Position is super, straight in front of the beach, with a beautiful view from garden and upper balcony The house could have great potential, is very big and surrounded by large outdoor space and private garden

The whole property is divided in 2 parts that are not properly separated and the privacy is not ensured, you get the sense to literally stay with the others tenants while staying outside We found the house very dirty and not well held in general - there are old objects spread all over the place Washing machine was broken, hot water was not possible with using 2 showers at the same time Outside shower with clogged drain Kitchen fires very unpractical and with low fire intensity Refrigerator was leaking water In general: many little bad things that make the experience not as great as expected In general: never pay in advance the whole rent and never believe Booking

A very homelike experience. We were treated like family, the super nice hosts came around and cooked us some heavenly pizzas and also homemade local delicacies were left in the fridge for us. (Thank you, Angela!) Standard quality villa, with green gardens on one side and a large cobblestone courtyard on the other, both perfect for outside parties and for kids to play. All this just a few steps away from a several miles wide and deserted beach, with beautiful sand and crisp clear water. A pretty secluded location, with practically zero tourists in sight. (We visited mid-may.) Some bars and restaurants a short car or bike ride away (in the nearby Falcone), but the area is mainly about large-scale gardens, so do not expect typical fancy attractions and services. Car is needed to reach larger supermarkets, but that only enhanced the experience and we were completely okay with it. Perfect for a large group with kids, as we were (8 adults with 4 kids). A good place to rest, enjoy your own large beach and have homemade dinners topped with some local marsala wine in the backyard.

There are some unfinished real estate developments (villas) in the neighbourhood that somewhat do not fit in the otherwise great landscape.
