Gorgeous 5 Star! Oceanblock Midtown condo directly Across from Convention Center
¡Gracias por interesarse en nuestro hermoso condominio totalmente remodelado de una habitación y un baño que está a solo unos pasos de la playa! Está a una corta distancia a pie de una gran cantidad de excelentes restaurantes, casas de cangrejos, tiendas de delicatessen, tiendas y muchos bares. Estamos directamente al otro lado de la calle del Centro de Convenciones, lo cual es genial si tiene un evento allí, ¡pero es aún mejor para nosotros los adoradores del sol porque nuestra playa nunca está muy llena!
Con comodidades como una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, lavadora, secadora, aire acondicionado central, 2 televisores grandes de pantalla plana, WiFi gratis, juego de cubierta de polietileno y estacionamiento fuera de la calle disponible para un automóvil, que no querría vacacionar aquí !

I had the best experience at this property! It was updated very nicely. Decorated so cute , I felt right at home. Gina had lots of odds and ends that were avails for use that we didn’t even think of! Perfect location to the beach, restaurants and jolly Roger’s! Overall very impressed! I will definitely be back!

The place was absolutely beautiful inside and very well kept. Gina the owner was so easy to work with and was incredibly responsive. The unit was so clean and had everything that was needed for our getaway. The location was perfect on 41st street. It was within walking distance of restaurants and bars and not too far from the inlet/boardwalk. It was a short distance to the beach and had a beautiful view. Her neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely rent this unit again!

This home was perfect for a relaxing beach weekend. So close to the beach and with a nice kitchen for us to cook our meals and enjoy our time inside. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Everything we expected and more! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay and the host, Gina, is very responsive and kind. Location is perfect with lots to do and just steps from the beach. We stayed in October and even with a rainy weekend had a wonderful time. Hoping to return next year!

I'm happy to confirm that this condo is clean, remodeled, and with all the necessary amenities, across from Convention Center and within a very short walk to the beach. The washer and dryer set need repair/replacement. Everything else is top notch. Giving it a five-star rating overall and would definitely recommend it to others who consider visiting OC.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The condo was very clean upon check in and the smell was amazing (I could not figure out what smelled so good). From the decor to the comfort to the fully stocked kitchen, everything was top notch. There were tv’s in the living and bedroom. The walk in shower and double shower heads were amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Very short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from your patio outside. The place was stunning, clean very spacious had all the amenities you could think of so you didn’t have to bring it all. it was just hands down fabulous!

I cannot say enough about this stay!! The unit was perfect for our family. Super clean and exactly as described. The beds in the bedroom were way more comfortable than expected for a rental unit which was a nice surprise. Quick walk to the convention center without needing to worry about parking. Beach is just steps away. The communications with Gina were prompt and super accommodating to our needs. We will DEFINITELY be returning in the future! Thank you, Gina!

This was a wonderful experience start to finish. The property is exactly as described, literally steps from the beach and close to to PLENTY of activities. Gina (the host) was A++, and obviously has placed a priority in ensuring her guests have the best experience possible. I would jump at the opportunity to stay in any property that Gina manages. The only way you won't love this property is if you don't read the listing, or are an unreasonable guest.
