There is a restaurant nearby that we can eat.

It’s terribly dirty under the beds, everything is black, full of dirt. The bedside tables are dirty. I found bedbugs in the bed. I brought it to the reception, showed it on video 📹, they started to prove to me that it was a cockroach. I didn’t want to argue with them and prove that it was a bedbug and not a cockroach. The hotel is located right next to the road. And on the street it’s terrible what’s going on, there’s a lot of noise from all the traffic. The hotel is not at all worthy of three stars.😡

Room is spacious. Very customer friendly. Provided breakfast too.. Helped in all the means. Overall Excellent service. Just 2.5 KM to US visa consulate. Special Thanks to Ibrahim.

We were shifted to a room next day which is half of the size of old room and when asked for bigger room says cost about 200 more. Which was not communicated before.

As per our booking, complimentary breakfast was not included. But, they voluntarily agreed to offer it. Anyway, we're not able to avail it due to early leaving the hotel during our stay.

Reception Staff behaviour because she didn't understanding the customers situation n the tym of checking out they will not give 10-to 20 min more in any circumstances I didn't understanding y but they use to show that they have only 1 room available in the whole hotel we also understand the other customers camed but provide 10-20 min grace to the customers which r already in ur hotel frm lst few days N last the bed is not good in other rooms in deluxe room it's ok.
