Suite de apartamentos de 2 dormitorios cuidadosamente restaurada de 1900. Hermoso trabajo de madera clásico de un tiempo pasado. La playa, el café y los restaurantes están a 1. 5 cuadras. Second time we have rented this property. Love that we can walk to ice cream, food and the beach and everything is super close.

We enjoyed our stay in Traverse City. The property is on the 2nd floor but an easy climb up the flight of stairs. The apartment was very clean and we had chocolate chip cookies and chocolate covered cherries upon our arrival! We enjoyed eating breakfast at the Traverse Bay Grill, just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. If you are bothered by noise, Front St. is a very busy street. Ear plugs are provided if needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the evenings. All in all we enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed Traverse City and all it has to offer.

We had such a great stay. Stacey was an axing host from the start. The place was so clean. She had cookies waiting on us when we got there. She was accessible for any need we may of had.

This was the perfect place for a short reunion with some old friends! The property was clean and well maintained, and location was just a short walk to the beach and short drive to the local wineries and downtown! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay :)

Cute and clean upper apartment perfect for a girls' getaway. Located at the base of Mission Penninsula for quick drive to the many wineries. Missing a table to play cards and games at. Otherwise great! We loved it!

The property was conveniently located to downtown Traverse City and the surrounding wine country. Everything was very comfortable and had such thoughtful amenities provided in every room. The one thing I would add is a second comfy chair in the living room area but other than that, the place was perfect for our group and we very much enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was immaculately clean and the host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. The little extras of fresh baked cookies, snacks, bottled water, coffee, and apples were such a special touch. The location is close to everything, it was perfect for our stay!

The apartment is very clean, tastefully decorated, awesome towels, mattresses very comfortable. Only suggestion, we would have liked a table to play cards in the evening, maybe a card table??Overall very nice, decorated so cute for Fall. Stacie was excellent in responding to questions. I would definitely stay there again.

My friend and I have stayed at this property twice (two different units), and intend to stay here every time we return to TC. It's exceptional! The entire place is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and it's well stocked with coffee, snacks, and a plate of chocolate chip cookies! Beautiful fluffy towels in the bathroom, and everything works perfectly. Nice little extras like white noise machines and sleep masks, if you need them (we didn't). And the location is great for getting around to anywhere you might want to go. It's really the perfect place to stay during a TC getaway!

Quite clean, lovely modern apartment in a beautiful old house, everything works well (like AC, shower, fan in the bathroom, etc), very comfortable beds. The unit faces a busy street, so it can be loud - but Stacey provides white noise machines, sleep masks, and ear plugs (and I always travel with my Bose sleep buds and my own sleep mask - so I had no trouble with the noise). The host, Stacey, is very easy to reach and provides clear, detailed instructions. Excellent location. Easy parking.

Great place - great location near downtown. Comfortable beds, good bathroom with wonderful towels. Well appointed and well organized. Nice parking. Only negative was on a busy street so had some traffic noise. They provided white noise machines that really helped. All in all a wonderful 2 BR place. We will be back.

We had a great time at the historic property. Everything was as advertised. Stacey was very responsive. The location was great for our wine tours. We could walk to where the tour bus picked us up, and back afterwards. It was only about a half-hour drive to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes.

Stacey really thought of everything! Place was stocked with snacks, coffee and even some extra toiletries in case you forgot anything. Apartment was close to many restaurants, shops, etc. We came for a friends 40th birthday and brought my parents and kids and we had plenty of space. They took the kids to the beach while we hit the wineries for the birthday party. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying here in the future!

Great location close to shops/excursions. Very clean. Nice fluffy bathroom towels! Homemade chocolate chip cookies and chocolate covered cherries were awesome and a thoughtful touch upon our arrival. The house is very close to main street so the traffic noise was somewhat bothersome but managed to sleep ok..ear plugs and eye covers were provided in all the rooms as well as white noise device if you needed. Overall nice property and we all had a great time!

Place was extremely clean and quiet for being on a busy street. Beds were very comfortable, sheets were soft and smooth. Towels were luxurious. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay there again.

This second story apartment was nicely furnished with thoughtful amenities and decorations. Close to town and the peninsula, it was a perfect location for many fun activities and side trips. We will be back!

I couldn't have been happier with our stay here in TC. We traveled with our family of an almost 4 yo, almost 2 yo, and an 8 week old and the apartment was so wonderful for us all! The location is prime and close to a lot of good stuff. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the TC area!

My first time staying at a vacation rental. Any reservations I may have had were put to ease just with Stacey's responsiveness. The apartment was as pictured. The welcome cookies were such a lovely treat. My husband was looking for them every day. Our accommodations were very comfortable and the hospitality was great. We were very close to downtown and the beach but far enough away to have some quiet after fun filled days. We spent our days enjoying outdoor activities and our toddlers slept like bears at the end of the day. The cafe a few blocks away, Traverse Bay Cafe is fantastic for breakfast. Traverse City is on our return visit list!

We enjoyed our time at this rental. The unit is close to the TART trail, which allows you to connect to loads of mountain and paved trails. The unit was clean and accurate to the listing. Very happy with the communication from the host and bed were comfortable.

We found this to be a nice quiet place to stay in a very central location close to the lake close to downtown close to all the restaurants it was a great place for two families to get together and be able to relax in the evening, not like you would find in a hotel

The bed was comfortable, towel were of good quality, the place was wonderfully kept clean . Only draw back was a little street noise, other than that it was perfect, My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and everything was nearby, Thank you Stacey for the wonderful accommodations!

This property was superior. The host thought of everything right down to white noise makers in the bedrooms to fresh baked cookies to greet us. Check in was super easy and communication was excellent. Definitely recommend this place and will stay here again.

Renting an apartment in an old Victorian house in the heart of the city made us wonder what we would encounter when we checked in. I'm happy to say that everything at this property was just absolutely perfect! It was warm, cozy and very clean. Everything seemed brand new in the kitchen and the entire unit is very well maintained. The entire experience was outstanding!
