The villa is bright and well equipped. It is comfortable,with an excellent pool and decking area There are six sun loungers and two umbrellas provide much needed shade at times from the Crete sunshine. A large outside dining area accommodate outside eating Nikos the local manager is always available on the phone providing an excellent service without being intrusive. The villa is the only completed property in a small development and the adjoining villas are looking overrun but it does give lots of privacy.

You will need a car there are no local amenities. Set in a local community does bring local noises from dogs , chickens and cockerels So be prepared to be disturbed at some unsocial times.

The villa was very beautiful, modern and clean. The service from the manager and the owner was excellent, and communication was fast. If we had any questions or inquiries regarding the facilities, they were answered promptly.  The pool area and the views were very beautiful and calm. The pool was just the right size for our family of two adults and two pre-teenagers. The pool was 120 / 150 cm deep in the opposite ends.  The location of the villa was very nice, at the end of a private driveway, among local family homes. Some of the families have pet dogs and some had chickens/roosters, which you could hear time to time, but they didn't bother us at all. Location is a choice, in this case you do need a car to get around and to the grocery stores. But with a rental car it's a very good location, near everything but still in it's own privacy, which was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Seametry for a great holiday!

The experience from the very beginning was more than excellent - making the reservation was very easy! Excellent hosts, did everything to make our stay comfortable. As soon as we arrived we knew it was a good plan to go there! Location was just perfect and very easy to find. The villa was top class in beautiful grounds in a very tranquil environment! The Seametry Luxury Living villa was fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Beautifully decorated, super clean and highly comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. The private pool was sublime and meticulously clean. I would definitely go here again for my next visit in Chania!
