Este alojamiento de lujo está situado de forma única, ofrece a sus huéspedes las mejores vistas del puerto de Newport, a pocos pasos del océano. Justo afuera de su puerta, disfrutar de la playa frente a la bahía y la vista como los barcos pasar.
La casa está ubicada en el segundo piso y está muy bien decorado con tres dormitorios y dos baños-. El salón tiene una gran chimenea de un comedor, una cocina con todo lo esencial, y un patio privado al aire libre. También hay una oficina con Internet de alta velocidad y escritorio.
Nuestra excelente ubicación está directamente enfrente de una playa de la bahía de arena con vistas a la hermosa bahía de Newport, isla de Lido, y los barcos del puerto de Newport.
La propiedad está a poca distancia de las muchas atracciones de la Península de Newport. A pie de la zona de diversión y el ferry a la isla de Balboa, o los muchos restaurantes, embarcaderos o tomar los cruceros de playa y paseo en el carril bici a su lugar favorito.
La propiedad fue remodelada recientemente con 2 nuevos baños, azulejos personalizados y 50 'de plasma. La casa está muy bien decorado y bien cuidado y muy limpio. Este no es su alquiler típico de playa! Utilizamos la propiedad como segunda residencia y este es el primer año en que nunca se ha ofrecido como un alquiler de vacaciones.

Disfrute de los barcos que pasan por el de su sala y comedor, un verdadero placer todos los días y también durante el Forth de Desfile de Barcos julio o el Desfile de Barcos Navidad Newport Harbor. O unirse a su familia y amigos en la playa para ver los desfiles! Diviértete en el puerto de Newport en el agua, ya que hay en barco y alquiler de kayak cerca. También se puede pescar, kayak o paddle board de la playa en frente de la casa y hay canchas de tenis gratis a pocas cuadras de distancia.

Our family loved spending the week on the Peninsula! The view of the bay from the living room is beautiful. The beds and other furniture were nice and comfortable. There were new ceiling fans with remotes in every room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that I needed. The small beach across the street was so relaxing. The beach on the ocean side is just a quick walk across Balboa Blvd. The garage was filled with beach chairs, paddle boards, boogie boards and bikes. The neighborhood is quiet and has a coffee shop and a market nearby. This is by far the nicest rental we have stayed at in Newport Beach and we can’t wait to go back!

This house is a beautiful getaway in the heart of Newport. Minutes to all you want to see and do.
The kitchen is well stocked. The only disappointment was having to go through the master for the 3rd bedroom. We would come back however. We had a beautiful time!

Very pleased with our stay here and the view and space was fantastic! Very clean and had everything we needed for our visit. Loved the upper unit and open living space! Steps from the beach so convenient!

The kids loved the back bedroom. Kitchen was very functional and furnishings were very nice. We really enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the short distance to the beach. Only drawback for us was we didn’t realize there was a rental property below us so we were concerned about being too loud with 3 kids and a dog.

Can't beat location. Home was clean and very pretty. Only drawback is the floor plan. You have to walk through the master bedroom to access the bunk bed room and office. There is no bathroom access from the bunk bed room without going through master. Still would have rented it, but it changed how we had everyone sleep. Wish I had known ahead of time.

Nice property and location.
Only one thing that is a bit odd is the 3rd bedroom. It is outside on back balcony and you must use/share the master bedroom bathroom and walk thru the master bedroom to get to all the other areas of the home.

This property is in the perfect location. You can walk to the harbor or the ocean within minutes. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around the property. They had chairs, paddleboards, boogie boards and bikes for use. The unit is located upstairs where there is an additional patio in the back that has a large table, BBQ and couches. The front of the unit has a small patio with table and umbrella. The unit is clean, the kitchen is stocked with enough dishes, and utensils to cook. The unit is well laid out, with a living room/dining room combo. If you need a place to stay and want to be near Lido Village, this is a gem! The management staff is friendly and responds quickly!

Everything was good the toaster we had a problem with. I think it needs to be replaced and also the blender we tried to use that and we could not get that working but other than that I think everything else was good it was satisfactory. This is our second time staying there so

We came to the area for a Debate tournaments at concordia, loved the location wonderful walk to the ferry over to Balboa Island. Enjoyed our stay very much, especially that you let us use the paddle boards. That was a welcome treat. Enjoyed walking to the coffee shop in the mornings. It seems everybody sleeps in in this area so if you are an early riser, it is really wonderful.😎

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, the home had everything we needed and the little bay out front was like a little slice of heaven. We stayed during the week of the 4th of July and saw great fireworks from the bay. We hope to stay again next year.

I couldn't be happier with the location and the neighborhood. Only 50 ft away from a sandy private Laguna beach which you can see from the living room.
We stayed at the upper unit and it felt super private until the guests downstairs checked in. We were lucky that they were nice and we all got along well.
The house itself is just ok, it has everything you need and more but it is a rental unit... do not expect anything new or modern.
During our stay, we had severe internet issues which limited our ability to work but the management company was quick to respond and fixed it within 48 hours.
I would stay in this property again despite all the cons. The location is simply superb.

On arrival, the home was very clean and well put together. They were well prepared for all ages from newborn to elderly. Everything was a short distance from the property and easy to access! Will definitely stay here again for a family vacation!

We we’re traveling with our three year old and having the sandy area right across the street was a huge bonus. Couches and beds could use a little update, but all in all, everything was pretty clean. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again, however, if you have little kids, the downstairs unit might be a better option. We felt like the people below us could hear all the toddler noise.

The location is amazing. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. We had a couple of questions for the management company and they were very friendly and responsive. It’s a wonderful area to go for walks along the beach or to the piers. It’s super easy getting to anywhere you want to go in the Southern California area. One comment about the bunkbed room: there is an back patio that you get to from the master bedroom and off of the back patio is a split room where one side is an office space and the other side is the bunkbed room. The air flow is a stilted in that split room (“split” meaning there is a wall between the office area and the bedroom but the wall doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling). That space could use a ceiling fan to keep the air flowing.
We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. The price for the property was really good considering the location. I've stayed in nicer homes but not in a location as great as this. I could go out the front and hang by the bay, or go out the back and go to the beach. The property came with paddle boards, boogie boards, and beach chairs. I would absolutely stay here again.

This property left a lot to be desired. Location is good, but the walls are paper thin (you can hear everything downstairs). The third bedroom with the bunks was musty and needed to be aired out (no windows) with cabinets that were taped shut and super run down. Wouldn’t want to be in there if it was really hot out. The water pressure was terrible (it’s completely non existent if a toilet is flushed or anything is used in either bathroom or the suite downstairs). The fan and light in the king bedroom did not work either. Overall I would not describe this as a luxury accommodation as the ad states. Honestly, I would like a refund. Please contact me.

We have stayed here a couple of times. We Loved that there were paddle boards and bikes and proximity to the bay for paddling. Wish there were more than 2 bikes:) for the whole family. We went on a few lovely rides along the boardwalk.
The house was clean and was set up for cooking. Note. If you do plan on cooking bring everything all your own spices, tea coffee and salt and pepper.

The rental was an excellent location and had a wonderful view, however you need to be aware there is no A/C, if renting during hotter months. Also there were windows that did not have screens and could not be left open. There were 3 ceiling fans but only one tower fan and a smaller desk top fan. With 95+ temperatures during our stay the inside was very uncomfortable. The third bedroom (with bunk beds) we could not use since the ventilation was extremely poor.
