Tenemos una vista al mar desde los balcones dobles, el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar.
Esté allí para ver las ballenas migrar, puestas de sol todas las noches desde la comodidad de nuestro lugar.
Este condominio ha sido completamente actualizado con pintura nueva, pisos de madera y muebles. Es una unidad de esquina y el edificio de condominios está justo al lado de South Kihei Road, por lo que este condominio es tranquilo y fresco desde los vientos alisios de la tarde ventosa
Cama king size en el dormitorio principal, Queen en el segundo dormitorio y 2 camas gemelas en el tercer dormitorio.

Our Family of 5 greatly enjoyed this house. Great bedrooms, balconies over looking the ocean, plenty of beach toys to use (chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, flippers, sand toys, boogie boards), kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/cups/plates/etc, located so close to the beach, shops & restaurants. We enjoyed time at the beach in the morning, cooking at the house, swimming in the pool at night, and relaxing with a coffee on the balcony watching the sunset. This really felt like a home away from home.

We had a great stay in Maui, thanks to Connie and team. The condo is just as described and the view is just amazing! The beach is walking distance and both balconies are ~icing on the cake. The sunsets we could see from there were very beautiful! All amenities in the condo including the beach accessories really helped us enjoy our vacation. We would love to stay again.

Our family including 2 toddlers really enjoyed our stay. Connie's place is perfectly situated in front of Kamaole Beach #1 in Kihei with a nice pool. The place has everything you need including beach equipment. We had a nice time. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Check in / check out was simple. Connie is very accommodating with everything you need for your trip. It was great to have the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear. Everything was clean and well stocked and ready for our vacation. Many sunsets were watched from the deck. The close distance to the beach and shops and restaurants was perfect. Only used the car for adventures. We would absolutely stay there again. Thanks again Connie

Our family of 5 stayed in this awesome 3BR condo located on the 5th floor. Location was super convenient to local shops and directly across the street from Kam 1 beach. Connie was responsive and made this a very smooth process. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was extremely well stocked and maintained. We had everything we needed to make the beach experience top notch. The location was prime with several restaurants within a short walk. The only negative was the air conditioning. The single wall unit was loud and did not service the bedrooms. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms did help at night.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our adventures. Fans in every room, coolers, beach chairs, boards and snorkel gear were available to use. Great views of the beach and west Maui from the lanai as it’s on the 5th floor. Rooftop bbq was used for one of our sunset dinners, and the view was even better up there.

We loved this condo so much! Perfectly located right in front of a great beach and shops. Tons of eating options around and perfect location to explore the entire island. The view was as goos as it gets and we saw humback whales from the balcony. The host was wonderful. Our flight back home was late at night and since the timing worked Connie let us check-in late which made our return so much easier.

We stayed here for 10 days with our two young children and my in-laws and it was wonderful. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and everything else. There is a lot of snorkeling gear and other beach gear in a storage unit that was great for our beach days. The pool was wonderful and usually not terribly busy. The sunsets were incredible and we even saw whales from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we had an excellent vacation.

Our second time at this condo, we've already booked for next year. Connie is super responsive and helpful and always goes above and beyond to compensate for any small glitches that come up. Unit is perfect for our family of 5, could easily fit a few more people.

There was so much we loved about staying here. 1st - one block from the beach, plus it was one of the BEST beaches we went to on Maui. 2nd - the apartment was clean, updated, spacious, and the AC in the living room was AMAZING to have. 3rd - Connie provided beach equipment (this was huge), everything you could need in the kitchen, and other amenities. 4th - there are hoses to spray sand off you in the parking lot which worked much better than the ones at the beach. 5th - wasn’t expecting to spend much time at the pool but the pool was immaculately maintained with beautiful landscaping. 6th - last but not least the view from the balcony is incredible. I would recommend to anyone. Only downside is the two non-master rooms got pretty hot but Connie provided many fans to cool things off. If I returned to Maui I would most definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful visit!! The beach is so close!! The views from the patio balcony are spectacular!! Dolphin Plaza next door had so many delicious food options. Many other delicious food options and activities were less than a 10 minute drive. The property was clean and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds were so comfortable, and there was plenty of privacy to enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend this one!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious and well equipped. Also, the view is great. The beach is just across the street. We ate dinner 3 nights in a row at Cafe O’Lei, which we loved, and it’s walking distance. There are also several other restaurants and cafes within short walking distance. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Unfortunately a health issue prevented us from joining our son and his family, but they absolutely loved their stay. They loved the location and lanai views. Our 5 and 9 yr old grandchildren are now excellent snorklers/swimmers. Since my husband and I couldn’t go, my dil’s mother went, she keeps thanking me for sending her to paradise. So hated missing this trip! Hoping we can go soon!

Amazing trip to Maui with a wonderful condo that had amazing views and all of the amenities you could ask for with a condo. Everything was well stocked and Connie was very informative on everything included as well as the instructions for the condo. The beach right across the street was amazing with wonderful views and daily sea turtle sightings. Wonderful place and would definitely visit again!!!

We had such a great visit! Connie’s place was perfect for our group of 6. We loved the location, the view was amazing, and we used the available beach things. We found Dolphin Plaza and ABC store very handy to have next door. We did have an issue come up and the response was immediate and taken care of. We would definitely stay again!!! We loved this condo right across from Kamaole 1 beach. Tons of space for our family, clean, with a whole closet full of beach chairs and boogie boards. The lanai is huge and we loved sitting out watching whales and the ocean. Great location with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Connie communicated everything perfectly! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Right in the heart of Kehei!! You must go to the bakery right beside the condo as well as the ABC store at the Texaco station. We only visited there the second to last day… it has EVERYTHING! This condo has everything! Shampoo/conditioner and laundry items. Beautiful main room. Will come again for sure!! Use the Bar B Q area - meet other owners or vacationers. Learn some local knowledge about the area❤️

Had a lovely time with our adult kids and 17 mo. Grandchild . Many positives about this unit included spacious balcony with ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, proximity to Beach, comfortable beds and bedding. Some noteworthy things though..The dining room had a few too many pieces of unnecessary furniture side tables. Glass coffee table tops were moved for child safety. During our stay the daily highs were 90° With no breeze, so the single air conditioner in the living room had a hard time cooling off the bedrooms to sleep at night. Ceiling fans and additional floor fans were helpful, but still a little toasty for sleeping… if I booked this unit again it would be during a cooler time of year.

We had an amazing stay. The condo was very nice and clean. Lots of amenities. We have a 19 month old and they had toys, high chair and Pack N Play for us to use. Wonderful view from the Lanai. We would stay here again!

Our time in Maui was a great memory maker with our kids and grandkids. The Condo was right across the street from the beach and was safe for the kids to swim and snorkel for the fish and turtles, which they did see turtles more than once. Beautiful sunsets right from the lanai. We didn't have to go anywhere for sunset photos...perfect!
The condo was well equipped and stocked with the paper and cleaning items, which was a nice touch.
The closet full of beach equipment was great and there was plenty for all 6 of us.
If you have more than 1 car, you have to park the second car down around the block which is about a 1/4 mile walk. That was a draw back for us. I contacted the property manager (Bob) about where to park and asked a couple questions of him. He was VERY RUDE and his last comment was, "don't come crying to me if you get towed." I was just asking about parking on the public street.
Another drawback for us was the tenants in the condo next door were heavy smokers and it wreaked of smoke every time we walked by and even when we were on the lanai early in the morning. We could not leave door or any windows open because the smoke would come inside. Smoke and allergies/migraine headaches don't mix. Therefore we had to leave the air conditioning on quite a bit.

Our time in Maui was a great memory maker with our kids and grandkids.
