The location is great with a view of the river from the balcony and five minutes walk to the centre of the old town. The duplex apartment arangement made me feel very at home.

The freezer compartment in the fridge was not working. I was not able to pay with my credit card because apparently their credit card machine was broken. This was very inconvenient and caused me extra expense.

- gutes Apartment, sehr schöner Schlafbereich mit Balkon - alles sauber ( Staub von der Straße ist nichts was man vorwerfen kann) - Lage zentral, fussläufig sind Tempel und Märkte in kurzer Zeit erreichbar - praktisch mit kleiner Küche für einen längeren Aufenthalt - Check-In und Out sehr gut, Mitarbeiter super hilfsbereit, gaben uns die Möglichkeit unser Gepäck noch bis nachmittags dort aufzubewahren - guter Kontakt auf englisch per WhatsApp

Die Strasse ist leider ein wenig ‚laut‘ tagsüber, ebenso die Baustelle am Fluss, allerdings nichts was einen abhalten sollte zu buchen, es ist vertretbar und für asiatische Verhältnisse leise ;-)

What a lovely heritage French Colonial Style villa right on the water and near plenty of shops and restaurants.

Some issues with plumbing but still fine

Very nicely situated overlooking the Nam Khan River. Very large rooms on two floors with an upstairs balcony. Excellent host. Great value for money.

We stayed for 4 days (March 2023) in a town-house in Sok Villa. Perfect location with a fantastic eastern prospect river-view, Sok villa is located in the historical part of Luang Prabang, walking distance to main attractions, but still in a little bit more quite area (which is great). Jonas, our host, is exceptionally friendly and helpful; he greeted us, arranged transport from the airport and was very responsive to our needs during the whole stay. Thanks Jonas, next time we will bring Zubrowka :)

Lovely apartment, great view of the river from the balcony. Location is good, very close to night market, but still quiet at night. I ended up staying longer because it was such a relaxing, clean place to stay. WIFI was also good. Host helped to make arrangements for mini-van to waterfall and train ticket to Vientiane.

The manger Jon was extremely nice and helpful!! We accidentally arrived luang prabang at 2am with no place to stay, and we was saved by Jon! He had a quick response and offered us a night of stay with a very reasonable price! Who will wake up at midnight to entertain his trouble guests? It's Jon!
