Great for Girl's Trip- Wineries, Beaches & Shopping - Northern Mitten Suites #1
Apartamento victoriano de 1900 de 2 dormitorios en suite. Completamente remodelado con nuevos muebles y accesorios en 2018. La playa, el café y los restaurantes están a 2 cuadras. Centro comercial y restaurantes TC a 8 cuadras (aproximadamente una milla). Un montón de estacionamiento en el lugar, por lo que no hay necesidad de luchar contra las multitudes durante el festival. Camas de matrimonio en cada habitación. Sofá cama de espuma viscoelástica. Cocina con cafetera Keurig, refrigerador, microondas, platos y copas de vino para después de su recorrido por el vino Península.
Se accede a la suite por la parte trasera de la casa con una acera pavimentada desde el estacionamiento. Fácil acceso con rampa. WIFI y TV por cable. Smart TV en la sala de estar para que pueda transmitir sus propias películas si lo desea. El baño contiene una combinación de ducha / bañera; la bañera es bastante profunda si desea un buen baño al final del día. La casa contiene 3 suites de apartamentos, todas con entradas privadas y un espacio comercial alquilado a un bufete de abogados también con una entrada independiente. Hay un montón de estacionamiento en el lugar. El acceso al estacionamiento es a través del callejón que corre detrás del edificio.
Bryant Park Beach, café de la mañana (si quieres un moca en lugar del café Keurig en suite), desayuno, barbacoa, comida tailandesa y pizza a poca distancia. Caminable / en bicicleta a Clinch Park Beach, tiendas y restaurantes del centro, a unas 8 cuadras (aproximadamente 1 milla).

We absolutely love staying in this VRBO! Stacey was an excellent host, and had so many wonderful amenities ready for us. Eye masks, Keurig cups, cookies, noise machines, granola bars, etc. Very clean and close to downtown and the beach. 10/10!

while nicely appointed and very clean - had a feel it was converted from an office of some sort. could hear neighbors talking in restroom as if they were standing in same room. Not a vacation stay, so over all very nice for our needs.

We had a great time at Stacey's place. We had a mixed group of seniors, children, and adults and it was the perfect set up for our family. I really appreciated that Stacey provided many towels. There is a little beach close by which my children loved. We also appreciated how accessible the apartment was for my mother with mobility issues.

The property was very clean and had nice touches such as snacks, eye masks and extra toiletries that made our stay even nicer. The suite was spacious and fit our group of 7 well. 10/10, would recommend and stay again.

This was a great place to stay; convenient and easy to get to. Plenty of parking. It was equipped with everything we needed. Even had some extra special touches like fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. 🙂 The bedding was great and the bath towels were so soft and plush. There was plenty of space for me and my 4 kids - 3 adult and one teen. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in process was easy. Owner responsive. Property was within walking distance of downtown. Rooms were spotless. Everything was updated, grab bars in the bathroom. Location was very quiet I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

This was the perfect place for two of us to have a nice little getaway. Super clean, lots of nice thoughtful touches, and an easy, convenient location. Stacey was wonderful with communication during vrbo website difficulties. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay for a wine tasting weekend with 4 adults. The condo was spotless and very well appointed. Plenty of extra towels, snacks and all the little extras that make a place special. Location was fantastic! Really couldn’t ask for a better pace for a long weekend !

Bookmark this property for every TC vacation! Great apartment, close to downtown area and to the beach. Extra attention was given to cleaning, and amazing details throughout the apartment about the region. The host put a lot of thought into make our stay comfortable.

Great little house that was perfect for the five of us. Clean, comfortable beds, great treats and many essentials available if you forget yours! Stacey was a great communicator and access and location was perfect!! Five stars and can’t wait to stay again sometime while staying in T.C!

The property was very clean and fresh when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable, the sheets were wonderful, and the towels were plush. The property wasn’t real close to downtown, but did end up being very convenient to our wine tours departure point.
Areas for improvement: soundproofing between floors - we could hear the folks walking/running above us very clearly. There could be more towel hooks in the bathroom.

clean quiet property, on the main road but about a mile and a half from downtown. Was a comfortable stay. Three queen beds and a pullout, so expect to share beds if at max end of the occupancy. Easy access to water and also nearby Traverse Area Recreation Trail and the Boardman Lake Trail. Was perfect for a couple nights with plans for wine touring. Note that it is not a full kitchen, with only a microwave for cooking. Stacey was appropriately communicative and friendly. Would happily stay here again.

Stacey provided a lot of nice amenities. Just about anything you could think of - coffee, snacks, simple breakfast foods, beach supplies, etc. We couldn't have asked for more!

Went for a wkend trip with the ladies to visit Traverse and try out the wineries.
This location is walking distance to the bus pick-up for our wine tour. Perfect!!!! And walking distance to the beach! Loved our stay. Thank you.

Very cozy, comfortable apartment style living. Walking distance to a small quiet beach. Hospitality was amazing, bath towels were so fluffy, nice snacks, noise machines, televisions. Host thought of just about everything. We had a great time.
