Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Great location for the beach and the town. Really comfortable bed and small but well equipped kitchen too. We wish we had booked for longer!

The room is clean and spacious, the kitchen has all the equipment you need as well as tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. The bed is lovely and comfortable.

The attention to detail in the apartments is second to none, the apartment was very warm and clean, the Bed was super comfy and the location is superb. this was our second visit to Frinton Escapes and it will not be our last.

We were not too keen on the door locks (very hi tech) and had a problem with them, but having spoken to the owners who are very friendly, this issue was dealt with in a very quick and efficient manner.

The apartment was mind blowing in its entirety. A beautiful bright big well decorated open space, with sleeping area, lounge area, well designed kitchen, loads of homely touches (biscuits, tea bags etc). An ironing board (not for me but I know some love flat clothes 🤭), perfect blinds, big tv, the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on. No surprise the bathroom was tastefully appointed and to a high spec. It was spotlessly clean. I can’t recommend this highly enough ps plenty of nearby road parking

We struggled to find it but that was our fault - you just need to go to the end of the shops and take a back road to the actual back of the buildings

The lock box worked very well. I was unsure that I was at the correct front door: a sign near the door with the cottage name would have been helpful.

Fantastic room, fitted out well with new appliances. Very comfortable new bed.

Justin, our host, was communicative and helpful. The location was PERFECT! Close to the main street and the beach. The room was also PERFECT and we loved it... size, comfort, amenities... lovely!

Absolutely lovely little apartment. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, well equipped with everything you need. Centrally located within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Very easy check in and excellent communication with the host. One of the best places we’ve stayed in.

Simple and easy access. The property was clean and had all of the key essentials and facilities. The host was amazing and was willing to help in a flash. Will definitely be back in the summer.

The room apart from it being too cold and although I had the heat pump on Auto heat all night it didn’t warm up.

It was so so cold in the property
