Na uznanie zasługuje obsługa hotelu, zwłaszcza panowie (ratownicy, lifeguard) obsługujący basen. Byli oni zawsze chętni i bardzo pomocni przez co czuliśmy się właściwie zaopiekowani i bezpieczni.

W pokoju nie było balkonu. Obiekt jest dość spory, przez co w porze śniadaniowej często tworzyły się kolejki.

The room was nice and comfortable. There was a good view of the marina. The concierge staff were very friendly.

The check in was very slow, we waited 25 mins before being able to check-in. The evening of our last night we called reception to enquire about possibly checking out late and after 20 minutes waiting for an answer we were told to call in the morning. Called again in the morning and were told they'd call us back but never did so an hour later we called and were told it wasn't possible.

Het ontbijt was heel divers - op 2 plekken in het restaurant waren afhaal eilanden en keukens. Aaan de ene kant was er Europees / westers ontbijt. Aan de andere kant was er oosters ontbijt. Goed te combineren en erg smaakvol.

De buitentafels waren plakkerig ; een kopje koffie plakte vast aan de toplaag. Met kracht en beleid het kopje koffie van de tafel getrokken.

1. The breakfast was very good, many kinds of food，and were changed veryday. They have two big areas for you to enjoy the food. 2. Ms Janet who was in the reception， she helped us a lot. We thank her for her professional services. She gave us a room in 26 floor, it was very quite. 3. The room attendant - Ms Sandra , She cleaned the room carefully during the 4 days we spent in the hotel, that was great. 4. Metro station"DMCC" was near the hotel, it was for about 10 minutes on walk. So, if you took bus to DUBAI from ABU DHABI , it was just two stations from the station "Ibn Battuta" to the hotel, it was very convenient. 5. The hotel provided Shuttle bus to the " JBR Beach" and " Mall of Marina". We took the Shuttle bus at 4 and 6pm. 6. The swimming pool and SPA were good enough for us . 7. The hotel is near the Marina, the view is great, and after dinner we can walk along the river , we love it.

GYM is a little small. But there is a big GYM which is named "The Marina Gym" near the hotel , 50 ADE for a day, 150 ADE for a week.

Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany Hotel, blisko metra i blisko plaży. Podgrzewana woda w basenach. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Człowiek czuje się tutaj gościem a nie intruzem.

L’emplacement à 2 pas de la Marina et à proximité du métro et du tramway. Accueil chaleureux et grande réactivité à nos demandes. Petit-déjeuner varié et de qualité.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was massive and had views in 3 directions. The room was spotless, the king bed was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable (I paid less than half the rack price).

The breakfast buffet was OK, but not very inspired. I expected a bit more variety.

Hotel was close to business centre and also the Marina and Harbour . Taxis was readily available. The breakfast and the kitchen staff was excellent. Rooms and staff was excellent. Khalid & Puja was very efficient and so helpful. Enjoyed the lighting of the Xmas tree . Will definitely come again

My partner and I would of like to enjoy the spa and sauna together and that was not possible

I love the hotel in general. The view and food was the main highlights. Bir, the house attendant was exceptional and very professional. Tsheling and Iddi were the best receptionists I have ever met in my life. Thanks Stella team! Will be back..

Die Lage des Hotels, da fußläufig bis zum Strand. Das Abendessen sowie das Frühstück phantastisch

Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Betten und das Personal waren super. Die Bar neben der Lobby war sehr gut. Außergewöhnlich war eine Einladung in die Bar mit Getränke, kleinen Snacks und netten Gesprächen mit dem Management als Begrüßung an dem Tag. Man wurde wert geschätzt und fühlte sich willkommen. Das war sehr nett! Der Poolbereich war ebenfalls sehr gut!

Das Restaurant mit seinem angebotenen Seafood-Bufett hat die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Viele Speisen waren auch vom Frühstück bekannt. Das stimmte auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht,

Staff superb (bar staff, reception, pool). Couldn't do enough for me, my wife and daughter. Gave us a room upgrade on arrival and allowed us to check in much earlier than expected - greatly appreciated after a long journey. Room very comfortable/clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast great - a huge selection of food

These are VERY minor things - not enough electrical sockets in room. Main room was overlooking a major road junction which was a bit noisy through the night. Sometimes breakfast room was very busy. but this was also our fault for turning up with everyone else! Staff worked hard to help everyone.

The location was good but the area wasn’t so great.

The hotel was just next to the massive highway, you could hear all the traffic. The area also wasn’t very attractive in terms of scenery, shops, etc . The hotel was also not up to 5 star standards. Definitely needs a revamp

Actually, I really enjoy my stay at this hotel with my cousin & the breakfast was fantastic, but the Adult Pool is small & Kids Pool is huge, should be vis-versa.

Oh my God !! Absolutely fantastic very comfortable very supporting kind hearted awesome people all staffs and the stella team,, i am very overwhelmed, we went dubai for the first time to celebrate our son's 1st birthday & it was awesome, even they arranged a surprise cake for my son too !! we are soomuch happy,, we loved the stay totally .. thankyou somuchh the team !!🙏🏻🙏🏻 will see you next soon !!
