Great location with an iron gate with plenty of parking. Had 7 people and had plenty of room!

Booked this stay for 9 of us going to new Orleans for a bachelor party. This place was perfect. Plenty of beds for everyone. Plenty of space in the house. and the outdoor patio area was unmatched. It was an easy 5 minute walk to Bourbon street and the gated entrance made everyone feel safe. With not many affordable options near the french quarter for a large group, I would highly recommend this space to anyone with a large group going to new orleans.

I rented this VRBO as a group of 7 for a relatively low key bachelorette celebration. The house was a great location for a group of ladies. We had plenty of space inside to hang out in the front room and the house is at the back of the property so it felt pretty private, despite there being many other groups also staying in the other houses. We had our own courtyard and being also behind the locked gate made it all feel very safe. It is also close enough to walk to bourbon street without feeling *too* close, which was great. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this VRBO. My feedback for the host: one of the 2 dishwashers doesn't work, which was confusing, there was no checkout process so we weren't sure if we needed to do additional cleaning, and one of the doors at the front of the home was unlocked and we couldn't lock it. But overall, it was a great location!

Great location and the communication was fast and no issues to check in. Loved the courtyard area and so close to the events. Hot tub was awesome and would recommend hope to stay again
