordered in Spanish for us we would get the mini bus.
There is also a local bus stop close to the villa where you can get the bus to Puerto Del Carmen playa Blanca arrecife Yaiza etc.

Fantastic Stay
Amazing property in the perfect location. The owners couldn't do enough for us and were always on the other end of the phone if needs be. The property was all and more than described we will certainly be back next time we visit Lanzarote.

Great villa and super host in an awesome location
6 of us stayed there during the end of June 2018. The villa had all the amenities that we required with a great pool, a pool table and a gazebo which were out favourites. The 4 bedrooms were suited to us and 3 bathrooms really helped too. The layout of the villa was good too with lots of space in and around the villa where you can go and chill out on your own if you needed.
The location was about a 10min cab ride from puerto del carmen but it was easy and cheap to order taxis. Plus the location was nice and quiet which meant that we could just relax and mind our own business if we didn't want to go into town.
The owner was very helpful and super friendly and spoke perfect English. The communication prior to booking and during the booking stage was clear and concise and the response was always quick.
Overall, a great place to stay with wonderful amenities and a trustworthy host. I would definitely stay there again and book and reserve another property to stay with them in the future.

Fantastic Villa!
Really well appointed villa both inside and out and was exactly as described, in fact the pictures don’t do justice to how spacious it actually is which was the only thing that surprised us!
We were a family of four and there was adequate space for the same again. In fact we closed off half the house and didn’t use it. Great views, really quiet road and zero checking in and out hassle.

Not our first time and not our last !,
Once again enjoyed our visit, fully fitted out villa in a great position just minuets from the main harbour in peurto calero, everything is bright and clean, English tv, sheltered sunbathing area and a lovely clean and warm pool.
Will be back later in the year
