First stay at this house and third time at the Pointe West community. The house had plenty of rooms and beds for our family of 13. Love the layout and decor. The pictures were very accurate.

Even prettier than the photos! Our extended family of 12 enjoyed the home very much. Everything was very clean and well cared for. We were in great hands with Mai who kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in town!

Our extended family got together to celebrate one of our brothers' 50th birthday and Labor Day. The house is amazing—beautiful location, beautiful house, beautifully taken care of and equipped. The beach club is great and they definitely have the best-cared-for beach in Galveston. And Mai was super helpful, responsive, and thorough in making sure we had a great stay. Book it now—you won't regret it.

Heaven on Bay was such a beautiful property! Clean, comfortable and would recommend! We had 9 children and 7 adults and never felt overcrowded. We rented golf carts to get us to and from the beach.

Honestly this sums it up perfectly. This is our 3rd stay at Heaven on the Bay with the same family groups! We honestly love everything about the property! Open spaces for all to hang and visit. Bunk and play room to keep the kids occupied! Each bedroom is large enough for each of us and the extra twin bed room is now great for the 13 year old of the group. The property is a quick ride to the beach club and beach and only 30 minutes into downtown Galveston. We are already talking about next summer to make sure we book again!

This house was perfect get away for the weekend. We had a wonderful time with friends and family. This house has everything you can just imagine and mostly our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. We bbq and later did s’mores. We also got the access to the pool and beach club that was very much worth it. I would definitely want to come back again 😀

Our family of 13 (grandparents, parents and grandchildren) had the most amazing time here! House is more beautiful than the pictures! Mai is the best host and is always there to offer suggestions and help if needed! You really can’t ask for a better house. One side is on the bay and the beach and pool club is a short ride away. Recommend highly!

This house is even better than the photographs. Perfect for our large group of 8 adults and 5 kids for a Thanksgiving get away. Well appointed kitchen, nice hot tub and even a game room to occupy the kids. Host even checked in with us by email to make sure we had everything we needed Will rent this house again.

Great house! Beautiful and comfortable. Mai is very thorough in her communication. I feel confident that if anything had gone wrong during our stay, she would have dealt with the issue promptly. I also appreciate the higher quality cookware in the kitchen, which you don’t often find in rental properties. This was a great house for our large family. My only minor complaint is that we had to bring our own paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleanser etc. Some of those items were provided (I.e. one roll of toilet paper per bathroom), but not enough to last a week at the beach for a large group. Not a deal breaker, but I’ve never had to do that in any other rental in Pointe West.
Overall, we recommend this property!

This house was more than we could have asked for in a property! The views from all of the king bedrooms were just beautiful! It was so well-equipped with extra beach towels, supplies, kitchen appliances, etc. We will definitely plan to come back in the future. Mai was a great host and kept us informed from the booking through our departure!

Rhodes Family Vacation
This was the most beautiful house have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of homes in Galveston. The best part of our vacation other than our family was the owner. Mai is the most attentive owner we have ever had the pleasure of working with and just because of her we would rent that property again. She was amazingly helpful in every way and checked in on us just to see if we were having a great time or if we needed anything. This was by far a 10 Star vacation and 10 Star ownership. Thank you Mai for everything.

Heavenly Vacation
Our family of 15 loves to vacation at Pointe West in Galveston each summer, and this year, we found “Heaven on Bay.” What can I say about luxury and perfection? This beautiful house on the bay had literally EVERYTHING we needed or wanted. From the gourmet kitchen and gorgeous tile floor, to the beautifully decorated living space, four “king” master suites with luxury bedding, the large kid’s bunk room, and comfortable twin room, we had plenty of space to unwind and have fun. And the Beach Club was just a blast, with great food, music and an amazing pool, as well as a bay side pool with a lazy river. We rented a golf cart from Rick’s Beach Rentals (an awesome company to work with) to get “to and from” the Beach Club. And a special “thank you” Mai Dang, at Galveston Luxury Property Rentals, for taking excellent care of us. Mai and Tom truly helped us make wonderful family memories at Heaven on Bay. We would love to return next summer. Mary B

Relaxing Family Vacation
Beautiful home on the bay side of Galveston with a great view. Nice and peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel zone. Plenty of outdoor deck space and seating. Super clean and well stocked kitchen. Access to a beach club with pools and other amenities. Mai and her husband were amazing hosts and stayed in communication throughout the trip to make sure we had everything we needed.

This home is beautiful with top-notch amenities. It was perfect for our group of 11 adults and two young children. The high chairs, portable crib and toys were so helpful. Additionally the property manager was extremely helpful connecting us with the club house for pool access and gold cart rental. We will be back!

It had everything anyone could ask for - beautiful kitchen stocked with high quality cookware, stunning views of the bay (especially at sunset), open living room, large TV's in each room, great game room (teens really enjoyed this), hot tub, fire pit, comfortable bedding, etc, etc. It's hard to think of anything we didn't have. It was a perfect family vacation, spanning 3 generations. We also really enjoyed the access to Pointe West facilities.
Of note, one of the best features was the property manager, Mai. I have rented houses many times through different vendors, and she was the most prompt, well-informed, friendliest, warm and helpful property manager I have ever worked with. She responded to every request or query in minutes (even seconds at times!) The owners are lucky to have such great representation.
For all of these reasons, we would love to come back some day!

Beautiful property
This home is beautiful with top-notch amenities. It was perfect for our group of 11 adults and two young children. The high chairs, portable crib and toys were so helpful. Additionally the property manager was extremely helpful connecting us with the club house for pool access and gold cart rental. We will be back!

Beautiful home!
Mai was great to work with and the home was beautiful! It was very clean and had so much room for all of us to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back next year.
