Tolle Dormbetten mit allem, was man braucht. Handtuch nur gegen Deposit. Keine Straßengeräusche im fünften Stock, daher gut, um sich zu erholen.

Das Personal ist nett, spricht aber kaum Englisch. Der Pool wird quasi nicht benutzt.

Beds had shelves with built in charging ports.

Rooms were a little cramped

Great little hostel. Staff very helpful, especially Galvin who went the extra mile in helping my friend extend her visa. Trips we booked through the hostel were great. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Staff messed up my bookings for tours and had to change buses twice as well as tour groups twice. Was told it would be discussed on my return which it wasn't. Was told it was down to miscommunication which it wasnt. Not great when you're a solo traveller trying to meet people. Not a particularly the most social hostel ive stayed at but pleasant enough. One toilet and ome shower to a room. Lax on security as doors left open etc Lock broken on shower for 2 days until it was fixed. Toilet roll not changed regularly enough really considering 6 people use one bathroom

Gemütliche grosse Betten in den Schlafsälen. Gute Lage, zu Fuss fast alle historischen Plätze sowie viele Restaurants und Clubs zu erreichen.

Habe nicht viele Leute kennengelernt, alle waren eher für sich.

Super Hostel / Bien placé avec matelas super confortable / Également la piscine super rafraîchissante / très bien situé / j’ai pu faire de belle rencontre également et le personnel ultra gentil !

Pas de la faute de l’auberge mais je me suis tapé un mec qui ronfler comme un airbus A380 j’ai demandé à changer de dortoirs c’était horrible 😂

For the price its a great place to stay, all very clean and for a hostel very organized and has a bit more of a 'hotel atmosphere'. Lobby is very nice, beds were comfortable. Could leave my backpack for as much time as I wanted.

Most of the staff was cool, one though was a grumpy cat - maybe caught on a bad day.

Le lit était très confortable, et la petite terrasse qui donne sur la rue où l'on peut s'asseoir pour boire un verre ou fumer une clope. J'avais réservé deux nuits mais je ne suis restée qu'une nuit, ils m'ont remboursé la deuxième sans discuter.

Les photos sont beaucoup plus sympas qu'en vrai. La piscine était vraiment décevante. Manque de WC et douches, et d'un espace pour se changer (au moins une sorte de sas où mettre sa serviette et ses vêtements sans qu'ils ne prennent l'eau). En arrivant, ça aurait été sympa d'avoir une bouteille d'eau Gratos par exemple vu la température. Quand on te donne la clef de chambre, ça aurait été sympa que l'on explique direct à quel étage ça se situe, plutôt que de devoir soi-même demander les infos (idem pour savoir où se trouve la piscine). Bref, j'ai changé d'hostel

Really nice hostel. Helpful staff and great facilities, the pool and restaurant are big and social spaces. Also, really good WiFi for those who may want to sit and do some work on laptops in the restaurant / chill area. Location is perfect, really close to everything in the city, and still quiet at night when it's time to rest.

Curtains go all the way around the bed for privacy. Lockers are locked with key card so no need for a padlock. Good location. Good selection of food and drinks. Nice, cold pool on a hot day. 24/7 reception which was good for when arriving late.

Bit noisy. Had to leave a 200,000 Vnd deposit or passport/ID card for our room keys which felt unnecessary, we were at the end of our trip and we hadn’t done this in any other place we had stayed (which was a lot of places!). You also can’t sit by the pool, it’s nice that it exists but to get into the pool you go down some steps, get in and then that’s it. The whole pool is wall to wall so you cannot sit by it and chat with your friends. You’re either in it or you’re not anywhere near it.

Love this place since day 1! Clean and comfortable. Good location, weekend night market is just two streets away and walking distance to most of the local attractions around Hoan Kiem. Toiletries like shampoo, toothbrush and bath towel is provided. Be prepared to pay 200k VND (cash) for deposit during check in or leave your passport at the reception counter until check out day.

THE ROOMS: I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm, got the top bunk next to the door. The beds are comfortable, each bed has an overhead light, outlets for chargers and some extra space to store smaller items. The curtain around my bed wasn't enough to cover completely but I didn't mind it. The room has a constantly functioning AC, it wasn't too cold or too hot for me but it is a bit chilly in the room when you're asleep. The lockers are across from the bed, the key to the room also the key to your locker and it is very spacious. BATHROOM: There are plenty of bathrooms on every floor and they are cleaned regularly. I never had to wait for anyone when i wanted to take a shower or use the toilet. The water pressure in the shower is very nice and there's always hot water. There's also shampoo and body wash in the shower cabins but the cabin itself is bit too small so it's not very easy to get dressed in there, but you'll manage it :) THE FACILITIES: So there's a restaurant on the 1st(ground) floor where random people can eat or hostel guests can chill before/after check out or just chill at any time. Going 1 floor up there's a common area with beanbags and some books - I never sat there but there were always some people napping or just chilling. Heard people using the swimming pool but I haven't checked it for myself as I cannot swim :D LOCATION: The hostel is very central to all the tourist locations, everything is in walking distance almost. If you're familiar with Saigon - it's like the central D1 in hcm and you can walk to the beer street and most of the restaurants / attractions. Overall: I don't have much experience with hostels so I wasn't sure what to expect but Little Charm definitely exceeded all my expectations. Overall I had a pleasant experience and met some really nice people. I'll have to come back to Hanoi in 2 weeks time so I'm considering to book this place again.

they staff was a bit rude. they also ask for your passport as a deposit which I’m not sure is even legal. Bring earplugs since the rooms are quiet noisy with all the motorbikes outside.

very nice beds with everything you need, clean showers and toilets, in the middle of the busy area (many restaurants, bars, etc.)

little space to chill or have a call in a quiet or private place (a lot of noise from restaurant)
