Super comfy apartment in walkable distance to everything in the center. Good amenities for kitchen and bathroom. Spar (supermarket) right downstairs, parking lot 2 mins away with reasonable prices.

I would suggesting arranging for contact free pick-up of keys. We had no problem in changing the hour set for arrival but it would be easier for both parties involved.

We called the host and someone met us with the keys, explained everything. Both could speak English which was good. 1st floor apartment with a lift was a great boon in central Vienna, as all the buildings must be min. 100 years old. Spacious apartment. Good light. Designer looking furniture. True 2 bedroom apartment with privacy for both bedrooms. Toilet is accessible from the living room passage. Decent amount of utensils, toiletries etc. Central location. 4 min walk from Resselgasse tram 1 stop. 6 min. from Karlsplatz Tube station. 6 min walk to Ring strasse. 17 min. to St. Stephen's Church which is the oldest in the centre of old Vienna. 9 minutes to State Opera House, from where on can take tram 1 and 2 and D. One should buy a day ticket for 5.80 Euros and see the entire Vienna. Tram 1 and 2 give you the same route as the Hop on Hop off bus on the circular Ringstarsse around which all the attractions are located. Tram D takes you to Belvedere Palace. U4 tube to Schonbrunn Palace. Nachtmarket is just below the apartment which a long pedestrian food lane of all sorts. Taxi to Airport costs 34 to 40 Euros. Overall very comfortable and central.

Wardrobes had no shelves or hanging place. so our clothes had to be kept on the floor or bed, which was bad and impractical. No electronic safe. Washing machine didn't work. The manager sent 2 people who could not do anything. They didn't send any technician. This was a big inconvenience for us as we realized it wasn't working when we put our clothes inside and they were wet. We had to manually wash clothes of 4 people of 7 days. We booked the apartment only after checking the availability of washing machine. There was no help from the manager/ owner. Only 1 set of keys between 4 people available is also a big inconvenience, as we were 2 couples moving out at different times. We had to get up late in the night to open the door. Last but not the least. The check in check out timings of 2pm and 11 am are strictly followed. 2 cleaning maids barged in at 11 sharp to clean despite our request of 1 hour extension being honoured by the manager/ owner. They were very rude. walked everywhere over our luggage. Took the linen and towels out. This was very humiliating. Manager/ owner finally gave us time till 12 and they came back sharp at 12. This was the last day of our month long trip and left a bad taste. Even while checking in, there was no concession of a minute. We had to actually come to Vienna a day prior and check in into another hotel, which gave us check out at 12.30, leave the bags in their luggage room and leave at 2 pm to reach our apartment. I would not blame it on the apartment, as they went by their rules. The cleaning agency is outsourced. One has to really think and plan well as per the arrival timings when one books an apartment. It doesn't have a luggage room or a waiting lounge, and you are on the streets outside the check in check out hours.

Lovely apartment next to Karlsplatz and walking distance from downtown. The Naschmarkt, Vienna's most popular market, is just across the street. Communication with the host was excellent. Apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped.

Easy check in and checkout, great apartment, well equiped, great host and for me the location was perfect and served my exact needs. The host was very helpful during the entire stay which is extremely important, I highly recommend it.

I suggest to replace the shower head for better one but not something you can't manage with. We were 5 people so when all took shower one after another we had to wait some time for hot water, beside that everything was perfect!

Loved the location. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable-also CLEAN and modern. Across the street from Naschmarkt and easy walking to center of city. A/C worked well and was needed as we had some hot days. Large bathroom.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The host was very helpfull! The neighbourhood is also excellent with coffee shops and restaurants around and you can walk to the city center! The beds were also very large and the mattresses were great!

Just the pillows, but that is a matter of taste .

Great location, nice rooms (a lot of them are just renovated). Breakfast was nice too.

In general everything was great. However, on the check-out a different lady was working and she was very very unpleasant and rude. We were trying to pay for the stay and she did not understood that, kept rolling her eyes and being ironic to the point that she asked, in a sarcastic way, if we have never stayed in hotel before in our lives (because she tough we were refusing to pay for tourist fee, when actually we were telling her that she had to charge us for all the stay). She just changed her tone when she realized she was wrong but never thanked us for not living without paying or saying sorry for her mistake. Worst customer service I have ever seen in a hotel in my life!
