The security staff and hostess are friendly and nice. The hotel's park space is cool and easy to access.

The summer's weather is so extreme

Receptionist was really nice, patient and kind with me.

I had a room at first floor. There was too noisy. At first day I didn't sleep all night, cause of the high audibility. Some guy at reception turned on the music on his phone at 3 or 4 am. At 5 am I woke up and went to reception, he just was sitting in the chair and his phone was in the center of the room on the table, and the music was playing on all volume. There was not hot water, barely warm. The towels had really bad smell, not fresh, like bed linen too. The one more strange thing, that when you book the room where you would like to stay, at reception, tell you that this price for another room. I had reserved room with window by one price, and when I arrived the receptionist told that current price from your reservation, for other room, without window. I wasn't in my room all day, and when I come back I observed that my laptop was damaged by someone. The price doesn't fetch the quality. And the most sadly thing that somebody damaged my laptop.

Was where I needed to be for two days.

Would have been nice to have an electric jug in the room for tea and coffee. However the old saying you get what you pay is true.

Good location. Not really cheaper than other hotels, the charges comparable to those in city centers yet the quality is not comparable.

The bathroom is a bit let down. Bed not comfortable. Fan too powerful, better to switch off. Not willing to replenish tea/coffee bags and toiletries, need reminding daily. Cigarette smells from nearby rooms disrupting sleep.

Noise every night

It's near to places which I frequented. Easy to get foodstuffs.

Cleanliness is an issue. Toilet door could not be closed. Bed not comfortable, very low and hard. Kettle too dirty for use. No automatic replenishing on used toiletries. Batteries for remote control worn out but not changed. TV channels blurred and snowed. Hotel reception not helpful.

i just liked that you can smoke inside the room

they offered me a room with no windows for the same price as 1 with windows! i felt completely betrayed. of course, as I am the tourist, they always try to raise the normal prices

I am.living in Germany with a German man and i visited my home country . I stayed in a hotel as ngồi sao phuong năm I booked a room with a non smoking but 1. They arranged me a room with smoking. And then I got sick with tobacco 2. They used spray for room to get rid out the smelling of tobacco . 3. The door of toilet is damaged I took a shower and got cold

I came here twice, 1st on 19/4. it’s fine, b/c I call to check in advance 2nd on 21/5. w/o check and terrible came they try to no-show my 2nd booking, therefore, I have to give reviews on my 1st booking 1. in reality, room is not what shown booking.com. 2. hotel keep sold- out rooms available on booking.com. I booked higher price for room with window, receive the room without it. hotel asked me pay more for upgrade, room with window. 3. one receptionist rearranged for me room with window on the day after, the other didn’t know and give it to another guest. they said: it’s my fault 4. not any offers, solutions, responsibility from hotel for the problems
