We stayed for a short break to the coast. Very friendly staff, clean, room spacious and very accommodating. Wendy & Denise had attention to detail and would happily stay again.

Beautiful house. Room was clean. Very close to the beach and arcades.

No breakfast even though was stated when booking. When I asked on arrival about the breakfast, owner had rudely stated that "I just told you that didn't I", not particularly friendly when we left after. No thankyou or anything either. Just rude. Bathroom door did not have a runner at the bottom so it opened like a cat flap. On booking it stated the room had sea views, not alot of sea view on arrival except for blocks of flats directly opposite the windows in the bathroom and bedroom. Shocking amount of rubbish in the back car park.

Great list location,warm & inviting reception,spotlessly clean.breakfast was lovely.the room was large with en-suite tiled bathroom.power shower & all shampoo & shower gel.room was very clean with a view over looking the sea.I’ve stayed in 5star hotels & they haven’t matched the standards of the Sandrock.highly recommend staying there

Excellent location for the seafront. Clean and comfortable room with spacious shower. Slept peacefully! A delicious breakfast is on offer. Also, you can park outside for free from 4pm until 11am. Then the seafront has plenty of free parking too.

Really great hotel and loved our stay. Denise was a wonderful host, with a lovely clean fresh room and would not hesitate to book again. In the morning we had a tasty full English breakfast which set is us up for the day. We were minutes walk away from the beach, so a swim and returning for a shower later was so convenient, no driving needed.

Very friendly reception; room was very clean and comfortable including the beds. Very good quality bed linen and pillows. Breakfast was excellent and helpful advice given on places to visit. Restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and parking available right outside. Everyone we met was welcoming and friendly. We would definitely return if we were in the area again.

Very lovely Guest house and very clean, also newly decorated. It is like being in our own house. Very highly recommended. We will definately stay there again.

Lovely clean room, with plenty of space. lots of drawers and hanging space. Bathroom was very clean and in very good repair. A warm welcome from the friendly landlady. Withing easy strolling distance to the sea front. Super breakfast cooked to order.

Car parking on the street only, and which is restricted to 2 hours during the daytime. There didn't seem to be a wi fi facility available, though this didn't present much of a problem to us.
