Quiet. Close to crucible. Close to town and train station. Room with no window is great for me. Love the dark hate the noise

Hotel is centrally located and within easy walk of public transport and city centre amenities. Rooms are quiet with little noise heard externally or internally. Facilities are basic but standard across all Easy properties (I’ve stayed in a few). Space is limited but it is fine for one or two nights, especially if you’re not wanting to spend a long time in the room. Shower is hot and powerful (I’ve stayed in hotels where I’ve payed much more and had a worse shower). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wallpaper was peeling in room. Only one pillow provided per person, but when asked at reception for extras, there wasn’t enough available spare for both of us to have one each. Hot drink machine in reception was out of order. TV remote in our room wouldn’t work, but we could use the controls on the side of the TV instead. There’s no parking close by (but tram stop is literally by the front door, so can use Park & Ride).

we liked the location of the hotel , price was reasonable , check in and check out was easy enough , the room was very basic but modern .

at the check in we received one set of key to the room , when my partner had to leave the room - he needed to take the key with him to be able to get back in to the budling , I sat in darkness Room was extremely cold and no extra blanket was available when asked at the reception , the pillows were extremely flat and only one each . the duvet was so thin and small , I was freezing cold and couldn't sleep. the was only one towel available even though we did book double room. The heating in the room was set on the lowest setting and it took ages until the room started to feel warm which was in the early hours next day.

Good location just a short walk from the railway station. Room was a good size for a budget hotel and the bed was very comfortable. Good size bathroom and shower area. Did a job as a budget hotel

No kettle in the room, instead you can purchase hot drinks from the machine in reception. Even in a budget hotel I'd expect a kettle and free tea and coffee in the room. Walls and curtains a tad dirty and probably needing a room refresh. Shower a little poor on pressure

We were only given one towel for two people and the floor was dirty and sticky

The staff. The tiny room. The heating was either full blast or freezing. Charmless and literally no frills.

Have stayed here before but without a window which wasn't great for a night out, paid a tiny bit extra (around £7 each) for a twin room with a window and it was much better - a lot less disorienting waking up to daylight! Rooms are always clean, beds always comfortable enough although would have liked 2 pillows each. Small rooms but enough for one night. Tea and coffee and snacks vending in the lobby. Very friendly staff, super efficient checking in/out process and excellent location if you're staying overnight in the city as you're right in the centre - 15 min walk from the station, 10 min walk from the High Street shops and a tram stop right outside if you're venturing further afield. Will continue to use EasyHotel when staying in Sheffield and needing somewhere central and convenient.

Good location, edge of central area, close to tram stop which links to rail station and other areas. Close to bars and resturants. Good en-suite facilities and comfortable bed.

Room was small with limited storage, needed a shelf at least to place things on rather than just the floor but for one night was ok.

Mattress was too firm for me so didn't get much sleep

It was cheap and no frills, comfortable, and the lack of outside window aided sleeping.

The noise of the heating or plumbing even when I had turned everything off.

Staff manager was absolutely disgusting. She was very inconsiderate and horrible attitude. Avoid at all cost.

The hotel is within easy parking locations. By the time I arrived from Scotland it was after 9pm and I found free parking outside St James Street till 8am next day and 5 minutes walk from hotel. The beds and pillows were firm enough and the bedding was appropriate for the weather and crispy clean.

There was no floor mats in the bathroom and the glass door is not a tight shut so when taking a shower moisture went into the room and when using the toilet, smells escapes .

Receptionist looked like she was high , said tv in room yep there was a TV but a remote be handy overall I would pay 29 quid for this room not a 138 total rip off
