Very comfortable bed, plenty of parking space, quiet location but easy to drive to Bury St.Edmunds town centre. Quite a lot of places to visit, in the area. Hosts very helpful. Overall a lovely place to stay, hope we can book it on our next visit to the area.

The property was much larger than I expected and had many lovely touches which made it more of a studio than just a room, eg a toaster, fridge. We were only there for one night on the way somewhere else but it could be used as a base to visit this part of Suffolk.

It was an ideal location for sightseeing. The room is large and airy. The hosts were lovely and helpful and plenty of parking. Tea/coffee etc and a toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge all available. Highly recommended.

Great location, value for money and communication from the owners. Just what we needed for a quick stopover near Bury. The bed was super comfy and the towels lovey and soft!

It was very peaceful and quiet ..The host was hospitable and the room was comfortable, with all the usual amenities (small fridge, toaster, microwave,.plates, cups,.cutlery, Tea & Coffee making facilities). The only thing missing was a kitchen 😆😆

Good location, close to road links but still quiet. Very welcoming host, very comfortable beds and a good range of facilities. Everything needed for a stop over and I would use this property again for a longer stay.

Nothing really as this property is such good value for money that asking for more would be impertinent.

A refrigerator and somewhere to wash dishes would be a big improvement.

Cant fault anything

Everything was perfect, lovely little annex to myself on a beautiful property, the owners are delightful. I was away on business but it felt like a mini holiday! And the bed... oh my god the bed. So comfortable it was a struggle to get myself out of it in the morning as I didn't want to leave it. I would absolutely recommend and the surrounding area likely has lots of walks and is so beautiful. I will be coming back here with my partner for a mini break I think!
